My daughter was struggling to catch up after the pandemic and unfortunately was moved from top set maths to foundation at the end of year 9. Through a friend who informed me of ETS in Great Barr and gave positive feedback for both of his children that had previously attended I did not hesitate to enrol my daughter. The service was fantastic from start to finish, she did both Maths and English classess and there were vast improvements in a short space of time; my daughter began gaining her confidence back. If you request further progress updates or need advice how to support your child, they take time to speak to you in person. Dawn is an incredible teacher. My son truly enjoys her creative writing classes. She is really clear in her guidance and makes it writing very exciting . Truly amazed by how keen my son is into writing and how well he has improved in a short time.
