Utterly brilliant service. Came out same day when the gas issue with the solenoid had failed us. Being a manufacturer we needed to get work up and running and a super fast service carried out the same day with care and attention by Naseem. He was patient and careful and very friendly and easy to communicate with and generally have a friendly chat as well. Just a top guy doing a great job at a very good price. We will use again 100%

These guys are fantastic. My boiler had given up during through coldest days during Christmas. Busy these guys sent someone over same day I called. They came over, did a bunch of tests ABs told me I need a new pcb board, which could be installed by my self. I followed their instructions and now the boiler is fixed at minimal cost to me. Thanks guys for the good service and fast response.

Tony has been our only go to for boiler/plumbing issues, for several years now. He covers the regular boiler service, and also installed a new boiler when the old one packed up. Any plumbing issues, he's quick to react, and always charges a very fair price for his work/time/parts etc. I'm in the process of buying a new house, and Tony was happy to go to the new house and do a general 'health check' of the boiler/gas fittings etc, before I finalise my purchase. He gave me a detailed and very helpful breakdown of his findings, and answered all my queries (I gave the poor guy a list! 😄). Having used this service for several years, I fully trust Tony, and wouldn't call anyone else. Highly recommend!

My boiler stopped working last Saturday night, I called Tony on Monday morning and by Wednesday lunchtime he said Guy had removed and replaced it with a new one 😁. They are so helpful, explain everything to you, genuinely care about their customers. I've had done a number of plumbing jobs done by them over a few years and they've never let me down. Response to your call is quick, they work efficiently and clean up afterwards. I'd definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Power Plus Heating did a great job for us. They fitted a quality boiler within a day, came back to flush our heating system and ensured all our radiators were piping hot. They also gave us maintenance advice, made sure we knew how to bleed the heaters correctly and keep the correct settings on the boiler. Sab was very informative in teaching us how to take care of our heating system, and answered all of our concerns. The team were very friendly too. I would definitely recommend them.

From the get go Sab was polite, clear and thorough and well communicative in his approach. Including breaking down all options in as detailed way as possible. He came to quote to repair something in our old boiler (new home) that had previously been repaired only a week before by someone else where major issues were missed. Sab gave us a breakdown of fixing the boiler or the option for replacement and full service which he explained in the long run (in writing) that this would be more cost effective and less risky than fixing the problem with a new part in our old boiler which could fail in short time. As a result, we decided to have our boiler replaced and drain the system/split the flush and restore and service the radiators in our home. He showed passion in what he does, and also like I say he was very meticulous. I am a tradesperson myself, so these qualities on the flipside are invaluable to me as a customer. The works were undertaken with care and efficiency, Sab came on multiple visits, working around our schedule, once with his apprentice and another time and also then finally with his electrician Naz for the install. Sab and his team were very friendly, courteous and did everything they said they would, carried out with ease. I would highly recommend Sab, Power Plus Heating.

A very professional service from Adam. He efficiently diagnosed what was wrong with my boiler as the water was lukewarm. He gave me a quote and we managed to work around my working schedule for him to do what was needed. He was prompt and did an excellent job communicating with me before and on the day he fixed my boiler. He offered me a reasonable price for servicing the boiker as this had been overdue. Have been using This company to service my gas boiler/ plumbing repairs for the last 3 years and have always had excellent service at a reasonable price. Yesterday I had the latest annual service carried out but also arranged for the engineer to replace my bathroom basin tap with one I had bought myself. Unfortunately my new tap was the wrong type so the engineer went and bought another one and fitted this. This was exceptional service. The engineer was also punctual, friendly and very professional. He also left everything very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic service, it was straight forward, very informative, the workers they sent out were efficient, friendly and easy to work with. They installed my new boiler in 1 day, it's been a week so far since the completion of the job, and I've had no issues so far. Hancox have just replaced my old central heating boiler with a new combi boiler. Their engineers Rob and Luke carried out the work efficiently and skillfully, tidying up as they went. They worked tirelessly and professionally and I was amazed at the amount of work they put in. The new pipework in my airing cupboard is a work of art, so much so that my husband took a photo to show people at his work. I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer at the moment and Hancox had promised to carry out the work as quickly as they could to minimise the time I was without heat whilst I'm vulnerable. They exceeded my expectations. I had a lump in my throat when Rob and Luke came back from getting some materials with some heaters for me to borrow that night to keep the house warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hancox and will certainly use them again.

Andrew fitted a new hot water tank for me 8 years ago. He’d left a sticker on the tank with his details. When my down stairs neighbour mentioned that she thought water was leaking from my bathroom into hers he was the first person I called as there was nothing obvious. Andrew communicated brilliantly with regard to arrival times, identified the source of the leak immediately,, even though it was hidden and was able to sort it out quickly.
