Honestly couldn’t ask for a better roofer. Tom was really prompt, really reasonable and knowledgeable and most importantly has integrity. We’re definitely using Ridgepoint for all of our roofing work from now on and I’m recommending him to all my friends and family. Tom went the extra mile to send me photos and videos of what the roof was like and the work he did, which really wasn’t necessary but gives peace of mind.

Excellent roofer: Tom is a highly skilled professional. Previous bad experience: I had issues with unprofessional workers who installed the dry verges on my house. After two months, they started falling off, and the workers never returned. Professional reinstallation and additional services: Tom reinstalled all the dry verges in a very professional manner. He thoroughly checked and cleaned the gutters. Installed bird guards and edge trims. Cleaned out old animal nests. Fair pricing: Tom offered a great price for the work. It ended up costing me a bit less because his initial quote included labor for two people. Honesty and expertise: Tom is an honest guy who knows exactly what he’s doing and delivers excellent results. Would highly recommend him!

Couldn’t recommend enough, from the first time Thomas came out to quote, to recently coming back to do another job, he and the team were all very professional, polite and friendly. Mark did a small repair on our roof in Dec 2022. He was super quick to come out to quote and then quickly came out to undertake the work. He was helpful and professional at all times and we are very pleased with the job he did.

Brickwork in front bay area of house needed replacement. They turned up on time, began work quickly and kept at it for the whole day. At the end of the day they cleared up, leaving things probably better than before they started. I already knew it was a 2 day job and, when they returned the next day it was the same as before; working consistently and doing a very good job. The site was left clean and tidy. The price was one I was happy to pay. The workers were very helpful and good natured. I have used them before and I would be very happy to use them again in the future.

Excellent company that did excellent work. They came when they said they would and put in a solid days graft. They were very competitive with the cost but provided a very high quality job. If you are looking to get facia soffits and gutters done you will struggle to find better for less.

Srdjan replaced the external tiles on the bay window with the new materials. Srdjan has been professional throughout from initial booking to give a quote to completion. He first came and explained to us on what materials would be involved in the new bay window and accommodate our request to have insulation board on too. The price is fairly reasonable. He took the falling tiles down gently but efficiently. He has his own scaffolding which makes everything looks professional. He set up the scaffolding quickly and progress to the work. It was a pleasure watching him to do the work as he is very experience in this sort of job and his attention to detail. Will definitely recommend him.

Bratt builders are Brilliant. The two tradesmen "Hugo + Dave" who repaired my chimney stack were smart, polite + informative. They discovered the problem very quickly. We asked Bratt builders for a quote to repair our chimney as we had a leak for a while and needed it rectified before doing some other work inside the house. They came out to quote that same day and provided a competitive price, with great communication throughout. The work was completed to a high standard, can’t fault the process from start to finish.

I have just finished having work done by N Bird & Son Roofing and I must say I was very impressed. Shaun came round and gave us a well informed and thorough quote for the investigation and then repair/replacement of the flat roof on top of our house, which dated back nearly 15 years following an extension. His team were very professional and did an awesome job and fully cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned another flat roof that had got dirty from the work. They also gave me an update on the work as it progressed with detailed pictures. It now looks great and comes with a 10 year guarantee. Excellent work by the team, managed by Shaun, after we had damage to our roof with several ridge tiles blown off. Service was very quick and job was done efficiently by Zak and a couple of other helpers. Photos showing roof before and after work was done.

Following up on work performed on 2 January to rectify a couple of problems with my roof drainage, I found a new problem I felt had been caused by the work performed. I contacted Shaun on 13 January and he sent John to have a look the next day. John was not sure how the problem had been caused but he came up with a solution to rectify it and managed to do an excellent job. I was personally recommended to N Bird by a satisfied customer. I recommend the company and in particular John.

Exceptional work done by N Bird and Sons replacing 3 old roofs on 3 terrace properties. Efficient from the start, with their quotes, communications, start dates and organising all the paperwork. Nothing was a problem and we received regular updates with detailed pictures. They were very professional, tidy and friendly which was also commented on by the neighbours. The properties also received a full clean down after. They dealt with every question or issue immediately and organised for the front Apex's to be repaired and the loft insulation to be installed. We had the rear of our three story house completely repointed by Albion Roofing, including some tricky work on the columns supporting our balcony. The guys were all very polite and friendly, and all worked really hard. Sean and Will were always available to sort things out when needed, and Owen was great at keeping me updated. Excellent family run business. Replaced my dad's flat roof on extension. The job was completed to a high standard by two brilliant lads. They obviously took pride in their work. On completion they left the work area immaculate. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family.
