Excellent Service - Highly Recommend! -We had a bedbug problem, and Rob from Special Pest Services was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. I really cannot recommend Rob and SPS enough. He dealt with the issue we had in the loft. A squirrel that decided to move in. Persistent, efficient and sorted asap. Rob is also a really nice guy, who lightened the mood and provided reassurance and future prevention. I’m forever grateful and thankful. I’ll never delete Rob’s number, he would be the first person we call in the future if any issues.

Rob was absolutely fantastic and extremely knowledgeable and most importantly he caught the culprit! Rob was very reliable and always came when he said he would come. These guys are absolutely amazing. We had an unwelcome rat problem caused from the empty's house next door to us. Daniel and James are so professional and put my mind at rest straight away with their knowledge and understanding that the problem could be dealt with and true to their word we are now rat free. We woke up one Friday morning to a significant amount of maggots all over our downstairs toilet and kitchen, that literally appeared overnight. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts contacting "sponsored" pest management services, we contacted Dan and Jim at Infinite Pest Management for help. Straight away, they were very honest and incredibly helpful (all before 8am), even offering a discount to come and survey as they were concerned they may not be able to help and didn't want to overcharge. They arrived after a really big job, around 7:30pm on a Friday night and were able to quickly diagnose the problem, where our outlet pipe benching had failed, seemingly giving access to a rat that had got stuck and died in our cavity wall pipes. Dan and Jim's advice and understanding was kind, patient and incredibly useful from the get go, and their advice has helped us with getting our water company to fix the issue that caused these problems, with them even agreeing to refund the entire cost of the plan! A pest control plan was agreed given the free access the rats had, which Dan was almost reluctant to offer due to the (understandable!) pricing, but this was absolutely the right decision. Jim has came to our house every two weeks since then to lay traps and bait, which has worked after removing a dead rat from the loft a couple of weeks' back. We cannot recommend these two guys more. Regular check in messages to see how things are going, as well as being on hand when we were concerned, well outside of "normal" working hours proves how much they want to go above and beyond, providing a brilliant, reassuring service that was worth every penny. We would recommend them to anyone who has any kind of pest issue. Thank you both!

Had a problem today Bank holiday Monday with wasps. Called Brendan at STP pest control LTD about our problem and with upmost professionalism he was with us within a few hours. What a fantastic friendly chap. Called on Monday morning for an appointment and the owner was lovely on the phone. He quickly arranged an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and helped me get rid on silverfish. Will came out almost immediately when we called him. He proofed our house really well and obviously is extremely knowledgeable about what he does. He was much better value for money than other companies in the area and included a guarantee once works were complete. We highly recommend him.
