All we can say is what an amazing person is Rafa from RRJ carpentry his work is Absolutely amazing and explains everything from start to finish. His carpentry skill are A**** and would recommend to anyone wanting work done . Rafa did a good job fitting a dado rail and skirting for me. He was able to do the work at short notice and to a good standard. He managed my expectations well and kept me informed with progress. I will be contacting him again in future for more work.

Rafa fitted a built in wardrobe in my bedroom he helped me design what I had in mind, and built the wardrobe and spray painted the doors to the exact paint colour we wanted. I cannot recommend Philip enough from start to finish for fitting my entire kitchen. When Philip first came to look at my house and when we first met, he was on time and an extremely nice genuine person. He made lots of ideas and suggestions to improve on my plans using his knowledge and experiences. Although I had a fairly large kitchen, I was actually on a tight budget. Philip’s quote arrived on time and was "extremely" favourable in comparison to two other quotes I received. He took great care to protect my new oak floor. Each day the house was left clean and tidy. He was extremely reliable and 100% trustworthy. Philips attention to detail was excellent and I couldn't fault anything he did. My entire kitchen looks STUNNING ! And to say I am delighted with him workmanship is an understatement. As soon as I have saved up, I would like Philip to return and make me a treehouse and other projects.....he is that good....

Phil is the consumate professional you've always dreamed of. We have had several jobs done by Phil, fitting new doors with oak lintel, oak shelving and bespoke wardrobes in a challenging space. He will spend as long as you require to discuss the project and will always find a solution which, when finished, is exactly what you were expecting. Courteous, tidy and always turns up when he says he will! Can't recommend highly enough and we will undoubtedly use Phil again.

Phil has recently completed the most beautiful set of 4 fitted bookcases with cupboards below and a cupboard across the bay window. We are thrilled! Phil developed a design based on our basic needs and the finished effect is amazing: he has such good aesthetic sense and attention to detail. He is tidy and considerate and goes the extra mile: he offered to do our skirting boards too so that the fit with the cupboards is immaculate. Would definitely ask Phil back. And a thoroughly nice man as well as being a highly talented professional; a great experience! (Will add photos later)

We have just had our kitchen completely refurbished by Mario and we couldn’t be happier! The whole service has been so professional and personal, right from giving us advice and ideas in the design stage to suggestions on materials and some design adjustments on the way to make our kitchen work better for us. The level of craftsmanship and detail is fantastic and the quality of the materials such as the oak doors is better than any kitchens we have seen on offer from both the mainstream and more bespoke kitchen companies out there. His pricing compared to other companies for the same standard of work is exceptionally reasonable. We are beyond happy with the end result and everything about our kitchen has exceeded our expectations. When we bought our new house, we were faced with the unexpected problem of a rotten kitchen. Even though we'd had a survey done, the survey didn't highlight how bad the kitchen was. We had to rip the kitchen out with two weeks to our moving day. We were recommended Mario's services by a friend from the school run and Mario was able to fit a store bought kitchen quickly and efficiently. Mario saved the day for us. We moved in on time. He even fit the flooring in our kitchen and hallway for us. We are incredibly grateful to Mario for his willingness to put himself out for us. He did a great job and the kitchen looks great. Caine and his team did a great job renovating our house - fitting doors, new fitted wardrobes, fitting a new oven etc. They turned up on time, tidied up after themselves and were extremely polite and professional. Caine was brilliant! We have an old house and much of the woodwork needed fixing. Caine has replaced both functional and decorative pieces with enormous skill (he rebuilt the decorative apex in the photo completely). He has high standards and won't rest until it's right. Definitely recommend.

Caine and his team have recently completed a renovation to our house, removing a suspended ceiling, rerouted pipe work, overhauled electrics, installed a new ceiling and plastered to an extremely high standard. The level of workmanship was outstanding, each day site was left clean and tidy, all tools neatly stacked safely. Given the work we had done, mess was minimal. It's not easy to find a builder who is as trustworthy, polite and reliable as Caine and his team. Any obstacles that Caine came across during the renovation were tackled with great solutions and ideas. To coin his phrase... Solutions not problems! Even after the renovation has been completed, we keep in touch. We would highly recommend his services and we will certainly be using Caine and his team again for any future work! We had spoken to a few construction companies in regards to our extension but none of them came across like Caine at Rightlook did. From the very beginning he was onboard with our plans, gave us advice, quick to respond to us and extremely accommodating. His approach was very honest and reassuring which was a big factor seeing as we had never undertaken a project like this before. Since day one, the project was managed, delivery of materials was always onetime, the site left tidy at the end of each day and the schedule of works met. All the people that Rightlook work with (staff and contractors) were of a high standard, had great attention to detail and despite different tradesmen coming in throughout the project, it felt as if they cared about our project just as much as Caine & the team did. Not that there were many at all but whenever there was an issue Caine resolved it and he always accommodated to our wants and needs. I would highly recommend Rightlook to anyone whether it be a small or large project.

Hello Richard, we write to say a huge thank you to you and everyone else at Nicholson Carpentry and Joinery for the Accoya French Door set you so beautifully manufactured and installed for us. We knew the job in hand would not be straightforward due to distorted brickwork and wonky levels resulting from historic subsidence so we needed to choose carefully well established and highly regarded craftsmen who we were confident could overcome issues arising. We made a great choice! Everything ran like clockwork from survey to completion in a truly professional manner. The old doors and frame were removed efficiently without fuss or mess, the new door set was fitted with upmost care and precision and all making good, finishing and tidying up was done likewise. We had delayed and saved for many years to replace our old doors and we are absolutely over the moon with our new ones. They are a joy to use and look at. Manufactured and fitted top quality wooden windows and hardware for us, installed to a high standard and all according to listed building stipulations. Produced initial general drawings for apraisal and then fully detailed drawings for inclusion in our listed building consent application. During installation, everyone on site was talkative, polite, approachable, good natured and knowledgeable - punctual, working quickly but with care. The overall project manager always responded promptly to messages and calls, was pro-active and defined a project timeline that was adhered to. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Rubien today, had to have an emergency call out to fix the front door, after sending him a quick video of the problem, he gave me a quote. When doing the job, he found it to be a bigger job than expected and said it may cost more. After several attempts of fixing it, he eventually succeeded and still only charged me the original quote.
