Pam did a brilliant job at repositioning and fitting our new radiators. He worked so hard to fit us at short notice after we called him in desperation to get it done before the carpets are laid after our original plumber went AWOL on us. He made the smallest gap possible to fit himself under the floorboards when repositioning the pipes and was overall so considerate. He is reliable, receptive and genuinely a lovely person too and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

Pam came out to us on very short notice to fix an issue we were having with our hot water. As well as sorting the issue he was friendly and considerate towards our house. He also took the time to explain the system to us and show us some tips and tricks if we encounter issues in the future. All in all a great service, one we will definitely be using again

A great job done: boiler superbly fitted, old boiler etc removed, kitchen cleaned and tidied, not forgetting use of new boiler and thermostat patiently explained. All paperwork in order. Peter investigated the fault on our boiler the same day we called him, he discussed our options and we decided to go for a new boiler. Peter came on the day he stated and on time. We were so pleased with the installation he had done we asked him to return the following week to install a new toilet. In short from a big job to small works I would not hesitate to recommend him to other people.

I've used JLN to replace two boilers in different homes and each time they do a fantastic job. Very neat and tidy pipework, cleaned up afterwards. With the boiler move they even chose the correct bricks to fill the old flu hole. I've never had to call them back for any leaks etc. polite and respectful workers. Highly recommended 😀

MK did a fantastic job for us replacing a small bathroom. They had to take everything back to scratch and were excellent. Very reliable, high quality work and beautiful tiling. Excellent service from Manol. My boiler needed replacing after a couple of years of faults. MK plumbing came out and quoted. Very competitive quote and was able to do the work within a couple of weeks. Stuck to the quote, did not add anything on. Arrived on time and completed the new boiler installation on a Saturday in one day. Very polite and considerate plumber, would recommend.

Not used the company prior to this morning. Manol agreed to come out for an emergency leak in the busiest season. He has done a marvellous job not only of fixing the leak but also tidying the rest of the sink set up as well as checking for any other leaks. Job looks very professional and is value for money too. Double Boiler Service. Phil was recommended to me by our street’s group chat, sent him a message he replied quickly and set a day and a time and came carried out the service and noticed another problem that needed doing came back a few days later to carry out the work. As a result of this I have decided to do the boiler service plan as I will be more than happy to have him service our boilers in 12 months time. Highly recommended.

Phil started to work in the early morning. He put down a carpet protection sheet and it adhered well which was thoughtful and kept my living room floor clean. Got replacement of the existing ratty old pipes which looked nice and organized. He did a great pipework for us! All radiators had gotten flushed, and the new Baxi combi boiler looks fantastic! It took a day of completion of the works, the kitchen on-site was messy, but Phil and his partner tided up carefully. Overall, we are satisfied with their services and with the new boiler which has been running smoothly and quietly so far. We highly recommend Ecoflame for anyone who is looking for a gas boiler service.

Dan and his team fitted a new boiler and 3 new radiators for me. I have used them before and was very happy with their work They were on time 8 am sharp as promised and started work straight away. Their work is excellent. Lovely friendly, considerate and helpful team. They explained how to use the new boiler and even set up the timer etc for me They left my home clean and took away all of the rubbish including the boxes that the new radiators were in. What a lucky day for us when Eco Flame came to my mom's house. My mom had very little heating, and we needed some help. I reached out on checkatrade, and Eco Flame came out the same day of the enquiry. Straight away, we felt at ease with Phil. Moms heating was very old and so it was decided a knew boiler was required. We were booked in on their next available date. The work was carried out in 1 day by a team of 3. Nice guy is Ralph. Came to look at my mum's ancient boiler that had stopped working. Got it going again. Bled all the radiators too. Very good communication throughout. Will definitely call again when needed.

Ralph came round at short notice and got some radiators working that we hadn’t managed to get on since we moved in a year ago. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and stayed to ensure everything was working properly. Tidy and courteous. Would highly recommend.

We called Touchwood Plumbing on the Sunday between Christmas and new year after a fault with our boiler meant we had no hot water or heating. The engineer came out the same day and did his best to fix it. However it needed a new part. The engineer informed me that the boiler was still under warranty so the part could be replaced by the manufacturer. Not only did he check we were covered but he arranged for an engineer from the boiler company to come out with the right part and replace it at no extra cost to us. Fantastic and very friendly service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
