Garry was recommended to me to fit an outside tap. Since then he has completed lots of jobs for us including cleaning and re sanding/sealing the block paved drive, fitting a handrail, rotary washing line, a key safe and other jobs. Garry is reliable, friendly, turns up on time and works non stop often spotting and completing other jobs too (such as clearing the guttering) He always leaves everything tidy and nothing is too much trouble, rates are also very reasonable yet high quality materials and work. I have already recommended him to friends who have also been impressed with the work carried out. We have already agreed on more jobs and will be booking Garry again in the future.

Have used top job on two separate occasions for a wall and slabbing, we are extremely pleased with the finished result and found Gary to be a very nice, accommodating person. Would definitely recommend.

We have recently had our open plan kitchen work and front of house alterations completed by TA smith . Very happy with the work as this was quite a complicated build with 9 steels to install . We had already used them before for our garden room build which we are very happy with . Had TA Smith Builders over today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They installed a lintel above the door and a baton in the kitchen window, and the workmanship was top-notch. Anthony has done lots of work on my house in the past 18 months: structural repairs, chimney/roof/ guttering repairs, taken a room back to bare brick and fully renovated, removed an outside toilet and replaced with a lovely chilling area with an ornamental wall. Because of previous positive experiences I have also booked Anthony to renovate my bathroom this month. Anthony discusses in detail any work wanted. He is very response to any queries both before and while carrying out the planned work. Louise provides quotes in a timely manner, books dates to accommodate and is very supportive to any queries regarding the planned work. Anthony is always punctual, leaves the area clean and tidy and always works to a very high standard. He is professional but also very approachable. Anthony is generally a nice guy who works extremely hard and takes great pride in his work. Highly recommend

Anthony came to install a trellis on our end terrace wall, which was exposed to the public footpath. He designed a frame to hold the trellis and it now looks great. He also replaced & repaired some very old and shoddy guttering, pointed up blown brickwork and ensured there were no entrances for pests/rodents. We've been experiencing troublesome vapours coming through from next door and Anthony was able to look at both properties and identify the holes in the floorboards/skirting where the odour was coming through. He is able to do maintenance tasks such as this but also much larger/serious scale work.

Anthony rebuilt a brick balcony on my 1950s maisonette flat and also added wooden railing in a design he suggested (for privacy). He provided just what I was looking for - skilled bricklaying but also creative problem-solving - I'd been so stuck on how best to achieve the privacy I was looking for as my previous attempts ended in disaster. I was so happy with the quality of the work and Anthony's communication. His excellent knowledge and skills were incredibly reassuring. Highly recommended.

Installation of lintels above kitchen windows and pointing. We had a really good experience with AK Construction from quote to job completion. Great communication from start to finish and always punctual. The work was completed to a high standard and we were very happy with the whole stress free experience. Okay where do I even start, we were looking for builders for ages, and we must of seen maybe 5-6 different companies, when Armand came, he understood everything, he knew exactly what we needed, his teams are so professional, they are really nice people too, always smiling, always happy to assist, Armand gave us a timeline and guess what, he actually finished it on time, and to be quite honest, before the time too! Armand is so professional, so friendly, so easy going, he stuck to our budget, he was more than on time, he was amazing, what more do you want from a builder, he’s easy going, he’s honest, there are just too many great things about this company, they have the expertise, they know what they are doing, honestly call him and don’t bother with anyone else! Also he’s got a big team, he manages the project perfectly and knows when to get the right people in, 10/10 from these guys, if there was an option to rate them higher I would, thank you so much! Dial a builder have just fitted all brand new windows and doors at my home. The quality is excellent and the price was by far much lower than the other quotes from major companies that I received. Bal created a neat cabinet door for our downstairs toilet. He was very responsive aftee we contacted him and attended within a matter of days. His work was of a high standard and well priced. Would highly recommend.

Based on previous reviews we chose Bal to quote for some work on our porch that required attention. The whole process was really slick, from the first visit to discuss the scope of works through to the job itself. Bal has been absolutely fantastic in dealing with several jobs around our house. Jobs included new ceiling in porch with light, putting up 2 new ceilings, new flat roof and some new lights, fixing and connecting a new dishwasher, fixing a sticky lounge door amongst others and all at a reasonable price. He is very honest, reliable and left each job clean and spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bal to my friends and family. I only wish I had made contact with him sooner. You will not be disappointed.

Sam and his team did several projects for our house. We have a 1935 semi detached which presented quite a few issues but the team managed to sort them out. New flooring throughout the house, painting and a refreshed bathroom with new shower and tiling came together after several weeks. I have already asked Sam for additional quotes for future carpentry jobs and look forward to working with his team in the future.

Fantastic service! We were really happy with Sam's response time to the job, he came to view the job and have us a clearly broken down quote with the work that we wanted competed. Sam managed to fit us in soon after he had quoted, and competed our kitchen renovation to a high standard! He also fitted our oven for us, and recommended us a quality plumber and gas fitter. It was lovely working with Sam, he talked through different stages of the fit with us, and we would definitely recommend him to others!!

10/10. Sam kept us informed on every step of the refurbishment and detailed all parts of the quote in an easy to understand format. When there were unforseen issues on the job (of which there were many hidden historic construction horrors in need of a remedy), he had the right team to find a solution. Sam has attention to detail in particular on his carpentry skills where he resolved problem door frames and there are no visible joins in skirting boards (they look great). He managed this project exceptionally well, and we will use the highly skilled One Team Construction for future work.

Really glad we contacted One Team Construction, nothing was too much trouble. Sam and his team were super friendly and helpful which is important when you’re letting people into your home! We had a few jobs to get done, including boxing in under a boiler, staircase, and new consumer unit. With extensive checks done by Dan the electrician some faults and issues were found and resolved quickly. Sam did a great job boxing in under our stairs, an unusual job which required a very bespoke solution and we’re really pleased with the result! Overall would definitely recommend and will definitely be having them back to tackle a few more jobs in the future!

Brilliant customer service. Nothing is a problem these guys who will tackle all jobs requested from roof repairs, guttering, carpentry , electrics , jet washing to name a few and have carried them out to the highest level. I kept listing repairs and all were done in a flash. Wish I’d found them sooner rather than let house and garden maintenance build up They are polite, very tidy and realistic pricing.
