Rob and the team (Steve and Ben) did a fantastic job for us, arrived on time and from that point on I could not fault anything at all. Kept very professional, work was immaculate and always kept a clean working environment. If there was anything I wasn’t to sure of the team ensured I was fully aware and that I was happy with each stage of the work carried out. I lost some roof tiles during the strong winds in December the weather was really bad as it was close to Christmas I had to look around for a roofing company having called a few not all replied then I came across RA roofing Rob the answered immediately I explained the problem to him and sent him some pictures of the damage to my roof he called back straight away and came up with a few suggestions i went along with what he thought was the best way to repair the roof i am so glad I did Rob is not pushy in any way his knowledge is great and very polite and professional he gave me a start date and price for the work his team arrived on time and carried out the work a really good team of roofers and cleaned up afterwards i am so glad I found this company Rob and his team are first class and trustworthy if I could award more than five stars I would 100% thanks Rob and your team a job well done.

Rob runs a very efficient Company. I had a leak in the bedroom as the valley on the dormer was letting water run in. He quoted me for the work to replace the valley and turned up on time (two of them) and just got on with it. They tidied up after them. Had to have scaffolding which helped them. They are a reliable Company to use. I would recommend them.

Jake reached out promptly and diagnosed the issue immediately. He provided me with a range of solutions within my budget and arranged a date with me to get it repaired asap. He also found a different issue and offered to fix it and did a great job. He was friendly and helpful, I will definitely be using him in the future.

Jake responded within the hour for emergency roof repair as we were on our way to London that morning and very much appreciated him coming straight away. He repaired / replaced several loose tiles with original welsh slate tiles and did additional repairs that he also noticed as part of the cost. Well, there’s not enough words to describe in good faith how amazing and lovely Jake and his team are. Very professional from the first point of contact to the end. Well mannered, polite, courteous and professional. Great communication and worked around problems like they were no problems. They made us feel like we were special, and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. Pro-Roof have been brilliant. Our 1910 roof needed some love and Marcus and the team have redone it really carefully. The tiles were preserved and are now on top of a breathable membrane, held on firmly, and the lead work around the chimneys and on the dorma window is incredibly neat. Bratt builders are Brilliant. The two tradesmen "Hugo + Dave" who repaired my chimney stack were smart, polite + informative. They discovered the problem very quickly. We asked Bratt builders for a quote to repair our chimney as we had a leak for a while and needed it rectified before doing some other work inside the house. They came out to quote that same day and provided a competitive price, with great communication throughout. The work was completed to a high standard, can’t fault the process from start to finish.
