JR Plumbing and Heating Services was recommended to me by a friend. To me that meant that he would be, qualified, experienced, efficient, punctual and knowledgeable. After fitting our water softer, I can report that Jay is all those things and more! He is reassuring, trustworthy and honest, as well as has the ability to keep to his appointments – which is a rarity these days! Very happy customer and will defiantly be recommended to friends and family.

Wick and clean work at an acceptable price

We asked JR Plumbing and Heating Services to refit our downstairs toilet and from start to finish they were excellent. We were provided with a very competitive quote and the installation was completed to a very high standard and within a week ! I have now booked them to do more work and would highly recommend to anyone looking to have new bathrooms fitted.

JR Plumbing fitted a new boiler and I found the engineers very polite, friendly and answered any questions I might have. They tidied up after themselves and left the place as they found it, except for the new boiler. Thank you to the engineers concerned.

5 star service called 10pm last night to discuss and Frazer was out this morning and carried out the repair so close to Christmas thank you very much We have used Frazer before and highly recommend him for his advice and service quality workmanship you can trust.

Recently moved into a property that had an extremely old boiler. Frazer provided a clear, easy to understand quote, and replaced my old system with a nice new Combi + Hive. The new boiler is quiet, efficient, and quickly heats the home. The work was done in a clean manner, ahead of schedule, and everything is running smoothly. Frazer is very professional, and incredibly responsive to any queries, which is especially helpful if you haven't had this kind of work done before. Really excellent work - thank you! Will use again for any future work or services.

I have used FDT for minor works in the past ie boiler service and was always happy with the service provided so I asked Frazer to quote on a new bathroom. He helped me with the design and then the work schedule was agreed on. From start to finish it took just over 2 weeks and I am very happy with the outcome. Frazer uses trusted tradesmen to carry out the parts he doesn't do. He uses a tiler, plasterer and painter but he organised it all. He made sure it all ran on time and kept me updated as to the schedule of works. I cannot recommend Frazer highly enough

Myles, Scott and the team were fantastic. We used AJS to supply and install Nu-Heat underfloor heating for our kitchen renovation. Brilliant service

Where other local engineers/plumbers wouldn’t get back to us following calls and messages, Buntingford Heating were able to provide a next-day boiler service and for a good price. They’re friendly, quick, and professional; they even gave advice on how to fix a few other issues around the house. Would definitely recommend.

Lee very kindly popped by and with minimal tinkering (I’m no expert!), managed to balance my heating and get my rads functioning efficiently again. He seemed reluctant to charge me as it was such a swift call. Good to know there’s a reliable and honest heating and plumbing company nearby.

We used Ben at Vines plumbing and heating for our new Bathroom installation. Ben helped us initially with reliable suppliers to choose our bathroom furniture. Ben then Project Managed the entire removal of our old suite, the various trades required for the different stages including electricians, plasterers & tilers. Every one of those trades was polite, clean and punctual, exactly what you need when on a tight timescale as we were. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vines Plumbing & Heating for Bathroom Installation as Ben was brilliant at managing the entire process from old to new and kept us informed the whole time.

Jack came out promptly to fix a blocked pipe which was causing back-flow of waste into our kitchen. A previous plumber could not find the problem but Jack found it quickly and fixed it. He was tidy and very reasonably priced! Would highly reccomend JM plumbing and will definitely be using his services again.

Fixed my toilet, stopcock, installed a washing machine and disconnected a dishwasher and washing machine. He was quick, friendly, and didn't leave a mess. It's a week+ later and everything seems to still be working perfectly, so I'd have to say he did a good job. Strongly recommend.

Jack did an excellent job completely renovating our ensuite, including structural work. He kept us involved and informed throughout the whole process, ensuring that we were happy. Our boiler was on its last legs, and the day was saved by Yunus! He has replaced our boiler over a period of 3 days, cleaned the system, and even got the old radiator that hasn't worked since we moved in 4 years ago to work! There was an issue with the shower, but it was very quickly resolved as well. Every day he cleaned up after his work, and was very tidy throughout the day, which was great, you don't get that very often! Our new boiler is fitten with HIVE, which is great, and it all costs exactly what the quote said it would cost, which is again, doesn't happen very often these days. Boiler was registered, everything was explained to us, all around great service! Look forward to having him back to inspect the boiler annually.

After contacting Yunus for a quote for some work he was very quick to come round and have a look at the work to be done and give us a quote- which was very reasonably priced. The job was booked in quickly and on a day convenient for us. On the day Yunus was prompt to arrive and was very clean and tidy. I had my radiators flushed as they've never been done and I've lived in my flat for 20 years, and I'd been having trouble with my heating/hot water on and off. Really good service, friendly guy, and reasonably priced. Respectful of my property and left things tidy. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Dods Plumbing - especially if you have an unvented hot water system, he has a lot of expertise with these. He is also prompt, helpful and try’s to fix rather than replace to keep the costs down.

Have used Dods twice now, once for a minor heating fix last year and again this year to replace a boiler. Really impressed with speed of response, clear communication, quality of work and reasonable prices.

Daryl has worked for me before, fitting a Qettle boiling tap. Today I had a problem with it whilst changing the filter and he visited very promptly and managed to provide a temporary fix as I need a replacement part direct from the manufacturer. Thanks for your speedy response.

Michael made this kitchen possible for me with his guidance and knowledge. He told me why some of my ideas were not possible and also showed me. Going with his recommendations and putting trust in him, I could see he was right and I'm much more greatful for it.
