Can't thank enough the team from Peacock for coming through to our aid when out boiler decided to die on us. After searching for days for a boiler and a plumber , our house was now cold and we needed our boiler fitted and installed and we were fortunate to find the team from Peacock. Not only did they not fit our boiler literally hours after calling them , he managed to install and upgrade us to a digital heating system which is so convenient and efficient I'm so glad we found them , ain't gonna anywhere else for future works.

I thoroughly recommend SH Plumbing Services. Sam came out in an emergency to our burst pipe 6 years ago and we have used him from that day for all our plumbing and heating needs. Totally trustworthy, he transformed our bathroom earlier this year with advice and a high quality installation. We would never consider any alternative and cannot speak highly enough of the service he provides.

Sam has done two great jobs for us; diagnosing and solving a leaking sewer pipe in our en suite, and fixing a leak under our kitchen sink. He does a very tidy, clean job and is very personable, returning to fix a minor leak when it occurred under the sink. No hesitation in recommending him.

Our central heating boiler broke down on the coldest day of February. I found SH Gas and Plumbing Services and phoned that evening. Sam said he would come to us first thing next day to diagnose the problem which he did and came later the same day to fit the replacement part which required draining down and re-filling the system. Such speedy service was very much appreciated and I will certainly be using Sam for any future work. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

Amazing service every time. Tony fitted our boiler nearly 8 years ago and comes back yearly for services. We recently had an issue with our hot water and he was out to us in no time, found & fixed the problem. Always pleasant and professional, reasonable prices and excellent work, 100% recommend them!

Tony has been our only go to for boiler/plumbing issues, for several years now. He covers the regular boiler service, and also installed a new boiler when the old one packed up. Any plumbing issues, he's quick to react, and always charges a very fair price for his work/time/parts etc. I'm in the process of buying a new house, and Tony was happy to go to the new house and do a general 'health check' of the boiler/gas fittings etc, before I finalise my purchase. He gave me a detailed and very helpful breakdown of his findings, and answered all my queries (I gave the poor guy a list! 😄). Having used this service for several years, I fully trust Tony, and wouldn't call anyone else. Highly recommend!

My boiler stopped working last Saturday night, I called Tony on Monday morning and by Wednesday lunchtime he said Guy had removed and replaced it with a new one 😁. They are so helpful, explain everything to you, genuinely care about their customers. I've had done a number of plumbing jobs done by them over a few years and they've never let me down. Response to your call is quick, they work efficiently and clean up afterwards. I'd definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Utterly brilliant service. Came out same day when the gas issue with the solenoid had failed us. Being a manufacturer we needed to get work up and running and a super fast service carried out the same day with care and attention by Naseem. Hancox have just replaced my old central heating boiler with a new combi boiler. Their engineers Rob and Luke carried out the work efficiently and skillfully, tidying up as they went. They worked tirelessly and professionally and I was amazed at the amount of work they put in. The new pipework in my airing cupboard is a work of art, so much so that my husband took a photo to show people at his work. I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer at the moment and Hancox had promised to carry out the work as quickly as they could to minimise the time I was without heat whilst I'm vulnerable. They exceeded my expectations. I had a lump in my throat when Rob and Luke came back from getting some materials with some heaters for me to borrow that night to keep the house warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hancox and will certainly use them again.

A year on, March 2021, I decided to use Hancox again and for a much bigger job. Bathroom and toilet refurbishment. The house is my family home and Dad passed from Covid in 2020 so the whole project was very emotive and required care on all fronts but also was more challenging than expected, the bathroom was rotting and damp. The outcome is beautiful and was successfully achieved by Hancox with an another outstanding experience. David and his team are excellent, especially Eamonn who put in extra effort throughout. I highly recommend Hancox! Review in March 2020 Hancox is an outstanding company. Very reliable, courteous and clearly Eamonn & George knew their stuff. This was changing the old style & size radiators to the new and involved adjusting the piping to fit the new size. This was done very well, so that the radiators look well fitted and tidy. Have been using This company to service my gas boiler/ plumbing repairs for the last 3 years and have always had excellent service at a reasonable price. Yesterday I had the latest annual service carried out but also arranged for the engineer to replace my bathroom basin tap with one I had bought myself. Unfortunately my new tap was the wrong type so the engineer went and bought another one and fitted this. This was exceptional service. The engineer was also punctual, friendly and very professional. He also left everything very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ecoplumb recently fitted new radiators throughout the downstairs of the house. I cant recommend them highly enough, very competive quote and the work was undertaken in the timeframe they quoted. We were really impressed with how clean they left the house as well. Brilliant service.

Marcus made a brilliant job of my complete bathroom renovation. It was not an easy job as there were multiple pipes to box in and he liaised with me every step of the way, suggesting excellent solutions to the problems. The finished job was stunning. Highly recommend!!!

Used Ecoplumb for a couple of jobs over the past few years. Most recently, 3 weeks ago, Marcus fitted 3 new column radiators at my home. He is very skilful, hard working, honest & reliable. He uses quality products/materials & all work is carried out to an excellent standard. He is very tidy & removes/recycles all waste once the job is complete.
