Excellent service, came out same day to treat the nest and it was removed within a couple of days. Value for money and due to the location of the nest, the ceiling plaster had to be cut to gain access, left the area clean. Thanks Raks

We had a problem with what we thought was a dormant old wasps nest in the attic. On arrival the operative - seemed nice chap, smiling despite the concern on my face went to the location and quickly determined it was dormant or old but said he would remove it for no charge :-) On doing so he then discovered a live nest in the eaves I had not spotted and removed that successfully. Buzz Off saved the day! After another pest control company failed to solve my wasp problem, Buzz Off's two-person team stepped in and exceeded my expectations. Would recommend these guys 100%. Had a problem with red ants and other insects entering into the house from the back garden. Called up quick pest control and they was able to give me an appointment for the next day which was appreciated. Lets just say i no longer have any problems now. Excellent service from the very first telephone call. Helpful staff who dealt with the issue in a safe and professional manner. They responded to me quickly and got a member of their team to come out and see me the very same day. From start to finish, Locky from TLC Pest Control was very professional and reassuring when called out to deal with a large nest of angry wasps, in a neighbouring hedge. Would give TLC pest control 10 stars if I could! We were at our wits end and have had many different pest control companies out over the last couple of years but they never delved deep into the problem and only gave short term solutions which never eradicated the pests. Locky was absolutely fantastic. From the initial phone call we knew he was very professional and knowledgeable and attended our property promptly. He was very thorough and did a full walk around of the house and garden, quickly identifying the problem and the pests’ points of entry. He advised us what we needed to do to prevent this and how to effectively deal with the problem. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough and we’re now confident the problem can be eradicated.

Burnham pest control is a brilliant small family run company that I would not hesitate to use again. A brilliant, trustworthy and highly skilled family run firm. They fitted in my job when already fully booked and came promptly. My cat had brought in a live rat and I hadn't been able to catch it. After it hid behind the battery at the back of the fridge it then hid in a wall. After an anxious night I was at my wit's end. Within two hours the rat was caught in a trap and I received a second visit to remove the rat. Would highly recommend.

I called out Craig from Stop that Pest, to deal with a wasp nest in the roof, near to our bathroom window. Craig came out to us on the same day and expertly dealt the awkwardly placed nest within in minutes. I've used Craig before and have recommended him to all my friends who've required help removing wasps. I can guarantee you he is very professional and exceptional value for money.

My Mum had a wasp nest in her roof. Craig gave me loads of useful information over the phone and because it was January told me it was likely that the wasps would be dead and he would simply be removing “rubbish” and so gave a reduced price from his full fee (someone else I phoned didn’t mention this and was going to charge me double the amount of Craig’s full fee!). Craig came round that same day and checked the situation. The Queen was still alive but Craig still removed the nest for the same reduced price that had been agreed and also put down some treatment for some cluster flies which he found in the loft for no extra charge. Craig is friendly, thorough, helpful and very reasonably priced. We have used other wasp removal people in the past and Craig is by far the best we have come across and the cheapest – we will not be using anyone else in the future that’s for sure.

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.

The service was excellent and the report was also very thorough and clear. We had no issues within our loft and it was nice to find a firm that would actually complete an inspection without the need of evidence up front.
