Booked for one day, managed to fit us in 2 days early. Very professional, even made a minor repair to an unrelated pipe, just to help out. I'd use again, and recommend to anyone.

Alex and Jodie went out of their way to schedule us in with little notice. We had a tight schedule so it was really appreciated. Alex has done an amazing job at fitting a new water supply for our new kitchen, removing the gas line to an old gas fireplace, removing unneeded pipes, changing the toilet and replacing all the radiators. Alex is very knowledgeable and his advice has been super useful, especially as first time buyers. The work was of the highest quality. Alex is reliable and friendly. We would highly recommend Alex to friends and family, and we are planning to always use Blue Whale Plumbing going forward!

I used Alex's services a couple of times now. Once for a leaking toilet that was fixed without having to order a new part (which I was expecting to pay for due to its age) and 2nd to investigate a leak on a newly refurbished bathroom done via another trader. The leak tripped the electricity and did some significant damage as it went through the carport ceiling ! Alex came twice, 1st to identify the leak and 2nd to fix it. He is very knowledgeable and gave me some valuable advice. He explained what he was doing and was keen to explain to process to me. The leak was identified and came from the newly fitted shower ! he came a 2nd time and was able to fix it easily without ripping apart the newly tiled bathroom, it could have been much worse ! His prices are very reasonable and I know I will contact him again for anything plumbing related and recommend him without a doubt !

We would definitely recommend Alex. We had a complete bathroom refit. The communication before was good and Alex was really helpful at making recommendations and ensuring that the bathroom would work. He was very respectful throughout the work and took into accommodation our children's SEN. He was considerate and always left the area tidy at the end of the day. Alex was able to offer advice on buying products and was knowledgeable as well as being approachable. The process was extremely smooth and Alex quickly came back to fix any a few small issues. He was attentive to details and we are really happy with our completed bathroom. Would 100% recommend Alex for any plumbing jobs.

Don't go to Vines if you want a cheap bathroom installed in a hurry by someone who'll unquestioningly do what you ask them to do. Do go to Vines if you want a thorough job, with high-quality fixtures, installed by competent and courteous tradesmen who don't treat your home as 'the site'. Ben Vine, the plumber and project manager, exceeded all our expectations. The job proved massively more complex than we'd expected because of hidden problems in our 40-year-old drainage system, but Ben was an excellent and patient communicator who kept us fully informed throughout. He discussed all our ideas with us as they arose, offering his expert opinion on the practicality and desirability of what we thought we wanted, as well as making suggestions about how we could incorporate aesthetic and practical features that we hadn't thought of. Ben always removed his shoes at the door before spreading his dustsheet up the stairs, and left the bathroom clean and tidy every evening. He visited the house to check that every other tradesman whom he'd commissioned to work for us was doing what they'd been asked to do, and we were happy to leave the project in his hands. The result is a room that's a joy to use, and we cannot recommend Vines too highly.

I can’t recommend H Town Plumbing highly enough! They fitted the aircon in our bedrooms quicker and more efficiently than I ever would have expected. Ben, was really good, we had asked him reseal 3 showers including shower enclosures, water tight. He was really fast and efficient and had a good understanding our weak areas.. And he touched up odd cracks in the ensuites. Thoroughly recommend him.

He also was responsive on messages to any follow up questions we had about the system. He was on time, courteous and tidy, found a problem with the valve that affected water flow and fixed our issue. Competitive pricing and seemed very knowledgeable.
