Excellent prices. Excellent service. I had three wasp nests and was going on holiday and he came and sorted everything even though we were not there. I had a further problem when we returned from holiday and they came out straight away and sorted another wasp infestation in a lift area. He only charged me for the spray product. What a great service Neil provides. Contacted Killverm 7.30pm Saturday night due to a Rat coming through the floor under our cupboards. Neil was out within the hour to investigate and set traps. Returned promptly Sunday morning close off the access as needed. Highly Recommend and very reasonably priced.

Called KillVerm due to a mouse 'problem' at my 88yr old Mom's house, they were there within the hour. Totally professional, Neil & Sue were terrific, putting my Mom at ease, they explained everything they were doing throughout the process. First Class Service, I couldn't recommend highly enough, thank you so much.

I contacted Neil and his team in desperation after months of issues with rodents in my loft and other companies unable to eradicate the issue. Neil, Sue and the team have been wonderful they put a plan in place, did necessary repairs to my roof, even came out at 9pm on a Sunday evening (and didn’t charge the earth)! I can’t thank them all enough and would recommend them 100 times over I am forever grateful ☺️

We woke up one Friday morning to a significant amount of maggots all over our downstairs toilet and kitchen, that literally appeared overnight. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts contacting "sponsored" pest management services, we contacted Dan and Jim at Infinite Pest Management for help. Straight away, they were very honest and incredibly helpful (all before 8am), even offering a discount to come and survey as they were concerned they may not be able to help and didn't want to overcharge. They arrived after a really big job, around 7:30pm on a Friday night and were able to quickly diagnose the problem, where our outlet pipe benching had failed, seemingly giving access to a rat that had got stuck and died in our cavity wall pipes. Dan and Jim's advice and understanding was kind, patient and incredibly useful from the get go, and their advice has helped us with getting our water company to fix the issue that caused these problems, with them even agreeing to refund the entire cost of the plan! A pest control plan was agreed given the free access the rats had, which Dan was almost reluctant to offer due to the (understandable!) pricing, but this was absolutely the right decision. Jim has came to our house every two weeks since then to lay traps and bait, which has worked after removing a dead rat from the loft a couple of weeks' back. We cannot recommend these two guys more. Regular check in messages to see how things are going, as well as being on hand when we were concerned, well outside of "normal" working hours proves how much they want to go above and beyond, providing a brilliant, reassuring service that was worth every penny. We would recommend them to anyone who has any kind of pest issue. Thank you both!

Had a problem with a rodent in my loft space. Tried myself over several days all different types of ways to deter the rodent, with no luck. I extremely reluctantly called this company as I knew the rodent would need to be destroyed. However it had started causing damage within the loft space which could have been a major problem. I could tell by the noise being made there was damage being done. Dan and his colleague came the next day and within a week the rodent was caught. They made two more visits (in with the initial cost which was minimal compared to the damage which could have occurred if the rodent had been left). Dan and his colleague are very pleasant guys and they helped put my mind rest with regards to having to destroy the rodent due to the issues I was having. They suggested a repair to the area where they believe the rodent was getting into the loft space which I am now in the process of getting sorted.

These guys are absolutely amazing. We had an unwelcome rat problem caused from the empty's house next door to us. Daniel and James are so professional and put my mind at rest straight away with their knowledge and understanding that the problem could be dealt with and true to their word we are now rat free. I would definitely recommend them. A brilliant team.

We had lots of bees/wasps in our family home. Dan came from Sandwell Pest Control and thoroughly checked the house. He identified the pest, found the nest and sorted it out there and then. Really happy with this service. Came out on the same day initially to treat a wasp nest. Around 2 weeks later some wasps had returned but someone attended on the same day again to treat the nest.

Called Will to deal with a problematic flying ant's nest outside our home which was causing issues internally. From the very first call, Will was so knowledgeable and a total professional. He offered excellent advice over the phone, has been out to our house a number of times to oversee the progress of the treatment and has provided lots of helpful advice over text too - such excellent personal service that you will not get from the larger companies. Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company
