Great service received from F & P Plumbing. Josh fitted our boiler a few years ago and did a great job. He first provided us with a competitive quote and answered all of our queries, then fitted the new boiler as agreed. He was very professional and helpful and also replaced some garage roof tiles at the same time (as a result of the boiler swap). Other plumbers said we would have to sort this ourselves. F&P did the whole job which we were very pleased about. Josh has since come back every year to service our boiler. Louise on reception is always helpful and another plumber Dave also helped us promptly to reset our boiler when we had a gas leak on the street by sending us a video to show us how to do this. I was personally very grateful as I was recovering from cancer treatment that day and couldn’t face that issue alone. Dave’s response was fast and efficient without having to get a plumber to visit. We recently had a great team from F&P Plumbing and heating come and replace an old boiler with another newer system. From start to finish we received great service. Cam was an excellent worker, he was very thorough and helpful. Answered all our questions and was very polite. The work was completed to a very high standard. Our service engineer Richard was brilliant. He's very approachable and friendly. He knows his stuff and carried out our service really efficiently. He was also able to solve a cold radiator problem, explaining what had happened. I would use this firm again and again. Very pleased with their customer care.

These guys were super helpful. Dave diagnosed the problem with our boiler over the phone and I was able to send pictures to him. The quote was with me quickly and I was able to approve and get a time booked in to get the work done. Our 20 year old hot water immersion tank finally gave out, and began leaking onto the floor and leaving us with no hot water. Tony was able to come out early the next day and told us that we needed to replace the whole thing unfortunately. Tony was able to guide us with an affordable replacement and even installed the whole thing with his colleague two days later, including getting help to rewire the circuit board and installing all new pipework. He always charges reasonable prices and can always diagnose the problem straight away. Thank you Tony!

Had a problem with central heating and hot water back on Tuesday 21st January neighbour gave me the phone number of W L V David Robinson rang David on Wednesday morning explained the problem told me may be the pump will need to take a look himself will and try get round in the afternoon he did call round and yes was the pump so we got David to replace the pump on that day first class service so we booked David in to service the boiler for the 5th February which had not been done for 3 years full service done replace 2 gaskets very clean and tidy David is a gentleman would highly recommend David at H L V Heating 5 star service. P . S a engineer that puts on over shoes to come into home nice one my wife was well impressed 👌

We initially contacted WLV Heating Ltd. after being recommended by several people to address fault codes on our boiler. David came out to fix the issue and, while doing so, discovered a much more serious gas supply problem. His professionalism and expertise were immediately evident as he explained the safety concerns and took swift action. David didn’t just stop at identifying the issue – he contacted our gas network provider himself and arranged an emergency visit to ensure everything was safe. Despite the complications, his friendly and approachable attitude put us at ease throughout the whole process. He explained everything in detail, so we fully understood what was happening. David kept in regular contact with us throughout the entire process, which really impressed us. It's a rare quality to find these days, and we truly appreciated his consistent communication. The most impressive part of David’s service was his willingness to attend out of hours when the gas supplier left us without gas, ensuring we weren’t left in a difficult situation. His knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to customer safety were exceptional. On top of all this, the pricing was very fair for the level of service we received. David truly went over and above, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had him as our engineer. He really is an A-star professional, and we wouldn’t hesitate to call on WLV Heating Ltd again. Absolutely brilliant, friendly, polite and tidy. Boiler stopped working before Christmas, they came out the same day to assess. My 81 year old mum lives with us, I was worried we would have to go without heating, they got the boiler working temporarily before they left and then sent the options through for the work required. We decided to go for the new boiler, they fitted us in yesterday and did a super job. They were organised, kept us informed, cleared up when they left. We shall only be using this company in the future.

Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. We are really happy with the results and will use these guys again.

Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!

A few days ago the central heating wasn't coming on when programmed but there was still hot water. Having been given Simbuild's contact number by a friend who had told me that Simon had done a good job, I gave him a call and he was able to come and assess the job the next day. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently but a leak was found which he came back today/the next day to fix. Fully working system again. 5 Stars!

Simon started on Monday as he start, bright and early at 0800 hrs and he did say they would be totally finished by around lunch time the next day and was true to his word. Simon couldn't have been any more professional, but friendly and courteous at the same time. Whilst you can only imagine the work that went behind the new boiler replacement, they were so considerate of property items as well as personal items. It was just 5* rating all the way through, it really was. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Woke up last week & boiler wasn’t working & on recommendation from a friend called Simbuild who came out that evening. Result was could try & fix but would soon need replacing or new boiler now. After sleeping on it went with new boiler & requested a Worcester Bosch & other than that left the specifics to Simon & as far as I can see the price I paid was lower than leading shops for same model. Simon arrived at 8am & finished around 5pm, he left the area tidy & demonstrated how to use the boiler. Throughout he was polite & friendly & just overall as pleasant an experience of having a new boiler could be. Definitely recommend.

Having contacted several gas plumbers and been let down by all, I was passed the details of Jamie by a friend who has always used him. I contacted Jamie Thursday morning and he came out within a couple of hours. Sent me a price the same day and came and fitted a new fan on my boiler the next morning.
