Chad’s work has been brilliant. Quick. Clean. High quality. I’ve changed 3 bathrooms before this project and this has easily been the best result in terms of quality of finished tiling, cabinets and sanitary ware finish and fitting. Chad and Ret also advised on the products and the best way to tile that made the difference. Trust these guys. They’re great to have around.

Took longer than I’d hoped but delays were largely out of their control and due to further work being needed. Great experience today with Chad & his team. They fit a new radiator upstairs in our loft and disconnected poorly performing underfloor heating. We got 3 quotes and inspections. Chad was pricing competitively, clear he was committed to doing a high quality job and moved a job around to fit with our timings. Others were lazy with pricing and priced for a full day making it way over priced, whereas chad estimated 3-4 hours plus materials which was accurate, saving me a few hundred quid vs the most expensive quote I got. 🙏 Now my first call plumber!

I had a leak in my shower tray trap which was coming down to my kitchens ceiling. Ibrar came out to my property within one hour on a saturday , found the source of the leak , fixed it within 45 minutes! Very professional and strong attention to detail. Strongly recommended these guys!

I was delighted with the service I received from Ibrar. From the first contact he was polite, communicative and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend IGM. Ian and Billy carried out excellent work in gas leak detection, replacement boiler and gas pipes with superb, finishing. This included plastering, replacement skirting boards, bricking up redundant flu pipes etc All work was carried out to a very high standard. They were also brilliant at liaising with our gas suppliers which if this was down to us would’ve been very stressful. Wholeheartedly recommend! Also really nice guys to have around!
