Excellent Service - Highly Recommend! -We had a bedbug problem, and Rob from Special Pest Services was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. I really cannot recommend Rob and SPS enough. He dealt with the issue we had in the loft. A squirrel that decided to move in. Persistent, efficient and sorted asap. Rob is also a really nice guy, who lightened the mood and provided reassurance and future prevention. I’m forever grateful and thankful. I’ll never delete Rob’s number, he would be the first person we call in the future if any issues.

Rob was absolutely fantastic and extremely knowledgeable and most importantly he caught the culprit! Rob was very reliable and always came when he said he would come. Called Matt at Black Dog on two occasions over a year ago for mice and more recently for rats (our cat died 2yrs ago didn't realise how good she was with rodent control 🥴). Locky was a lovely friendly man. Excellent extensive knowledge on rodent control. He gave very helpful advice and did a really thorough inspection of the house and garden. No sales pressure but lots of reassurance on his ability to help.

We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.

Lockie came out on a home visit to sort out our mouse problems as we live in a rural area; he identified the issues advised us clearly and provided quick and effective solutions with a friendly and expert manner - I cant recommend him highly enough.

We had a swift and helpful response to our initial enquiry from PGH Beegone who arranged for Locky to visit. Locky was very thorough and efficient. He dealt with the problem but also analysed the cause of the problem and then embarked on painstaking prevention and proofing work. Highly recommended.

A brilliant, trustworthy and highly skilled family run firm. They fitted in my job when already fully booked and came promptly. My cat had brought in a live rat and I hadn't been able to catch it. After it hid behind the battery at the back of the fridge it then hid in a wall. After an anxious night I was at my wit's end. Within two hours the rat was caught in a trap and I received a second visit to remove the rat. Would highly recommend.

We woke up one Friday morning to a significant amount of maggots all over our downstairs toilet and kitchen, that literally appeared overnight. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts contacting "sponsored" pest management services, we contacted Dan and Jim at Infinite Pest Management for help. Straight away, they were very honest and incredibly helpful (all before 8am), even offering a discount to come and survey as they were concerned they may not be able to help and didn't want to overcharge. They arrived after a really big job, around 7:30pm on a Friday night and were able to quickly diagnose the problem, where our outlet pipe benching had failed, seemingly giving access to a rat that had got stuck and died in our cavity wall pipes. Dan and Jim's advice and understanding was kind, patient and incredibly useful from the get go, and their advice has helped us with getting our water company to fix the issue that caused these problems, with them even agreeing to refund the entire cost of the plan! A pest control plan was agreed given the free access the rats had, which Dan was almost reluctant to offer due to the (understandable!) pricing, but this was absolutely the right decision. Jim has came to our house every two weeks since then to lay traps and bait, which has worked after removing a dead rat from the loft a couple of weeks' back. We cannot recommend these two guys more. Regular check in messages to see how things are going, as well as being on hand when we were concerned, well outside of "normal" working hours proves how much they want to go above and beyond, providing a brilliant, reassuring service that was worth every penny. We would recommend them to anyone who has any kind of pest issue. Thank you both!
