Anthony came out to us today as our heating suddenly stopped working. Anthony was super knowledgeable. He managed to get the heating back on within the hour! Would highly recommend & will use him for future heating and boiler services

I spoke with Anthony at 915 this morning and he was with me by 10am. He was honest, reliable, reasonably priced and cleared up after himself. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing and heating services.

I had called Anthony to check on a leaking kitchen pipe. After contacting almost 6 plumbers who either did not even bother to return my call or told me they could not come to check it out, Anthony came over right away and he was able to fix the issue in a matter of minutes and explained what the problem was in the simplest way for us non plumbers to understand. Very friendly and quick but did not do a quick rush job. He triple checked his work and made sure everything worked before leaving. When the old boiler finally stopped working, we decided to install a new one with them, and everything went smoothly. We needed to replace a 30yr old boiler. The job was assessed by Ellis clarifying what was needed and what should be additionally considered. The items were individually costed and similar to other quotes we had. The work was done by Ellis giving continuity and he dealt with any issues very competently with minimal disruption to our own schedule including him having to work late on one occasion. Thoroughly recommend the service and we would happily use Avenue Heating again.

Did a great job of running the gas supply from my house to my garage. I had a boiler installed, two new radiators and a large dog grooming bath fitted and plumbed in. Helpful, polite and one thing I really noticed is that the boys were very clean and tidy which gets a big thumbs up from me. Would recommend.

Matt was really helpful with trying to diagnose the fault on our boiler, all sorted now. Matt sends a text message to say he's on way and how long he's going to be, I found this helpful because of work and dog walking. The other good thing is Premier Heating don't charge the earth so you don't feel like your being riped off. We will definitely be having them back again in the future. Thanks Matt.

Our job ended up being more complicated with life-expired pipework, which Lee rectified for us while honouring the quoted price. Ed recently replaced my boiler. He installed the new boiler quickly without any issues, rebuilt my cabinet to fit the new boiler, registered the associated paperwork, tidied the utility room after the work had been completed and arranged for the old boiler and its associated parts to be removed. Great standard and at a good rate Boiler installation, sinking pipes & moving radiators. Really clear about timings and schedule of work throughout. Boiler was sized up to suit our house and plans over the expected life (10-15 years). Pipe work where sunken or for moved radiators was well inbedded in the walls to make the plastering easy. They also bricked up the exit hole of the previous boilers gas exit with bricks that match our house.

Excellent firm. I have used this company on a number of occasions for various boiler issues and general plumbing work. All work expertly and meticulously done with very reasonable prices. Unlike many, they answer the phone promptly and respond quickly to attend the job. Recently had to urgently get a quote for a water leak - Ed was there the same day. Excellent service from the team at Drainbusters. We needed an emergency callout and they were able to turn up within the hour which we were not expecting and arrived prepared to solve our problem and give their expert advice on the issue and provide a preventative solution in the future. So happy with Martin and Luke who have been our plumbers for the last 12 years. They’ve installed 4 bathrooms for us now (in our previous and current home), as well as improvements to our heating and hot water, including radiator pressure wash and installing a mega-flow for high pressure hot water. They are always lovely to have around, friendly and hard working. They recently renovated our ensuite, as well as installing the new bathroom suite, they removed the old, and when they found the old shower had been leaking for the last 20 years and started to rot the floor joists they fixed all this before installing the new bathroom. They also did the tiling and installed an electric heated floor mat which was screed in before the vinyl floor went down. We were so happy with the job, the finish is excellent and they went above and beyond fixing problems they found along the way.

Called MJ plumbing and heating to help with a shower issue in my flat. Only cold water was leaving my shower, they responded quickly and got the issue sorted quickly too. Not had a problem since. Highly recommend. (also wore masks and gloves without having to ask)

After two separate engineers failed to find the source of a gas leak in our home, I was so glad to have found MJ Services online who were able to find the leak (3rd time lucky), so we could get it fixed and have our gas put back on. He then came back again the next day to fix a fault in our very old boiler. We will be sure to be returning to him for our boiler upgrade. Great service from start to finish! We had a gas leak and needed a replacement gas pipe to our cooker. Selvin came around the same evening to quote me and was around doing the work the same weekend.
