Mr Lowe and his team at Dovedale Dental Practice have been looking after my teeth for a good number of years. Yesterday I attended for an extraction. This was done in a matter of seconds by the supremely capable Mr Lowe and I was back home within ten minutes of my appointment time. So too was my appointment provided to me at short notice due to the severe pain that I was in. I felt such relief after the extraction and I was immediately free of the most horrendous toothache that I have ever experienced. I would thoroughly and most sincerely recommend Dovedale Dental Practice to anyone looking for a dentist who will crack on and get the job done. Thank you so much to all at the practice. I very much appreciate the treatment that I receive here.

Although I live right on the other side of Wolverhampton, this dental practice is well worth travelling the extra few miles for. treatment. There's a marked difference from other dentists I have visited in every aspect of the service provided by Dovedale. They are prompt, thorough, can't do enough to help put people at ease and are very, very welcoming. A special mention to dentist Sean Lowe, who is down-to-earth and completely professional, and Katie on reception for friendly, engaging coversation while you wait (which is never long). But all the staff here can be proud of the impeccable service they provide. It is greatly appreciated - thank you. Can't recommend Dovedale Dental Practice highly enough.

Travelled over 100 miles to have treatment at this dentist. Was not disappointed. Friendly staff, as a very nervous patient I instantly felt at ease. I have put off going to the dentist for years until i saw this dentist so i went to see what all the fuss was about. I was a shaking wreck when i got there but the magic that is mo soon put me at ease. His patience kind caring and thoughtful words was just excellent. Excellent treatment and care from Magic Mo and the girls at Walsall Wood Dentist, as a very nervous patient Mo most certainly worked some magic! Whilst I was terrified he managed to make me laugh and totally put me at ease throughout the treatment given today! I feel much braver than before and won’t hesitate to go back when I’m supposed to! I haven't personally received treatment here but came as support for a very nervous friend and was so pleased with what I saw that I wanted to leave a review for this little gem of a place! My friend was so anxious we nearly didnt make it through the door but I was surprised by the fact that someone so worried was suddenly helped to feel at ease . I went with my friend a few times and was made to feel welcome each time, and was even included in the humour/jokes, which were top notch. As I've not personally received treatment I can only go off what my friend said after treatment, each session was completed quickly but in a caring and gentle manner. If I needed dental treatment I wouldn't hesitate to come here as the team are professional and friendly.... no wonder they call the dentist Magic Mo!

I recently had a tooth removed at Norton Dental surgery, I spent a few days prior to appointment really anxious. From the moment I got there I felt welcomed by the receptionist. The removal itself, although very uncomfortable went very well, my dentist and his assistant were wonderfully professtional, kind, considerate, helpful, told me what was going on all the way through the process. If all dental surgeries were like you it wouldnt have taken me so long to get my dental health sorted out. Thank you very much.

Another easy check up with my dentist at the practice recently who is always easy to talk to and willing to listen to any problems. He is always very thorough too. I had a problem with one of my teeth recently and managed to get in on the same day and they sorted it out immediately. All the staff were very helpful and reassuring.

I was recommended by a colleague to go to Allsopps Dental Practice Walsall for treatment as I am extremely anxious about dentists. I can honestly say they are amazing at both practices in Walsall. I had wisdom teeth taken out before I started my Invisalign treatment and they were so understanding of my anxiety and patience. I have been under their care with Invisalign for 2 years and have come to the end of my treatment. Each visit, feedback, help and explanation of the treatment has been excellent. The staff are delightful and very efficient always happy to help and get back to you with any issues or questions you may have. Where to begin .. it has taken almost 10years to get my adult daughter to a dentist. Her phobia, anxiety and general lack of trust preventing her from attending any appointments. After some considerable research and an honest discussion with the lovely receptionist an appointment was made four weeks ago . From the very first appointment and all of the subsequent ones ALL of the staff have been nothing but patient, kind , caring and supportive. There has been a lot of work to do and Jonathan took time at every stage to explain and reassure. Today my daughter walked out with the biggest smile I have seen on her in many, many years … THANK YOU

I am finally only wearing my night time retainers it has seemed a long time to get to this stage nearly 18 months but it has all been well worth it. Lovely straight teeth at 65. I have just had a fantastic appointment with Anthony. I’m not terrified of the dentist but am certainly not a lover of it. Anthony was very patient, administered the injection at a pace that meant there was absolutely no pain or even pressure/discomfort which I’ve never had with an injection before & explained everything he did, as he did it & the type of sensation I should expect so I was calm throughout. He is clearly an extremely skilled dentist but also has great personal skills & made me feel completely at ease. I am extremely grateful to always get 10/10 customer service at Lion Dental, & this is from all areas of the practice. The receptionists are able to laugh with me whilst my face is numb, the hygienists are very knowledgeable & share important information & advice, rather than just doing your routine clean & waving you off & I have always feel listened to during my cosmetic appointments for Invisalign & bonding. The centre is always immaculately clean, the drinks fridge always stocked & staff make the effort to remember you by face & chat to you. Being in the chair certainly isn’t my favourite place to be, but I feel very little nerves & anxiety now, knowing I will be looked after & be given an incredibly high level of care. The team genuinely make you feel like a VIP. Thank you! I’m so excited for my final smile results, ready for my wedding! 😍

Honestly if I could score more highly I would ! I have just completed my Invisalign journey with the amazing Pard and Shay. Not only do my teeth look INCREDIBLE but the kindness and patience that has been shown to me has been exceptional. I am a very VERY nervous patient but these 2 really made the difference. I've been using Birchwood for a few years now and i highly recommend. The practice is clean and modern and they have really friendly and experienced staff throughout. Parking is available and the waiting areas are friendly and accessible for everyone having upstairs and downstairs. I am part of the Denplan they offer which is beneficial from a cost perspective, especially where regular check ups and treatment is concerned,. The Reception staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, and flexible where possible, nothing has been too much trouble when I've had a query or a problem and they do their best to accommodate suitable appointments for your work etc. The dentists and hygienists and dental nurse staff are lovely, putting you at ease, and really informative and supportive with advice and treatment. Any treatment has been completed really well and considering one of my biggest fears was the dentist, they have really helped me to deal with my fear and put me at ease throughout. Highly recommend as a friendly, experienced, and community centric dental practice

I've been terrified of the dentist for as long as I can remember, the NHS used to be ok but has just gotten worse over time, I'm barley in the chair 2 minutes and I'm back put the door. I started to become more concious about my teeth, having vaneers over 20 years ago my jaw had changed and they just didnt look as good. I knew this was going to be a lot of work and just didnt have the confidence that my usual NHS dentist for such a big procedure. So after months of research and searching through reviews I was led to Wightwick Dental Practice. They saw me within a few days of me contacting them, Harj was really helpful explaining the costs and the process. From the minute walked in I was given a comprehensive dental review and some great advice which actually saved me money! I'm a very nervous patient with extremely sensitive teeth, Kam (Dentist) gave me some advice and showed me how to brush properly...at the age of 36 I thought I had this covered but I was wrong, within just 2 weeks my sensitivity is barley recognisable and my teeth feel so clean. As for the big procedure I couldn't be happier, they team up with a fantastic lab who were really friendly and colour matched my veneers at very short notice, they look amazing and I feel so much more confident. I was able to take my earphones to listen to music whilst they drilled away at my old teeth, it's the little things that make a difference. I'm so glad I took the plunge to go private and actually due to the NHS dropping alot of thier subsidy it really doesn't work out that costly. Thanks to the team for putting me at ease and making a trip to the dentist far more appealing than its ever been!
