Kumon has done wonders for our daughter's confidence in Maths. It's amazing what a few minutes every day can accomplish!

My daughter followed the Kumon programme during her last year at junior school and into her first year at senior school. There is no doubt that it helped her to become quicker and more accurate with her mental arithmetic.

Homework was always a battle ground in our house and this was our reason for starting Kumon. The discipline of doing a small amount everyday, as well as the weekly check ins has completely changed our daughter's approach to work. She now completes her work independently without all the back and forth Peter has a fantastic way with the children; he really tries to understand them individually so they are encouraged and driven to progress. They all move at their own pace in a very supportive environment. Whilst Kumon has it's obvious academic benefits, for us it has been about a good attitude to work from a young age.

Kumon has helped both my daughters to gain confidence and sharpen their mental arithmetic and resilience with regular practice. It has made a noticeable difference in making the transition from primary to secondary Maths. Peter has always been calm, supportive and encouraging when we attend each week. Barkha is my daughters online tutor since September 2024 and I can gladly say she is amazing and so professional. My course providers tutor from the main company was never clear and available when I needed them. I took the exam 4 times and never passed. When I found Usman on Bark, I wanted to get support on the pass papers and work out where I am going wrong. Usman was a bright man who knew Level 2 Maths very well and proved to me that even the brightest learners may struggle on some of the high mark questions. I was so proud to have Usman as my tutor because he helped me understand how the papers get marked and how to pick up more. I was concerned if I had dyscalculia because I was struggling to meet the pass mark. He assured me that he did not believe I had dyscalculia and saved me a lot of money from getting assessed. It was more understanding of wording rather than working out the calculations. With his help, I continued on with Usman's help and took the chance after a while to revise and went along for the fifth time it all paid off. I would definitely recommend Lambda Tuition to anyone who is struggling to learn or understand the methods in Maths. I never thought I would improve to this level.

I have been attending aim higher tuition from year 11 for maths and I would say it is one of the best tuition services. Uzair helped me attain a grade 8 in maths GCSE (from a grade 6 in my mocks), and an A prediction for maths A Level. He explains and teaches very hard topics clearly and goes through difficult examples step-by-step which really built up my exam technique. Although tuition was online for several months, I still found it very helpful. In general, I found the teaching is at a very high standard and this service is a very good value for money. I definitely recommend this tuition to anyone taking GCSE or A level maths.
