Paul the gas engineer was fantastic. Hardworking, knowledgeable, great at plumbing, brickwork, electrical, and boiler install. Kept the place clean. Very happy with everything he did. Gills (Will) were great to deal with as well. Not the cheapest, but quality staff are worth paying extra. Worcester Approved Installer, while others were not. “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.” Will use them again for my bathroom and kitchen projects.

I recently had Gill’s replace my 16 year old gas hob. Every part of the transaction went perfectly from the helpful assistant in their store, prompt quote and excellent gas installation engineer. Highly recommend

16/12 - Ben installed our new boiler. He was on time, clean and tidy and explained what he was doing. Pricing was competitive. Very thorough with the power flush to the system. He also was responsive on messages to any follow up questions we had about the system. Highly recommend. 9/12 - Ben came out to fix some radiators, he managed to squeeze us at very short notice when he heard we had a little boy. He was on time, courteous and tidy, found a problem with the valve that affected water flow and fixed our issue. Competitive pricing and seemed very knowledgeable.

I was been looking for my heating to be serviced for a while. Searched on the website for someone I could trust to do an excellent job, as well as giving me feedback in layman's terms. Ben and Co came to my home, explained what was needed to be carried out. Pinpointed issues, no heat in three of my radiators. He was quick, efficient and reasonable priced. Following a burst water pipe under the kitchen sink, Archway heating and Plumbing services were really quick to come round, asses the work required and then fix. The quality of work was of a really high standard and Kiani was really nice and friendly too. I will definitely contact them again for any future work and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had a leak under kitchen floor. Louis came out quickly and located and dealt with a difficult repair which involved digging up concrete floor. Really nice guy and knows his stuff. Would highly recommend him and would happily use him again

Our boiler was on its last legs, and the day was saved by Yunus! He has replaced our boiler over a period of 3 days, cleaned the system, and even got the old radiator that hasn't worked since we moved in 4 years ago to work! There was an issue with the shower, but it was very quickly resolved as well. Every day he cleaned up after his work, and was very tidy throughout the day, which was great, you don't get that very often! Our new boiler is fitten with HIVE, which is great, and it all costs exactly what the quote said it would cost, which is again, doesn't happen very often these days. Boiler was registered, everything was explained to us, all around great service! Look forward to having him back to inspect the boiler annually.
