Had a problem today Bank holiday Monday with wasps. Called Brendan at STP pest control LTD about our problem and with upmost professionalism he was with us within a few hours. What a fantastic friendly chap. Had a discussion about the problem told me what he was going to do and how it works. 10/10 Great service great chap very knowledgeable person highly recommend you won't be disappointed. 👏👏👏👍

A QUICK KILL PEST CONTROL - What can I say. After calling out 2 companies of which 1 was local - Aim Pest Control & Pest Interceptors from outside the City. Both of these companies being paid to resolve my problem both failed and had different approaches as to how to tell me that they have done what they could to resolve problem and nothing more can be done. Basically washed their hands to avoid the situation because of the problem they were incompetent to to resolve. However, A QUICK PEST CONTROL - A Family Run Business running for 30+ Years I called out recently and by the 2 visit Marc was able to identify the source of the problem. A plan of action was put in place and quickly implemented in a methodical and practical way. As of 13.09.23 this has been implemented. Marc left by saying that if the smallest of questions arises please ask. I know for sure that after all this A QUICK PEST CONTROL a family run business will be there even after a job has been done.

Absolute professional.Very knowledgeable. Our father in law had engaged a company recommend by the local county council. They charged£60 upfront which they said covered 3 visits. The first visit they left bait and the operative reported that he didn't think there were any rats in loft. They arrived next time without ladders this operative said he was not aware the problem was in loft. Next operative came and said that it was over run a health hazard and he needed to take all insulation lagging out put a galvanized partion up to prevent the rats comings in from next door. Cost£1800+vat. My wife told me and because Mark had done several jobs for me i asked him to go and access the situation. Mom and dad who are 87 and 91 agreed. Mark said yes there we're rat's but not overrun or was it necessary to do all this work We engaged him his quote was £510 Inc vat. He is always busy but well worth the wait

Called out to an active bee nest in the garden. Very quick to come out and the guy that came was very professional and communicative. Explained all that was happening and why. Left the garden clean and safe for the pets. Great service. Lovely people. Would highly recommend

An excellent service provided by Marc. Highly Recommended. His knowledge and ability to put you at ease over the problems you are facing are fantastic. He kept in touch all the way through the extermination process and between trips to return and rebait the issue. He offered a variety of services as well to help prevent further issues all while being very competitively priced. He was professional but also personal, it was less like dealing with a business man and more like dealing with someone you have known for years, all while maintaining a very professional service.

Dave arrived when he said he would, was polite & knowledgeable, made sure he dosed all of the entry points (of which there were 10 of them high up along a large stretch of exterior Wall where the roof tiles meet) and didn't leave a mess. Wasps one day, none the next. Would definitely recommend 👌

Glyn saved the day after other company didn’t do the job properly. Straight away he knew that wasp nest needed to be treated through the loft not from the outside where was the entry point. Very professional and friendly. Will recommend to family and friends 100%. Thank you again.

Had a wasp nest on my property, they were getting in and out through a hole in the brickwork near the soffit. Called ACP and arranged a visit for the next day, professional and knowledgeable he treated the nest and said it should be neautralized within 48hrs or he'd do a free retreat. Next morning there was no activity from the nest. Cheaper and a quicker response than Wolves council, would defiantly recommend and use again.

I live in Codsall had so much Wasps around the house and mostly the kitchen got worsen everyday. Anti-Pest Prevention came once then twice , still no hope. Because unclear picture as to where these Wasps were coming from. However, Anti Pest Prevention did not give up. Thirdly time lucky they managed to find where the Queen nest has been held. May I say” I do admire these gentlemen for their dedication , integrity , hardworking and respect towards customers . Every-time their came in with a smile and willingness to help . We had lots of bees/wasps in our family home. Dan came from Sandwell Pest Control and thoroughly checked the house. He identified the pest, found the nest and sorted it out there and then. Sorry for the late review. We had an active wasp nest in our single storey roof. Please do not try and eradicate one yourself as we tried to. It didn't work and we got stung! Called Aries Pest Control who booked us in and within 1 - 2 hrs of the treatment, they had all but disappeared. They were very angry at being sprayed but it did the trick. Brilliant. Will definitely call again if we have any more.
