On our visit, the staff were prompt, empathic and caring and the Doctor waited extra time to attend to my child despite that she had closed for the day.

I was so lucky to get a cancellation with the dentist and an immediate follow up appointment with the hygienist. I had neglected going to the dentist for quite a while and had begun to feel the effects of that. I was looked after so well by the fantastic team at Springhill and experienced improvements straight away. I'm truly grateful for the care and treatment I received.

The Anchor Road Dental Practice is by far the best dentist in the Walsall region. I have been seeing Dr. Sammy for a number of years now during which time he has expertly renovated & restored my teeth, smile and confidence. The Practice in general, Dr Sammy & other Dentists, Nurses, and Administration staff are all first class and I have no qualms about recommending any of them.

My daughter and I have been to see Dr Jain. My daughter is 7 years old and is very confident going to the dentist, she has been going regularly since she was a baby. I on the other hand went years without going as I was petrified. Have been coming to the priory for a few years now and have always been reassured and helped to overcome my fear. I never wanted to pass my fear onto my daughter. Today was the first time we have met Dr Jain. From the moment we went through the door, he was professional and kind. Aiming to put us at ease. He was amazing with my daughter. Explaining everything at her level. When it was my turn he was exactly the same. At any point we never felt rushed and we were listened too. We have booked our 6 month check and made sure it was with him. Thank you.

The staff at the reception are exceptional, very polite and courteous. The dentist is fantastic. Very clean and beautiful Dental Clinic.

Excellent service front start to finish. Our dentist explains everything that he is going to do before he starts, then explains things as he does the examination. At the end he will explain everything that he wants to do next and when he wants to see you next. He is amazing with our 6 yr old and with me as I'm a nervous patient. As some who is petrified of dentists, Rid made my experience amazing, kept me calm and made me feel like I had control over it, if I wanted to stop I could at any time, and kept reassuring me that I was okay and I was doing so good, had to have my wisdom tooth (which I was petrified off)out and some other work done, and made it so easy and a comfortable and enjoyable over all experience, by helping me due to me being worried over the noises, he put some music on full blast to help me calm down and feel relaxed, over all a wonderful experience and he is also so friendly which made it better! Can’t thank him and the practice enough!

I was recommended by a colleague to go to Allsopps Dental Practice Walsall for treatment as I am extremely anxious about dentists. I can honestly say they are amazing at both practices in Walsall. I had wisdom teeth taken out before I started my Invisalign treatment and they were so understanding of my anxiety and patience. I have been under their care with Invisalign for 2 years and have come to the end of my treatment. Each visit, feedback, help and explanation of the treatment has been excellent. CHDP are a great practice, all of the team members are very friendly and helpful, the systems to remind you of upcoming appointments is very robust and all issues or problems found are discussed with you at length and options of treatment are fully explained. This is one of the nicest dental surgeries I have ever been to. The dentists are very very thorough and the hygienist visit is always something I look forward to as they do a great deep clean. Even the building is really lovely and beautifully decorated. Their prices are reasonable too.

I recently visited the Dental center to see Mike the Aesthetics Practitioner there and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors in to the modern and beautiful surgery I was greeted by the amazing staff. Every one was so friendly and welcoming. I had a Liquid Rhinoplasty, Anti-Wrinkle treatment and filler in my chin and cheeks and I'm so so pleased with the results! Mike was an absolute angel, I was nervous but he calmed me instantly with his endless knowledge and care. Mike ensured I was comfortable and pain free throughout the whole treatment and I can't thank Mike enough for helping me to gain some confidence back. Sutton dental implant clinic, is a very friendly and inviting space. From the moment you get to the reception, you are always greeted by warm smiles and pleasant conversation. On my last visit both Nicola and Ria made me feel valued and welcome, which is always my experience at reception, they are a great team! Dr. Marwa was her usual warm, Knowledgeable and helpful self, which enabled me to make the best decision about my treatment, and she was ably assisted by Emma who was very nice. Emma the hygienist, is always nice and engaging and she did an excellent job with my teeth as usual - and she was ably assisted by Hayley who was pleasant and friendly. In the past I used to see the Dentist as a place to avoid, due to a number of bad experiences as a child and as a young adult, but my experience at Sutton Dental Implant Clinic, is such that I always leave feeling satisfied, having had a positive experience.

I've been using Birchwood for a few years now and i highly recommend. The practice is clean and modern and they have really friendly and experienced staff throughout. Parking is available and the waiting areas are friendly and accessible for everyone having upstairs and downstairs. I am part of the Denplan they offer which is beneficial from a cost perspective, especially where regular check ups and treatment is concerned,. The Reception staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, and flexible where possible, nothing has been too much trouble when I've had a query or a problem and they do their best to accommodate suitable appointments for your work etc. The dentists and hygienists and dental nurse staff are lovely, putting you at ease, and really informative and supportive with advice and treatment. Any treatment has been completed really well and considering one of my biggest fears was the dentist, they have really helped me to deal with my fear and put me at ease throughout. Highly recommend as a friendly, experienced, and community centric dental practice

Brilliant Dental Surgery with great staff. The Surgery is well presented and offers both private and NHS treatment. I was greeted by the dentist who was very informative. I didn’t feel though my appointment was rushed and the advice I was provided by the Dentist was valuable. In my life 40 year personal experience of visiting a dentist I have never been provided with such valuable information. Treatment plans of both private and NHS treatments are discussed so patients can plan their visits ahead. The surgery also provides cosmetic treatments. I highly recommend this Dental Surgery for anyone looking to join a surgery or looking for treatment.

I had a broken front tooth under a very old crown and I decided to take the implant option. Expensive but I was assured I would be able to eat an apple following treatment. I had the assessment which was incredibly through and the whole journey ahead was explained in great detail. I had the old tooth removed, incredibly painlessly with local anaesthetic and the implant fitted and was given a denture to wear while the implant healed. It was all a very straightforward process. 6 weeks later I had my assessment and 2 weeks after that I have had my new crown fitted and it looks amazing. I can’t recommend Dr Allsopp and his team enough for their treatment along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for any other treatment I needed. Thank you Dr Allsopp and team.

Had a great positive experience at Allsopp Dental practice. From reception who were extremely pleasant all times to the wonderful and professional Dr Vassell and staff members who took time to explain all procedures and put an end to my deep anxiety of dentists. Was very honest in terms of how long my teeth would take in the braces and whenever I had my appointments she was very polite and gentle during my appointments.
