Bal has been absolutely fantastic in dealing with several jobs around our house. Jobs included new ceiling in porch with light, putting up 2 new ceilings, new flat roof and some new lights, fixing and connecting a new dishwasher, fixing a sticky lounge door amongst others and all at a reasonable price. He is very honest, reliable and left each job clean and spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bal to my friends and family. I only wish I had made contact with him sooner. You will not be disappointed.

Based on previous reviews we chose Bal to quote for some work on our porch that required attention. The whole process was really slick, from the first visit to discuss the scope of works through to the job itself. Bal created a neat cabinet door for our downstairs toilet. He was very responsive aftee we contacted him and attended within a matter of days. His work was of a high standard and well priced. Would highly recommend.

Contacted P and C and spoke to Craig. I had a minor emergency plumbing job and although he was snowed under with work and had a weekend away planned he managed to fit me in at short notice. I am absolutely delighted with the service he provided and a good quality job was done. Overall I am really pleased and would definitely use him again and I would highly recommend. Ivan remodeled my bathroom for me. He patiently completed all the procedures and the results are satisfactory. He waterproofed every part of the bathroom to make sure there were no leaks and all the fixtures were installed perfectly. Now I can happily bathe, thanks a lot to him. Balkan Property Maintenance invest their time clarifying the work to be done before they start. Ivan is easy to approach and always aims to meet the expectations of the customer. The team can only proceed with the work when you have approved the materials and costs. Advise is provided through out the work. I decided to change the private tenants' maintenance property to an HMO in the middle of the job and it was agreed and was offered the right advice hence the inspection went through with no further actions required. You can negotiate when to make payments which is really good especially when you are doing major work. All work is completed in a timely manner and to high standards. Definitely I will use them again.

Amazing job replacing my shed roof, very professional and even helped me out all of the contents back in when finished. The garden was left spotless after he finished the job and the shed looks better than ever. Very fast worker and genuine guy. Highly recommend

We have recently had our open plan kitchen work and front of house alterations completed by TA smith . Very happy with the work as this was quite a complicated build with 9 steels to install . We had already used them before for our garden room build which we are very happy with . Had TA Smith Builders over today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They installed a lintel above the door and a baton in the kitchen window, and the workmanship was top-notch. You can really tell these guys take pride in what they do—everything was done cleanly, efficiently, and to a high standard. Garry was recommended to me to fit an outside tap. Since then he has completed lots of jobs for us including cleaning and re sanding/sealing the block paved drive, fitting a handrail, rotary washing line, a key safe and other jobs. Garry is reliable, friendly, turns up on time and works non stop often spotting and completing other jobs too (such as clearing the guttering) He always leaves everything tidy and nothing is too much trouble, rates are also very reasonable yet high quality materials and work. I have already recommended him to friends who have also been impressed with the work carried out. We have already agreed on more jobs and will be booking Garry again in the future.

Few days ago I was looking for someone to come down our house to do the assembly for our wardrobes and I find Dr Flat Pack searching from Google and I phoned and Mike answered my call and he was very helpful and send Kyle our to built our both wardrobes and Kyle came down as was told by Mike on time and on the day he suppose to come down to built both our wardrobes which Kyle built it both wardrobes in two hours and I was very impressed and very happy with job he has done building the wardrobes and in future if I need to call someone again I will definitely call Dr Flat Pack (Mike) again as I very satisfied with the job. I found Dr Flatpack on Google I called for a quote and was booked in the same week for my wardrobe to be put together and a roller blind to be fitted in my bathroom. The service was excellent 👌from booking and the quote to the work being carried out. Kyle was absolutely brilliant as soon as he entered my front door he took his shoes off so not to bring in any dirt I didn't ask him he just automatically did it. He really new his stuff very good worker and so pleasant. Very particular and vacumed up after he had finished his work.
