I highly recommend Dods Plumbing - especially if you have an unvented hot water system, he has a lot of expertise with these. He is also prompt, helpful and try’s to fix rather than replace to keep the costs down.

Have used Dods twice now, once for a minor heating fix last year and again this year to replace a boiler. Really impressed with speed of response, clear communication, quality of work and reasonable prices.

Excellent service. Frazer gave us a quote for a new boiler and installation which was very competitive. Turned up on time and finished when he said he would and tidied up after himself. All was painless, we could not be happier.

Recently moved into a property that had an extremely old boiler. Frazer provided a clear, easy to understand quote, and replaced my old system with a nice new Combi + Hive. The new boiler is quiet, efficient, and quickly heats the home. The work was done in a clean manner, ahead of schedule, and everything is running smoothly. Chris came round and discussed my requirements. A quote came in quickly. The radiators were installed perfectly as specified and the pipework was neat. I haven't tested yet as too hot but Chris did on completion of installation. The job looked very good. This is the 1st time I've used Chris but he is a very competent, obliging and reliable tradesman.

A new shower was fitted. There were a couple of unavoidable problems with the time of the quote and the arrival of the new shower but we were kept well informed and new times were quickly arranged. The shower was fitted in two hours and we are very pleased with it. This is the second time I have used this company and I would definitely recommend them.

Jack came out promptly to fix a blocked pipe which was causing back-flow of waste into our kitchen. A previous plumber could not find the problem but Jack found it quickly and fixed it. He was tidy and very reasonably priced! Would highly reccomend JM plumbing and will definitely be using his services again.

Jack did an excellent job completely renovating our ensuite, including structural work. He kept us involved and informed throughout the whole process, ensuring that we were happy. The subs he used were also high quality. We were delighted with the end result and will definitely be using Jack and team again!

Fixed my toilet, stopcock, installed a washing machine and disconnected a dishwasher and washing machine. He was quick, friendly, and didn't leave a mess. It's a week+ later and everything seems to still be working perfectly, so I'd have to say he did a good job. Strongly recommend.

Michael did a fantastic job on my kitchen. The attention to detail is brilliant. I'm a very fussy and particular in what I want. Michael made this kitchen possible for me with his guidance and knowledge. He told me why some of my ideas were not possible and also showed me. Going with his recommendations and putting trust in him, I could see he was right and I'm much more greatful for it. I cannot recommend this company enough. I contacted them one evening as I had no hot water, first thing the next morning they phoned me and arranged a same day visit. Within an hour of them being here a full boiler service was carried out, part replaced and hot water back on. Amazing service, highly professional and very reasonably priced. Will defiantly be using again in the future if needed 😊😊😊😊

Lee very kindly popped by and with minimal tinkering (I’m no expert!), managed to balance my heating and get my rads functioning efficiently again. He seemed reluctant to charge me as it was such a swift call. Good to know there’s a reliable and honest heating and plumbing company nearby.

Had a leak under kitchen floor. Louis came out quickly and located and dealt with a difficult repair which involved digging up concrete floor. Really nice guy and knows his stuff. Would highly recommend him and would happily use him again

JR Plumbing and Heating Services was recommended to me by a friend. To me that meant that he would be, qualified, experienced, efficient, punctual and knowledgeable. After fitting our water softer, I can report that Jay is all those things and more! He is reassuring, trustworthy and honest, as well as has the ability to keep to his appointments – which is a rarity these days!
