Just had my soffitts, fascias and guttering replaced by this fab company! All work was done to the highest standard and completed within the agreed timescale. The work was carried out whilst I was away on holiday so Ben kept me informed with videos and photos so I could see how the work was progressing. The rubbish and scaffolding had been removed and cleared for when I got back. I fully recommend this company for their hard work and professionalism!

Ben and the team did a fantastic job on our extension roof. Ben came round and soon identified the problem and recommend what needed to be completed. He also spotted a potential problem with the guttering in one corner of the house. I must say Ben and the team worked hard, often through the driving rain to get the job completed. I would highly recommend Ben and his team. They are busy but worth the wait if you’re looking for quality and reliability. They stripped and replaced a flat roof that was botched by a previous roofer. 12 months on and no problems at all.

Ben installed a new roof in November/December. He is easy to talk to, gives good advice and is keen to finish the job to the customer’s satisfaction. Contacted Aaron as a wet patch had appeared on the chimney breast in a bedroom, he promptly took his drome up to check out our roof. He quickly discovered the problem, which was the chimney, sent a quote along with a video and photos of the issue, seemed a fair quote and couldn't leave it too long, not when it comes to water getting into the house, so was happy for Aaron to do the job, which he did promptly and to a good standard, he even had to rebuild part of the chimney and didn't charge any extra, would definitely recommend and use again no question

TWF is honestly a great company to deal with. Following storm Darragh last weekend, we needed a roof repair, and we’re let down by someone else so I looked on google and saw the good reviews. I rang up and they got back to me within a couple of hours and actually did the job the next day, less than 24 hours of contacting them, and it was much less than other quotes we got. The roofers were very friendly and efficient, very quick and did a top class job which we were very pleased with. The whole experience of dealing with them was great and would highly recommend them. Great company to deal with.

I had been looking for a company to tile my bay window but after receiving quotes and then being let down or companies not even bothering to quote, I came across TWF Roofing. I called Tom and he said he would be happy to come over to look at the job, which he did the same day! I received my quote the same evening and once I had confirmed I was happy to proceed with the job, Tom gave me a date of when the scaffold would arrive. The scaffolding arrived on time, then once this was confirmed back to Tom, I then received a date of when he would start my job, which was also adhered to. The fitters arrived on time every day and stayed on my job until completion. They also attending to a couple of leaks I had with my guttering and repaired another problem which was only uncovered when fixing the leaks. TWF are a competent, reliable and professional company who I would recommend for any roofing or guttering problems. They also put me in touch with a brilliant guy for the rendering!

Thanks to Tom and the team who has fitted my Skylight windows. I phoned up Tom in the same day and he came and took a look and gave me the quote straight away. The guys who did the Skylight windows did a great job, it only took them just a few hours to fit two Skylight. Would highly recommend, get it done quickly no messing about!

I contacted Rob for a new roof quote after seeing his work on a number of houses, near to where we live. After inspecting my roof, he said my roof was the original (86yrs old) lath and tile roof and had no lining under tiles and recommended that a new roof with a lining underneath the tile and quoted a fair price, Rob was friendly and professional explained exactly what work was to carried out and offer professional reassurance on the situation. Would highly recommend Rob and his team. Very friendly team and a job well done.

I contacted Rob after reading reviews on Google. I was not disappointed. He inspected my roof and recommended insulating from the outside by removing external tiles as the first floor is in the eaves. The work was carried out the following week and upon completion, there was an immediate improvement in warmth. I’m sure this will have a positive effect on my heating bills. Having previously had some urgent repair work done by Dedicated Roofing to a standard I was extremely happy with, I called upon Rob and his team when I was ready for a full roof replacement. The Dedicated Roofing team are professional. A quote was agreed upon before works started. I was kept informed of what was happening at each stage, estimated completion times given and work was don't to accommodate my schedule. Rob's team are conscious of noise that might be caused. My neighbours have commented that they were very pleased at the lack of loud noises and the teams conduct throughout. The site was left in a tidy state each evening and the team were patient enough to allow me to inspect progress at each stage. Any concerns I had were addressed without undue delay. whenever I have needed to communicate with Rob responses have been timely. I am extremely pleased with the work done (replace three beams, rebatten and refelt, retile, install dry ridge system, install dry verge, install eaves protection trays) I've some other projects I'll be using Rob's services on in the near future. Rob and his crew came and fitted new ridge tiles for me. Work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Replaced a couple of dodgy tiles and cleared the guttering while there too. Great friendly service and will use again if I ever need any roofing service done in future. Highly recommended.

Following a rather unpleasant experience with a botched roofing job, we asked Chris from CA Roofing solutions, if he would come and inspect the mess we were left with. Without hesitation Chris came round and assessed the damage, he took photographs of the problems we had been left with, and explained to us what was required to put things right. His communication was first class, he did what he said he was going to do and even when there was a requirement for obtaining additional roof tiles, he went out of his way to source them for us, he even travelled to Gloucester to collect them at his own expense. Chris and Jason then spent three days working in what has been the hottest week of the year, they arrived on time and were pleasant and informative throughout. The work was carried out in a very professional manner, they took time to remove all the rubbish and cleaned up after them. Many thanks to Chris and Jason from myself and my wife. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Chris did a brilliant job, he was on time for the estimate and when he came to do the job. He didn't keep us waiting and has completed the work in less than a week after we agreed it. He was always polite and friendly, kept me updated by text message throughout and I am really pleased with the final result. He even painted the new boards for us! Highly recommend him.
