Good course with a very modern clubhouse, both worth a visit. Nice layout with a few interesting holes. Fairways and greens were in good condition and there was plenty of room for the odd wayward drive. It was busy when we visited but that wasn't a problem. A nice comfortable course that most handicappers would get good results from.

Super course very helpful staff from booking to playing to a beer after. Can't wait to play here again in the summer. Considering the weather we have had course in good nick. Greens were very good but come on golfers repair your pitch marks. Bar staff top notch. Many thanks Copt Heath.

Excellent course with quality greens that are very well protected by many bunkers. We visited for the first time in late August and were made very welcome in the Professional shop with everything explained in detail. Followed up with some lovely food & beers in the 19th, again served by very friendly and helpful staff .. Highly recommended Golf Club, we will be returning .

Great parkland course, greens quite fast, nicely manicured. Clubhouse has had plenty of money spent on it, and it shows. Great visitor changing and shower facilities, bar area very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the 18th and the rest of the course. Great signature hole over water at the 5th. Staff accommodating and welcoming.

Popped in to cash in a competition voucher to buy golf shoes. Steve the Pro was extremely welcoming and helpful in choice of shoe. When I played in the invitation competition the organisation was first class. The presentation of the course was very good and meal afterwards superb.

Walmley is an absolutely top class Golf course. The welcome from the club professional was very friendly and informative. The course is a good test of golf and the condition, as always, was fantastic! In my opinion, it's one of the best maintained golf courses in the West Midlands. The greens staff were working on the bunkers and cutting the rough. The attention to detail on the course is a credit to them. Ots just a shame my game wasn't as high class as the surroundings. If you're looking for a game, or to join a club, I'd definitely recommend Walmley.

A walk through for coffee, on a summers evening, in a little quiet village, through the yellow gates, across the perfect greens, along the nature of the green lane. Been across the mowed lawns, hedgerows before, but never written a review. Ideal for birds, other wild life. You to can up up at a coffee in Coleshill, then back to the car.

What a great course! Had the pleasure of playing here today. Despite a tough winter the course was in great shape. Played with a couple of members Polly and Andy? (sorry if that's wrong I'm terrible with names!) and they were extremely pleasant guides and were patient when my shots went off line as the often do. Pace of play was great despite the course being very busy and the overall course condition was brilliant for the time of year. Couldn't recommend a round here more. Highlight was 17th hole playing to a green right in front of an actual castle! Can't wait to come back for a round in the summer!

Tas & Elias were absolutely amazing, they were so accommodating and made the best cocktails. Tas was great at recommending the best drinks to suit my taste and they were 👌 highly recommend the whole place in general. A great adults day out!

I came here with my girlfriend on a date night, it was so much fun. The young lad who took out drinks orders throughout our visit was very professional and friendly, the cocktails were nice as were fries coated in nacho cheese 😋. The golf holes were different from each other with some interesting quirks, such as shooting the ball up a ramp to try to get it into a urinal, or knocking the ball past 3 rubber male appendages (i especially found that funny), each one felt unique and fun. The graffiti motif throughout done with neon paint gave a good touch. Definitely recommend.

The club and course are amazing. From the first day we arrived, Richard made us feel very welcome and nothing but smiles from the other staff. Jason always seems to be working on the club, and Erin, behind the bar, never seems to have a day off! I'm so pleased I moved there, and 7 of us came across. Here's to many years ahead playing golf!

We arranged a funeral reception here on Monday 2nd September, cannot thank every member of staff involved enough for the respect and kindness they showed us throughout the day. Played Wishaw golf club today what a jewel the greens were immaculate, like putting on billiard tables, the fairways pristine aesthetically, of course, inspires, great Golf. I was so impressed clean tidy. I can’t surprise the condition of the course enough congratulations to all the Green staff I would definitely recommend playing this golf course to all, and everyone what are gem thank you, Richard and Jo for a memorable days golf 👍

Really nice course and clubhouse. It's got a quality series of par 3 holes - all of them are very good. I was disappointed when we got stuck behind a six-ball that jumped in. I'm not sure if that's a regular thing members do here, but i still enjoyed the course and facilities.

Great experience today, shame we didn’t have time for a beer after very well kept and great layout. Only criticism would be bunkers didn’t have enough sand in some, overall though one of best courses I’ve played well worth the money

Myself and my wife played at Fulford Heath on Friday 7th July and we were very kindly given a courtesy round, by Paul Aitkens the Club Manager, due to our course hosting the Midland Youth Championships all week as it has done for the last 37 years!! The welcome we received was from everyone at Fulford Heath was warm and friendly and the course itself was in excellent all round condition and a very good test of golf. The greens were immaculate, very quick and true and a real pleasure to putt on. We had lunch before we played which was lovely and the pint on the patio after the round was very welcome indeed. The members we came across were extremely friendly and genuinely pleased to have us there which was nice. We even had a laugh and a joke with the fourball who had played behind us. Such nice people!! Overall we had a fabulous day on a superb course and receieved such a lovely welcome from everybody at Fulford Heath 🙂!! If you haven't played it before then it's a must visit and we are sure you will enjoy it just as much as we did!! We will certainly return in the very near future, hopefully in a Mixed Open at some point. Thanks again Paul and everyone else associated with Fulford Heath you are a real credit to your golf club. We had a lovely round here. Considering the time of year and the amount of rain there has been, the course was in great condition. It's clearly very well looked after. The course itself is charming and a good test. There are a number of excellent holes, in particular 12 and 16, which are both spectacular. We also had a very friendly welcome in the bar. A bargain at the price. Would be great to see more historical memorabilia in the clubhouse. Photo shows 16th

Played Fulford Heath for the first time yesterday. The course was in amazing condition and the best course I have played. Everyone enjoyed the round and the greens were incredible, much credit to the green keepers 👍

I joined Fulford Heath G.C. In 1990, midway through a County career spanning six decades. The course has always challenged me in a fair way.. On several holes you have to hit the fairway or even a single figure handicap will drop a shot. Some holes have a risk and reward element to them. The greens are fairly flat except for the 10th and 18th but you still have to borrow correctly if faced with a long general slope. After 35 years it is still the most interesting of challenges ! A Valentines night to remember with the amazing Donna Keen. From the moment she started singing those classical motown hits, the atmosphere was electric. Her voice was incredible, she had everyone on their feet dancing in no time, the staff was on point as always and the food compliments to the chef was delicious.

Enrolled in the academy at Edgbaston last year - easily the best decision I made as an aspiring new golfer. Fantastic group of people, beautiful clubhouse and course, and expert tuition. If you're still on the fence, my advice is to take the opportunity while you can and start your golf journey with Edgbaston right away and you’ll never look back ⛳️

My experience at the golf club have been fantastic, from celebrating my birthday there to attending events like the BUN networking event, a Spanish evening and a recent Sir Elton John tribute.The ambiance, is beautiful, the service impeccable and the food consistently delicious. 12 of us had an excellent breakfast with coffee and toast, a game of golf and very reasonably priced drinks afterwards. The service and welcome from the staff was excellent. The golf course was in great condition with really good greens and fairways. Would definitely return. Well worth a visit and excellent value for money.

I'm a relatively new member here and it is a great course. Some players will no doubt complain at the lack of water hazards but make no mistake this is a real challenge. Trees everywhere, lots of bunkers, and some very quick greens in summer. The club house is a nice place to be, with good people and great food.
