We held my father-in-law’s wake at the golf club. The room was lovely and the buffet was beautiful. Very fresh, plentiful and well presented. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of us.

We held both of my parents’ wakes over the last 12 months here and were brilliantly looked after. Function room is bright and airy and the food choices are excellent. Stacy & staff really helpful. Would definitely recommend

Well, what can I say... I think the picture sums it up just nicely. Got invited to an event here last night. Didn't know what to expect as I'm not really a golfer, but I was totally blown away. Literally had one of the best night in a long time. The venue and the course are absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. The members were so welcoming and friendly. I think I spoke to Literally every person! The food was perfect. Highly recommend this place, if you're local and not already a member I urge you to get in touch and join. What an amazing night. Thanks for the invite and will definitely be back. Oh, the captains a legend by the way 👏 🙌 😎

Very nice course, the greens were great, and the course on the whole was very neat & tidy. Well worth playing. There is a decent chipping & putting practice area as well as nets. The pro shop has some decent stock and there is a simulator which I believe you can hire out.

Went to the function room that was hired for a wake. The buffet was delicious and warm. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Went for Sunday lunch. Food was excellent, crispy roast potatoes and tender beef. Really good value for money Service was second to none. Will certainly be returning

Played here today after being let down at another club and what excellent service and quality we received from Ollie in pro shop and everyone we met. First class facilities, course conditions and a true test. Do not pass up on this place and full credit again to Ollie. Will 100% return

Excellent golf course with 3 sets of 9 ( 27 in total ). The fairways are a good width to allow full driving shots and the greens and bunkers in good condition. The Clubhouse and dining are a great feature of the club, set in a historic building with more modern extensions.

This is a wonderful setting with 3 loops of 9. Not too demanding off the yellows, generous fairways mix with tighter ones, great variety, some water, and as for the greens, fast & true, beautifully kept. Our second visit & will be back for more.

I’m a member at Moseley, and with 3yr old grandson in tow attended the Children’s Christmas party which was absolutely fantastic, a super Father Christmas. Another benefit of being a member of this great old club.

An enjoyable parkland course with a good variety of holes. The greens were small, firm, undulating and fast. Couple this with rough around the greens it made the course play extremely tough. The condition of the course was excellent. It's compact, with several holes very close to others. Overhanging trees make the fairways narrower than they actually are, on several holes. The clubhouse team are friendly and helpful. The food is basic but fine and good value.

I visited Moseley golf club using the 1892 reciprocal courtesy arrangements, what a very friendly club, the members very friendly on the course asking if we are enjoying the course which was in perfect condition. A word on the director of golf Micheal Bayliss he was very welcoming and very obliging showing us around the clubhouse making sure we knew where to go. A very enjoyable visit Phil Bennett

We spent the day here at a Society event and had a wonderful time. The location is fabulous and incredible to think it is 2 miles from the centre of Birmingham. The team were brilliant before and during the day especially Claudia, Karen and Lucy. Comms were good, the welcome was warm and the service was excellent. The golf course was in great condition, the food was delicious and everything went smoothly. I can't recommend Edgabaston GC enough if you are considering hosting an event.

Outstanding course, both design and management have leant themselves to the production of one of (if not, the) best courses in the Midlands. Staff are friendly and are always on hand to help, coupled with the variety of services available at the course (fittings/ lessons) ensure that they cater to all needs. Clubhouse is well stocked and seating is abundant. The course itself offers a wide variety of challenges, while boasting a long dogleg par 5, and numerous challenging par 3's. The use of topography has also benefited the course layout. Visitation is highly recommended, and accompanied by a suggestion of ensuring you plan enough time to take in the views at the end.

Enrolled in the academy at Edgbaston last year - easily the best decision I made as an aspiring new golfer. Fantastic group of people, beautiful clubhouse and course, and expert tuition. If you're still on the fence, my advice is to take the opportunity while you can and start your golf journey with Edgbaston right away and you’ll never look back ⛳️

My experience at the golf club have been fantastic, from celebrating my birthday there to attending events like the BUN networking event, a Spanish evening and a recent Sir Elton John tribute.The ambiance, is beautiful, the service impeccable and the food consistently delicious. Highly recommend it.

