NBS Heating and Plumbing fitted a new boiler for me. They were extremely professional and went above and beyond with customer service, even checking in after the installation to make sure everything was OK. They were also very knowledgeable and talked me through how the new boiler worked, what to do if I encounter any issues and what all the various bits and bobs on and beside the boiler meant. Being a little clueless about these things I was pleased to get a full handover that made sense to me!! I would highly recommend them, without a doubt the best I have come across!

I would definitely recommend NBS Heating and Plumbing. Tom and Mark did an amazing job. Polite, friendly, professional, easy to talk to and explained what they were doing. Happy to answer other queries too. Tom rang before they came. I had bath/basin taps installed and an immersion heater/element put in - did both jobs at the same time! The bath taps were tricky due to their position and size of the bathroom. Other plumbers didn't come back to me! These guys - no problem! Thank you! 100% recommend

Thanks to Lee and Matt for a great job on a new boiler install. Lee is very knowledgeable and professional with such a friendly, chilled out demeanour. In just 2 weeks of reaching out to him, he provided a free call out and gave a no jargon clear explanation on my options and breakdown of work involved in replacing a very old boiler. I appreciate the responsiveness in answering my post call out questions and the efficiency in scheduling my job. Matt undertook the install, he arrived on time and was very respectful of my property, removing his shoes on entry. He took care in ensuring carpets on the stairs and floor tiles in the kitchen were covered with dust sheets. I was WFH, but Matt just got on with the work at hand. Despite the size difference (the new boiler being considerably smaller) and some pipework obstacles, he did a fantasic tidy job on the installation. He definitely takes pride in his work. Both Lee and Matt did a walk through of the new boiler system and how to operate the new T3 thermostat. Official paperwork, warranty, and certs were all sent timely. Love the new Valliant EcoFit boiler. It's super quiet compared to my old boiler, and the thermostat settings are easy to operate. I have used LDC several times for various work including fitting radiators, boiler servicing and more recently to fix a leak. Lee is highly knowledgeable, polite, trustworthy and reliable. All work has been completed to a high standard. I wouldn’t use anyone else and highly recommend LDC.

I’ve known Lee for a number of years where he was highly recommended by a friend Lee came to the rescue when my boiler had packed in and he installed a brand new one incredibly fast and great value for money. Saved me from cold showers!! Recently I reached out to Lee on the 30th Dec when my hot water stopped functioning in my new home and he was here within hours diagnosing a fix. Super impressed! Excellent service on such short notice!! We had a leak from under the bathroom sink at half 8 on a Saturday night from a push fit joint on a hot water pipe!! Herts 24/7 plumbing attended within 20/25 mins and had the issue fixed within 1 hour of my initial call!! Out of Hours cost was reasonable compared to other plumbers. Good advice given and he was friendly and knowledgeable!! Thank you so much - we will definitely call on you again for plumbing services!

Our boiler broke over new years and we called Stuart to see if he could come as an emergency call out. He came as soon as he could which we are grateful for considering the cold weather. He informed us that we would need a new boiler and managed to fit us in as quickly as possible to get our heating and hot water back up and running. He even dealt with organising roofers to come as our boiler is in the loft. Stuart is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we would happily recommend him.

I had no heating so I contacted Stuart. He came out the next day and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, explaining everything as he went along. He is professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Very professional service from James and his team. Our oil fired combi boiler completely broke down beginning of December & James quickly attended to provide a price to replace it and then booked the install for the following week. The guys on the team are very polite & helpful, making sure everything is left clean & tidy. Any queries/questions we had were very quickly resolved & communication from the office was very efficient. All in all, very happy with our new boiler & the service provided. 😊

They were very helpful on the phone; so much so that I saved myself a call out fee. Also their advice about mixers helped me avoid buying the wrong mixer. And the mixer I bought-after their advice, was £80 cheaper and so easy to fit that I did it myself! So a very happy customer. Recommended!

Darren did a major fit for our new kitchen extension, included new boiler, hot water tank, water softener etc. great price and great service. 5 stars isn’t really enough! We’ve known Darren and his team since 2020. He installed our new boiler and services it for us very year. He has fitted a new toilet for us and installed a smart heating system throughout the house which has been brilliant. He is very accommodating with any queries we have on anything and come back to us very quickly via what’s app. He is very polite, considerate, friendly and works solidly without wasting any time. His prices are very competitive and fair. The house is always left clean and tidy after the work is carried out. I would highly recommend Darren and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dave is an excellent plumber - professional, conscientious and knowledgeable. A nice guy too, all communication was immediate and he turned up exactly when he said he would. Also respectful of space - left my flat clean. Overall, recommended without reservation. Oh and the new boiler works perfectly, which is the main thing.

Highly recommend. I found out we had a leak earlier this week and found Premium Plumbing and leak detection online - I called and they were at my property on the same day and stopped the leak. The leak was repaired quickly and I was amazed by how little destruction was caused to the house in the process. The issue was found and resolved within hours and you wouldn’t be able to tell anything had happened now. I'm super impressed with the service I got from Premium Plumbing and Leak Detection. I recently had a persistent leak that another company had a hard time finding, and I ended up getting in touch with these guys. Basically, they located it in no time. Top professionals, you could really see they knew their stuff. They also gave me some instruction on how I could check for things myself in the future, and explained to me how the the plumbing in my newly purchased home actually worked (I think it was clear to them I was pretty clueless). Honestly, I cant recommend these chaps enough. They were friendly, prompt, professional and incredibly good at what they did. As long as I'm within their catchment, im not going to look elsewhere for plumbing and leak detection services.

Shane & Jamie came round to fix a leak in a pipe to my hot water tank & managed to find 3 more! They explained what they were going to be doing to repair all four and did so quickly and efficiently. They are clearly very knowledgeable in their work and did a great job! I highly recommend!
