Okay where do I even start, we were looking for builders for ages, and we must of seen maybe 5-6 different companies, when Armand came, he understood everything, he knew exactly what we needed, his teams are so professional, they are really nice people too, always smiling, always happy to assist, Armand gave us a timeline and guess what, he actually finished it on time, and to be quite honest, before the time too! Armand is so professional, so friendly, so easy going, he stuck to our budget, he was more than on time, he was amazing, what more do you want from a builder, he’s easy going, he’s honest, there are just too many great things about this company, they have the expertise, they know what they are doing, honestly call him and don’t bother with anyone else! Also he’s got a big team, he manages the project perfectly and knows when to get the right people in, 10/10 from these guys, if there was an option to rate them higher I would, thank you so much! We were sad to finish our project because they’ve been so amazing, honestly thank you so much Dial a Builder!

Dial a builder have just fitted all brand new windows and doors at my home. The quality is excellent and the price was by far much lower than the other quotes from major companies that I received. Really happy with the overall finish and professionalism. They don’t leave any mess and ensure every small detail was covered. Highly recommend them for any building work.

Had TA Smith Builders over today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They installed a lintel above the door and a baton in the kitchen window, and the workmanship was top-notch. You can really tell these guys take pride in what they do—everything was done cleanly, efficiently, and to a high standard. They were also punctual, friendly, and left everything tidy, which is always appreciated. Highly recommend TA Smith Builders for their excellent service. Very happy with the work!

We have recently had our open plan kitchen work and front of house alterations completed by TA smith . Very happy with the work as this was quite a complicated build with 9 steels to install . We had already used them before for our garden room build which we are very happy with . They are a very good company to deal with from measuring to the very end of the project The guys are all very polite and happy to go that extra mile for the customer . We also have pets which they are very considerate towards also . Overall a very hard working group of caring people . Anthony has done lots of work on my house in the past 18 months: structural repairs, chimney/roof/ guttering repairs, taken a room back to bare brick and fully renovated, removed an outside toilet and replaced with a lovely chilling area with an ornamental wall. Because of previous positive experiences I have also booked Anthony to renovate my bathroom this month. Anthony discusses in detail any work wanted. He is very response to any queries both before and while carrying out the planned work. Louise provides quotes in a timely manner, books dates to accommodate and is very supportive to any queries regarding the planned work. Anthony is always punctual, leaves the area clean and tidy and always works to a very high standard. He is professional but also very approachable. Anthony is generally a nice guy who works extremely hard and takes great pride in his work. Highly recommend

Installation of lintels above kitchen windows and pointing. We had a really good experience with AK Construction from quote to job completion. Great communication from start to finish and always punctual. The work was completed to a high standard and we were very happy with the whole stress free experience. Anthony was reliable, hardworking and a genuinely nice guy. We have no hesitation in recommending AK Construction and Maintenance Ltd. The true definition of an “A Star company”. Anthony rebuilt a brick balcony on my 1950s maisonette flat and also added wooden railing in a design he suggested (for privacy). He provided just what I was looking for - skilled bricklaying but also creative problem-solving - I'd been so stuck on how best to achieve the privacy I was looking for as my previous attempts ended in disaster. I was so happy with the quality of the work and Anthony's communication. His excellent knowledge and skills were incredibly reassuring. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend Anthony highly enough. Came and quoted when promised , competitive price and complete the work when promised. Anthony’s work was first class, we originally wanted tiles on our bath panel ready to put the house on the market but Anthony advised us it wouldn’t look right and recommended a PVC panel which we went with and it was the right choice. He could have just done what we wanted and been paid but he cared enough to do a proper job for us. He also cleaned up after the work and even washed down the drive where he had been working. Won’t be dissatisfied if you hire top man top quality work.

Garry was recommended to me to fit an outside tap. Since then he has completed lots of jobs for us including cleaning and re sanding/sealing the block paved drive, fitting a handrail, rotary washing line, a key safe and other jobs. Garry is reliable, friendly, turns up on time and works non stop often spotting and completing other jobs too (such as clearing the guttering) He always leaves everything tidy and nothing is too much trouble, rates are also very reasonable yet high quality materials and work. I have already recommended him to friends who have also been impressed with the work carried out. We have already agreed on more jobs and will be booking Garry again in the future.

Bal has been absolutely fantastic in dealing with several jobs around our house. Jobs included new ceiling in porch with light, putting up 2 new ceilings, new flat roof and some new lights, fixing and connecting a new dishwasher, fixing a sticky lounge door amongst others and all at a reasonable price. He is very honest, reliable and left each job clean and spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bal to my friends and family. I only wish I had made contact with him sooner. You will not be disappointed.

Sam and his team did several projects for our house. We have a 1935 semi detached which presented quite a few issues but the team managed to sort them out. New flooring throughout the house, painting and a refreshed bathroom with new shower and tiling came together after several weeks. I have already asked Sam for additional quotes for future carpentry jobs and look forward to working with his team in the future.

Fantastic service! We were really happy with Sam's response time to the job, he came to view the job and have us a clearly broken down quote with the work that we wanted competed. Sam managed to fit us in soon after he had quoted, and competed our kitchen renovation to a high standard! He also fitted our oven for us, and recommended us a quality plumber and gas fitter. It was lovely working with Sam, he talked through different stages of the fit with us, and we would definitely recommend him to others!!

Really glad we contacted One Team Construction, nothing was too much trouble. Sam and his team were super friendly and helpful which is important when you’re letting people into your home! We had a few jobs to get done, including boxing in under a boiler, staircase, and new consumer unit. With extensive checks done by Dan the electrician some faults and issues were found and resolved quickly. Sam did a great job boxing in under our stairs, an unusual job which required a very bespoke solution and we’re really pleased with the result! Overall would definitely recommend and will definitely be having them back to tackle a few more jobs in the future!

Sam came and renovated our second living room. Removed all the wooden cladding, framed the room and then boarded and plastered. He also re-plastered our bathroom. Service was topnotch. Sam understood exactly what we wanted and gave advice on what needed to be done.