Played as a visitor with a group from Lilleshall Hall. Wonderful day despite the rain - course is beautifully designed and maintained. Made very welcome by staff. Thoroughly recommend playing there.

Played Fulford Heath for the first time yesterday. The course was in amazing condition and the best course I have played. Everyone enjoyed the round and the greens were incredible, much credit to the green keepers 👍

Myself and my wife played at Fulford Heath on Friday 7th July and we were very kindly given a courtesy round, by Paul Aitkens the Club Manager, due to our course hosting the Midland Youth Championships all week as it has done for the last 37 years!! The welcome we received was from everyone at Fulford Heath was warm and friendly and the course itself was in excellent all round condition and a very good test of golf. The greens were immaculate, very quick and true and a real pleasure to putt on. We had lunch before we played which was lovely and the pint on the patio after the round was very welcome indeed. The members we came across were extremely friendly and genuinely pleased to have us there which was nice. We even had a laugh and a joke with the fourball who had played behind us. Such nice people!! Overall we had a fabulous day on a superb course and receieved such a lovely welcome from everybody at Fulford Heath 🙂!! If you haven't played it before then it's a must visit and we are sure you will enjoy it just as much as we did!! We will certainly return in the very near future, hopefully in a Mixed Open at some point. Thanks again Paul and everyone else associated with Fulford Heath you are a real credit to your golf club. We had a lovely round here. Considering the time of year and the amount of rain there has been, the course was in great condition. It's clearly very well looked after. The course itself is charming and a good test. There are a number of excellent holes, in particular 12 and 16, which are both spectacular. We also had a very friendly welcome in the bar. A bargain at the price. Would be great to see more historical memorabilia in the clubhouse. Photo shows 16th

Visited as a party of 12. Excellent golf course in superb condition. Steve Carter the professional made the booking process easy and was very welcoming on the day. The food and catering staff were top notch. We would all come back to Walmley without hesitation.

Great parkland course, greens quite fast, nicely manicured. Clubhouse has had plenty of money spent on it, and it shows. Great visitor changing and shower facilities, bar area very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the 18th and the rest of the course. Great signature hole over water at the 5th. Staff accommodating and welcoming.

Walmley is an absolutely top class Golf course. The welcome from the club professional was very friendly and informative. The course is a good test of golf and the condition, as always, was fantastic! In my opinion, it's one of the best maintained golf courses in the West Midlands. The greens staff were working on the bunkers and cutting the rough. The attention to detail on the course is a credit to them. Ots just a shame my game wasn't as high class as the surroundings. If you're looking for a game, or to join a club, I'd definitely recommend Walmley.

My friends and I visited the Lewisham restaurant for an afternoon tea to celebrate two birthdays in the group of four. Absolutely loved the food for the tea. Great value, tea and coffee pots continually topped throughout our time there. Lovely scenery and attentive staff. A little noisy due to a large gathering celebrating a birthday in the middle but this didn't spoil our lunch. Thanks and I hope to visit again.

Nine hole course, went round twice for 18. Some interesting holes, quite a challenge in places and very hilly. Hard work at times if you are walking due to hilly nature and rough paths. Good restaurant on site.

What a gem of a course this is! A great layout and in immaculate condition with fantastic greens. Friendly staff, good food and a welcoming smile should put this on your to play list!

Played here last week. Considering I lived in this area for over 20 years I've never played here. Course in fantastic condition, lots of different holes, my only gripe is we teed off 35 minutes after the booking time, from other other people said this is a regular occurrence here. Didn't ruin the day though.

I dare anyone to find a better value course than Sandwell Park golf club. From the play out, to the carpet like fairways, the tree lined fairways and the friendly staff/members. Just a lovely lovely parkland course hidden away from suburbia.

Very friendly staff. Great course with interesting challenging holes, and the best greens I have played on in UK. The catering staff and food was also top notch. A hidden Midlands gem. Well done Sandwell, we will be back.
