I was been looking for my heating to be serviced for a while. Searched on the website for someone I could trust to do an excellent job, as well as giving me feedback in layman's terms. Ben and Co came to my home, explained what was needed to be carried out. Pinpointed issues, no heat in three of my radiators. He was quick, efficient and reasonable priced. Of course, fixed the problem, parts on order. I would have no hesitation about recommending him to anyone. I do intend to use him again again, now I have found someone who knows his trade really well.

Ben, was really good, we had asked him reseal 3 showers including shower enclosures, water tight. He was really fast and efficient and had a good understanding our weak areas.. And he touched up odd cracks in the ensuites. Thoroughly recommend him.

16/12 - Ben installed our new boiler. He was on time, clean and tidy and explained what he was doing. Pricing was competitive. Very thorough with the power flush to the system. He also was responsive on messages to any follow up questions we had about the system. Highly recommend. 9/12 - Ben came out to fix some radiators, he managed to squeeze us at very short notice when he heard we had a little boy. He was on time, courteous and tidy, found a problem with the valve that affected water flow and fixed our issue. Competitive pricing and seemed very knowledgeable.

Over the past 5 years LPS has carried out the installation of a new boiler, replacement of valves, radiators and taps as well as the installation of a power shower for us. All the work has been carried out quickly and efficiently and at very reasonable prices. Luke works hard and always completes the jobs as promised, sometimes working late to finish a job. He is always very cheerful and helpful, diagnosing issues with the central heating and resolving them quickly. Thanks Luke for all the work you have done for us. Great service!! Luke really knows his stuff about plumbing. Helped identify a leak for my mother in law and keeps her boiler serviced each year, even got the gas board to check her supply was sufficient. I contacted LPS Plumbing & Heating to quote for a replacement radiator install and to fit a Hive thermostat. Luke and his colleague arrived at the time agreed and I arranged for the work to be carried out the following week. LPS Plumbing & Heating kept me informed of their time of arrival taking into account I am currently working from home in meetings. They respected my property, leaving everything clean and tidy. Their quote was very competitive compared to other plumbers in Stotfold. Luke is very knowledgeable and offered invaluable advice. Luke installed a new boiler in our home and I was impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was. He was extremely clean and tidy while working and he even cleaned my windows as there was a little dust from drilling. He was a happy worker and nice to have in our home. I have two dogs and he worked around them fine and was very aware of their safety if a door had to be opened. I would have felt fine if I needed to leave the house as he is extremely trustworthy A really lovely person and was a joy to have around. We hired Kai and team to re-do our bathroom for us. They helped us with ideas on things to include such as some ambient lighting on a PIR system and a TV to watch in the bath! The work started quickly and was done within the time quoted which was very appreciated since it was just before Christmas and also just before a new baby for us! Kai and George were lovely throughout and very hardworking and tidy! No bother to have them in the house at all. The finished result makes me feel like I have a spa in my house and I am delighted! Would highly recommend this company for whatever you need (we used them for many smaller jobs before the full bathroom redesign). Professional, kept to quoted price and time, tidy and hardworking.

After our boiler broke down, Kai and his team were able to install a replacement at short notice. We took the opportunity to replace our gravity-fed system and shower pump, with an unvented cylinder, all working perfectly.

I had Kai and his team do a boiler conversion to install a combi boiler to free up space from removal of water tanks etc. He managed to fit my appointment in very quickly and the team completed the work in just over 2 days, including replacing all the gas pipework. Each day the team turned up on time, completed the work and tidied up after themselves, keeping me updated on all the progress throughout. Very happy with the job and will use the team without doubt for any other plumbing related work in future.

We had a leak in our hot water cylinder and were looking to switch to a combi boiler system. From the outset, the service from Dylan Walsh Plumbing was excellent. Dylan came out to scope the work and spent a great deal of time with us, explaining our options, testing the water pressure, and helping us identify the best solution to future-proof our home. I can’t recommend this company highly enough! Excellent service from start to finish. I suspected I needed a new boiler when it failed yet again. Walsh came out the next day and talked me through all my options and fully explained everything. After deciding to go ahead they arranged it within a week to fit in with my work commitments. I was a little concerned when it became obvious that l needed to replace my boiler, regarding all the scams that you need to be wary off nowadays. I contacted several companies for advice and quotes. One company- Walsh Plumbing Ltd. (based in Stevenage) stood out from the rest. After discussing my needs with Dylan, (the owner) l felt comfortable with all he said, he did not try to feed me any B/S or sell me a system that l did not need (but would be a bigger profit for him). After discussions with the other suppliers l went with my gut feeling and contacted Dylan some six months after our initial contact. He offered to keep to original quote and arranged for the boiler to be replaced the following week. I am more than pleased with my decision, from Dylan to Gaynor, the receptionist (always polite and professional) and last but not least, Mikal (one of the service engineers), what a gem! Arrived on time, his work is immaculate. Walsh Plumbing were not the cheapest quote I had but their standard of work and customer satisfaction are second to none. l have no hesitations in recommending them to anyone who wants to deal with a Company such high ideals and standard of customer care. We have been using Carl for many years for domestic plumbing and gas boiler and heating work and he is excellent. He is completely reliable, efficient, and on time. We'd been having issues with our shower and so contacted Carl. He responded quickly and was quickly round to diagnose the problem. When he came back to replace the shower, we realised our stopcock had seized, and the trap underneath our bathroom sink was leaking. He fixed both issues, on top of replacing the shower, on the same visit and without complaint. We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Carl and would highly recommend him. We'll definitely be using him again if we have any future plumbing/heating issues.

We would definitely recommend Alex. We had a complete bathroom refit. The communication before was good and Alex was really helpful at making recommendations and ensuring that the bathroom would work. He was very respectful throughout the work and took into accommodation our children's SEN. He was considerate and always left the area tidy at the end of the day. Alex was able to offer advice on buying products and was knowledgeable as well as being approachable. The process was extremely smooth and Alex quickly came back to fix any a few small issues. I used Alex's services a couple of times now. Once for a leaking toilet that was fixed without having to order a new part (which I was expecting to pay for due to its age) and 2nd to investigate a leak on a newly refurbished bathroom done via another trader. The leak tripped the electricity and did some significant damage as it went through the carport ceiling ! Alex came twice, 1st to identify the leak and 2nd to fix it. He is very knowledgeable and gave me some valuable advice. He explained what he was doing and was keen to explain to process to me. The leak was identified and came from the newly fitted shower ! he came a 2nd time and was able to fix it easily without ripping apart the newly tiled bathroom, it could have been much worse ! His prices are very reasonable and I know I will contact him again for anything plumbing related and recommend him without a doubt !

Alex and Jodie went out of their way to schedule us in with little notice. We had a tight schedule so it was really appreciated. Alex has done an amazing job at fitting a new water supply for our new kitchen, removing the gas line to an old gas fireplace, removing unneeded pipes, changing the toilet and replacing all the radiators. Having moved into our new home, we found a leak on the soil stack. We called Steve not knowing any other plumbers in the area. He found what caused the leak and gave a full explanation of what had caused the leak and talked through how he was repairing the leak. He worked in a tidy fashion and cleared up after him. Will definitely use again.

Have used Steve for quite a few years now, he did a great job replacing an old boiler and sorted shower pump and other issues. Steve has always been very responsive and fast to resolve anything that crops up and takes responsibility to get any issues sorted (In my case not through his own doing but with the boiler manufacturer). Thoroughly recommend is you want a job done properly knowing you have ongoing support, at a fair price.
