We contacted Luke for a quote for a bungalow dormer roof to be repaired ,the property being one we were hoping to purchase. He was so helpful and provided a quote quickly and without knowing if we would be successful in the purchase. However we did buy the property and Luke has carried out the roof, replacing guttering, downpipes and cleaning the roof. We have nothing but high praise for the work carried out, the guys were really hard workers. Work was to a high standard at a very competitive price. Guys were also very clean workers. Would absolutely recommend and have already done so!

The whole experience of using React Roofing has been a really positive one. Luke and the team are informative, open, very obliging, punctual, polite and professional and showed respect for my property. They carried out work to install a dry ridge system, complete some other minor repairs and the subsequent cleanup to a very high standard on a freezing cold day. I'm not sure how they managed to keep going but they did, all completed just before the recent storm hit, so a huge thank you for the peace of mind! Communication has been excellent throughout the whole process. I will definitely use React again and have already recommended them to others.

Excellent service from this company. Bradley from deluxe roofing gave me a quick and reasonable quote on a new flat roof and changing the new felt. He explained with every little detail for me to make my decision. His team, Edward and Callum, who completed the job, were great. They were professional and the work was completed to an excellent standard. They also keep the place neat and tidy before they leave. Excellent service. Originally asked for help to deal with a drain leak but they also highlighted an issue with our chimney stack and mortar repair which was critically due (I just hadn’t seen it). Came back to help mitigate the issue and all in all did a fab job, and at a great cost. Thanks again!

Ed came out to check on some works we had done last week by a different roofer. There was an issue with a leak due to a broken roof vent tile. During the time between when I called Ed and when he came out (very quick and fast response mind you which is great), the original roofer came back and he did some other remedial work. Ed politely waited outside for that roofer to leave, came in and asked what had happened and took a look at the roof. Ed then advised realistically, there would be nothing more he could do other than fit a new roll of felt and this would be unnecessary and spending money for nothing. I offered money to Ed for the fact he came out and wasted his time, he refused it and said he was just happy to help. 11/10, I will be recommending Ed to anyone who asks me about roofers and will definitely be calling Ed if I have any trouble in future

I recently purchased an old house, and a Level 3 survey revealed issues with the roof, chimneys, and guttering. Called out Chris from CK Roofing due to a leak that was causing water to run down my walls internally. He came out, sealed the guttering and the issue hasn't repeated itself so far. He has explained it is a maintenance issue, so I will be having Chris back to complete the maintenance as he suggested. Chris was punctual, friendly and knowledgable about the type of roof we have. Fantastic service received from Chris and his team at CK Roofing & Building Services. I contacted Chris on the 5th May giving him the go ahead to commence the repair work on one of my properties roof which was damaged a while back during storm Doris. He visited the property for an inspection on the 8th, scaffolding was erected on the 9th and all the work was completed to a high standard on the 10th and at a very competitive price. Soffit Cladding Guttering. Bespoke porch work. First conversation I was made to feel comfortable and an appointment was made. David listened to what I wanted, offered advise and excellent alternatives. I was kept up to date with dates. Work started the team are all working individually and as a team all polite and tidying as they work. The finish and attention to detail is very good. I’m very proud of my house’s appearance now. I was relieved to find David and his team. Can’t recommend enough.

Following up on work performed on 2 January to rectify a couple of problems with my roof drainage, I found a new problem I felt had been caused by the work performed. I contacted Shaun on 13 January and he sent John to have a look the next day. John was not sure how the problem had been caused but he came up with a solution to rectify it and managed to do an excellent job. I was personally recommended to N Bird by a satisfied customer. I have just finished having work done by N Bird & Son Roofing and I must say I was very impressed. Shaun came round and gave us a well informed and thorough quote for the investigation and then repair/replacement of the flat roof on top of our house, which dated back nearly 15 years following an extension. His team were very professional and did an awesome job and fully cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned another flat roof that had got dirty from the work. They also gave me an update on the work as it progressed with detailed pictures. It now looks great and comes with a 10 year guarantee. Anthony did a fantastic job of resolving a very difficult set of issues associated with leaks around my chimney & valley. Anthony has excellent attention to detail and really cares about the quality of the work he does. Shaun also provided excellent customer service.
