The whole experience of using React Roofing has been a really positive one. We contacted Luke for a quote for a bungalow dormer roof to be repaired ,the property being one we were hoping to purchase. He was so helpful and provided a quote quickly and without knowing if we would be successful in the purchase. However we did buy the property and Luke has carried out the roof, replacing guttering, downpipes and cleaning the roof. We have nothing but high praise for the work carried out, the guys were really hard workers. Work was to a high standard at a very competitive price. Guys were also very clean workers. Deluxe Roofing did a variety of different repairs for me, correcting a poorly installed skylight (different company), 2 x flat roofs above bay windows which had rotted, and installed a dry ridge tile system on the main roof. They were helpful, friendly, polite and provided guarantee paperwork for all the work they did. The pricing was reasonable and the work was carried out promptly and to a good standard. We used Avondale a few ago to fix a gable end at the back of my house. Edward was helpful, fixed the issue brilliantly and was very reasonably priced. I kept his business card. Called him earlier this month to look at an issue on the front gable. He came to the house, had a look. Ed came out to check on some works we had done last week by a different roofer. There was an issue with a leak due to a broken roof vent tile. During the time between when I called Ed and when he came out (very quick and fast response mind you which is great), the original roofer came back and he did some other remedial work. Ed politely waited outside for that roofer to leave, came in and asked what had happened and took a look at the roof. Ed then advised realistically, there would be nothing more he could do other than fit a new roll of felt and this would be unnecessary and spending money for nothing. I offered money to Ed for the fact he came out and wasted his time, he refused it and said he was just happy to help. 11/10, I will be recommending Ed to anyone who asks me about roofers and will definitely be calling Ed if I have any trouble in future

Exceptional work done by N Bird and Sons replacing 3 old roofs on 3 terrace properties. Efficient from the start, with their quotes, communications, start dates and organising all the paperwork. I have just finished having work done by N Bird & Son Roofing and I must say I was very impressed. Shaun came round and gave us a well informed and thorough quote for the investigation and then repair/replacement of the flat roof on top of our house, which dated back nearly 15 years following an extension. His team were very professional and did an awesome job and fully cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned another flat roof that had got dirty from the work. Anthony did a fantastic job of resolving a very difficult set of issues associated with leaks around my chimney & valley. We have used GJ Jelley on several occasions over the past 15 years for a replacement house roof, replacement flat roof and repairs to our existing house roof and gutter cleaning. I had recently moved house and the new house that I moved into was a fairly old property and had a fairly large oak tree nearby. As a result the roof over time had collected a large amount of moss and other vegetation. In places, the growth was a few inches high and from a distance the roof appeared practically green. I contacted 4 local companies for quotes to remove the growth and clean the roof. Two of these companies proposed using a pressure washer to do the job but it seemed to me that that would be likely to cause more problems than it would solve. Another one proposed to clean the roof by hand – basically two people on the roof scrubbing and scraping away. I wasn’t convinced that this would be particularly effective and besides this was not a small roof and to clean it by hand would take quite some time. The fourth company to quote was The Dorridge Roof Company. Their approach was entirely different. They would effectively steam clean the roof. After a couple of conversations with Richard White at The Dorridge Roof Company I decided that even though their quote was a good bit more that the others that I had received, it seemed to me that it was the only credible approach and so I asked them to go ahead. They turned up on time on the day with their specialist steam cleaning machine and by the time I returned home later that day the job was practically complete. The results were more than I could have hoped for. They had made an excellent job of cleaning the roof. I had expected there to have been some difficulty or other or perhaps some areas that wouldn’t clean as well as others but the roof had been comprehensively cleaned and was as good as new. They cleaned up after them and were gone by 6pm that day. They even came back a couple of days later to make some minor repairs to a few damaged tiles and to lay some ‘gutter hedgehog’ in the gutters to prevent future clogging up. They even did this free of charge. In all, The Dorridge Roof Company did a first class, totally professional job on my roof. I was delighted with the results and I would thorough recommend them to anybody who wants their roof cleaned and wants to be sure of the results.
