David is absolutely the best. He has been recommended to us for fitting an outdoor tap, which he did, and so far we have asked him to do other jobs, completely recommend him. 100%. Chad’s work has been brilliant. Quick. Clean. High quality. I’ve changed 3 bathrooms before this project and this has easily been the best result in terms of quality of finished tiling, cabinets and sanitary ware finish and fitting. Great experience today with Chad & his team. They fit a new radiator upstairs in our loft and disconnected poorly performing underfloor heating. We got 3 quotes and inspections. Chad was pricing competitively, clear he was committed to doing a high quality job and moved a job around to fit with our timings. Others were lazy with pricing and priced for a full day making it way over priced, whereas chad estimated 3-4 hours plus materials which was accurate, saving me a few hundred quid vs the most expensive quote I got. 🙏 Now my first call plumber!

I would not hesitate to recommend IGM. Ian and Billy carried out excellent work in gas leak detection, replacement boiler and gas pipes with superb, finishing. This included plastering, replacement skirting boards, bricking up redundant flu pipes etc All work was carried out to a very high standard. They were also brilliant at liaising with our gas suppliers which if this was down to us would’ve been very stressful. Wholeheartedly recommend! Also really nice guys to have around!

We have had had serious problems with our underfloor heating system for many years, to the point where we were about to remove it entirely and start again. I was delighted with the service I received from Ibrar. From the first contact he was polite, communicative and extremely helpful. He supplied some excellent products at competitive prices and more than that, provided excellent advice to make sure I got exactly what I needed for our bathroom project. He spent hours on the telephone sourcing parts and information from suppliers and, when we had a couple of snags with parts (from the manufacturers end) he went above and beyond by driving to ironmongers to source replacements for us, to save me having to wait any longer for my shower to be up and running.
