Great service from start to finish. Firstly - Nina in the office offered a fast turn around for someone to come for a free quote and lucky someone was in the area so managed to get them round the same day. Any questions I had Nina was there to answer! And not to mention my quote was sent to me the same day and booked in shortly after. The men who worked on replacing and moving my boiler was amazing! Everything was kept clean and tidy, they was extremely polite and when explaining the job they made sure I fully understood everything - great communication! I will be using this company in the future and will be recommending as such a great service!

Amazing service and excellent job done! Would thoroughly recommend without hesitation! I asked for a boiler quote, that evening I have a video call with Chris and had a quote on my inbox at 11pm that same night (you can’t get better than that). Having spoken to a few boiler companies, Chris was the first one to suggest a back vented boiler which was much tidier for the install location. We had a small wall to remove and an old Rayburn to remove, all other boiler companies wouldn’t do this making it difficult, it was no issue for Chris, he did it all the same day. On the day of the boiler install we had 4 plumbers in our house working hard and the whole job was done the same day so we didn’t have a night without heating, which was amazing! From start to finish nothing was too much trouble, excellent company. Will definitely use again!

I wanted to wait a few months before posting as everyone posts immediately and I like to give feedback after some time to evaluate. Firstly. The company and its staff are professional and very experienced. They’re helpful and go beyond what anyone else offered as far as providing expert advise and support to make me aware of all the options and how it would/ wouldn’t be effective on my individual property. They were prompt, clean and tidy, and did exactly what they said. Having all the recognised certifications and a financial agreement option is great if you need one. A new oil boier fitted albeit much smaller, more powerful, efficient and eco friendly. Bespoke fitting of extraction funnel through utility room roof, again all fulfilled with compliance regulation . The aftercare and expertise in the new smart tech Hive was easily explained. Cannot rate these specialists enough and highly recommended their work. Thank you

After outstanding customer service from both Nina and Chris we quickly proceeded with the quote provided to install a new boiler in our home. We had Jordan and Callum come to complete the works on installation day, both of which were extremely professional and respectful. All of the work was finished to a high standard and Jordan was extremely helpful with any questions/queries I had regarding the new system. I would highly recommend this company from my experience and am very happy I’ve found a local reliable plumbing firm. I will be using them for all future plumbing works including my annual boiler service. 10/10.

I have used this company twice, first time to fix a leak under my sink . They came the same day and sorted the problem the straight away. When my boiler stopped working I did not hesitate to call them again . They came promptly informed me I needed a new boiler which was installed within a couple of days . Polite professional service I would definitely recommend their work.

Great work by Tom at TEX P&H. Boiler had stopped working so rang him for a callout after reading many positive reviews to discover the old boiler was knackered and of no use to anyone anymore. Install of a new boiler, flu pipe and a power flush was done later down the line at a fair cost with plenty of communication to myself about the ins and outs of the process. Would recommend Tom to anyone with his good conduct and knowledge. 5/5.

Chris is a fantastic plumber! He replies quickly and does trustworthy work. He kindly explains everything clearly, even when I ask basic questions, and he gives me good options to choose from. This was my first time using the company, and I’ll definitely come back if I need any plumbing-related work.

I rarely leave reviews, but Chris's team were so exceptional I felt compelled to sing their praises. Prior to finding Chris, we spent over £1k on a plumber who unfortunately turned out to be something of a cowboy. Chris's team then stepped in to rectify someone else's mistakes and finish the job. They were courteous, professional, and have done a great job of our new en-suite shower room. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Plumbing, and will certainly be using their services again for our next plumbing project!

Contacted a few plumbers after a water pipe leak at home. Chris responded quickly, was transparent with the costs (which were very reasonable) and how long he thought it would take to fix. Lewis arrived at 8am the next day and had it fixed in 30 mins, no messing about, and gave us some advice on the boiler while he was here. Nice one!

I had a very old boiler with associated parts replaced by P & T Heating services. The old materials were removed with minimum fuss and no mess. Installation of the new boiler was very quick and very efficient. All pipework was very neat and no compromises were made at any stage. I was kept fully informed at all stages and consulted regarding any decisions that had to be made. All in all an excellent job, Very pleased to have used their services. Will certainly use them again.

Tom installed our Villant boiler and he also services it regulary. He also did power flushing and some other smaller jobs. He is very professional and he works to very high standards. Very neat and tidy. I would have no problem using his services again and would highly recommend him. I personally know some of his other clients who are as happy with his work as we are. Good to have someone like him locally.

Tom from P & T Heating came to do a series of things, including changing a radiator, sorting out some loo flushing issues and most importantly, doing a power flush of our boiler and radiator system (which had stood fallow for about 25 years, so _not_ the easiest of jobs !). He was friendly, reliable, honest and efficient and did a great job with all we asked of him. Paulina (The P in P&T at a guess ?!) was efficient in keeping us posted with emails of everything from dates and times, through to billing. Tom also became a firm favourite with my three year old son because he came armed with fascinating tools, gave him a spare radiator value cover to play with (a big deal when you're 3 !) and was hugely enthusiastic when told "I want to be a builder when I grow up" ... Thanks Tom and Paulina, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you guys to anyone in need of your services.

I chose Aquatech for their all round service from consultation to completion, and management of all other trades - electricians, plasterers and tilers. Initially I’d only asked Paul and the team to do a shower room but once I saw the quality of their work I immediately signed them up to do the cloakroom as well, although an add on to the original job, they accommodated and completed to the same high standard. I was over the moon with both rooms. Big shout out to Blair who worked on both projects and was professional and conscientious throughout. A very professional and friendly service from Paul and Ryan. They replaced our old boiler, fixed a leak in the hot water cylinder and various radiator valves, and generally tidied up the whole central heating installation. They’ll be coming back soon to do a few more upgrades for us. Highly recommended.

We called Aquatech in for a leaking water-softener. The old isolation valves had failed as well. Ryan came over and replaced the valves that were faulty and obviously fixed the leak too. Great work, very happy, will definitely use them again.

Brilliant service from Aquatech to replace our leaking hot water cylinder. We received a quick response from Paul to our initial call and Ryan did a fantastic job in fitting the new cylinder. Both were thoroughly professional and friendly. Great care was taken manoeuvring the old cylinder out of the house and taking the new one up the stairs to the airing cupboard. We’ve use Aquatech for a number of plumbing jobs. They are reliable and always provide a great service and quality work. Highly recommended.
