Thorley Plumbing were recommended to us by various neighbours. Dan came to us to fix a leaky toilet. Very prompt and professional throughout. Happy with the service with provided. Will absolutely use Dan again and would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber. Also helped with an issue with our water softener while he was here. Great stuff!!😁

Within a few hours Nick attended my sadly neglected boiler and ch system and miraculously managed a temporary fix. I asked for a price to resolve the issues and received a very reasonable comprehensive estimate by email the same evening. Nick was back within only a few working days to install a much needed new boiler and resolve several other issues. I have used this company several Times now and most times it was time critical and they delivered. A call out recently was dealt with fast and effectively and they couldn’t be more helpful. Glister plumbing services were quite literally the best I’ve ever had! We had an issue with our shower and we’d been told by others we’d need to replace the whole thing which would involved re tiling etc. Craig and his colleague just ordered a new part. Job done. They’ve also done various other jobs for us very swiftly and they are immaculate workers! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I chose Aquatech for their all round service from consultation to completion, and management of all other trades - electricians, plasterers and tilers. Initially I’d only asked Paul and the team to do a shower room but once I saw the quality of their work I immediately signed them up to do the cloakroom as well, although an add on to the original job, they accommodated and completed to the same high standard. I was over the moon with both rooms. Big shout out to Blair who worked on both projects and was professional and conscientious throughout. We called Aquatech in for a leaking water-softener. The old isolation valves had failed as well. Ryan came over and replaced the valves that were faulty and obviously fixed the leak too. Great work, very happy, will definitely use them again.

A very professional and friendly service from Paul and Ryan. They replaced our old boiler, fixed a leak in the hot water cylinder and various radiator valves, and generally tidied up the whole central heating installation. After outstanding customer service from both Nina and Chris we quickly proceeded with the quote provided to install a new boiler in our home. We had Jordan and Callum come to complete the works on installation day, both of which were extremely professional and respectful. I wanted to wait a few months before posting as everyone posts immediately and I like to give feedback after some time to evaluate. Firstly. The company and its staff are professional and very experienced. They’re helpful and go beyond what anyone else offered as far as providing expert advise and support to make me aware of all the options and how it would/ wouldn’t be effective on my individual property. They were prompt, clean and tidy, and did exactly what they said. Having all the recognised certifications and a financial agreement option is great if you need one. A new oil boier fitted albeit much smaller, more powerful, efficient and eco friendly. Bespoke fitting of extraction funnel through utility room roof, again all fulfilled with compliance regulation . The aftercare and expertise in the new smart tech Hive was easily explained. Cannot rate these specialists enough and highly recommended their work. Thank you

Great service from start to finish. Firstly - Nina in the office offered a fast turn around for someone to come for a free quote and lucky someone was in the area so managed to get them round the same day. Any questions I had Nina was there to answer! And not to mention my quote was sent to me the same day and booked in shortly after. The men who worked on replacing and moving my boiler was amazing! I recently had the pleasure of using Timms Gas Services, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They undertook a large project for me, installing a completely new central heating system where there was none before. This included a brand new Valliant boiler, all new pipework, and radiators. Their attention to detail and professionalism were evident throughout. In addition to the heating system, they also installed a brand new bathroom for me, including ripping out the Avocado suite, installing all new pipe work and then installing a new walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity sink unit. They even arranged for all the wall and floor tiles to be laid, ensuring a seamless finish. Billy's guidance, advice, and help were invaluable. Hand on heart, I would have been lost without his guidance. He went above and beyond to help me out and I have no hesitation in recommending him. Before and after Photos provided.

Billy came out the next day when I called him to look at dad's broken boiler. He gave me a detailed quote for replacing the boiler, adding new pipework, and removing old tanks and showed photos of other jobs he'd completed and fitted us in quickly. The work was completed to a very high standard, he left the house tidier than when he arrived, and was brilliant with my elderly dad, explaining everything. Dad is very happy with his new boiler and pipework, and the loft has a new boarded area to make future servicing easy, and the new boiler has a great warranty and is much more effective in keeping dad warm than the ancient back boiler he had. The boiler leaked when I turned the heating on for the first time this year. Andy came round within a couple of hours of me calling. He found and fixed the problem, and waited long enough enough to make sure it was definitely OK. He also gave good advice on upgrading the system.

Andy did a first service on my boiler and was so helpful... he went above and beyond what I expected and when I told him one of my radiators wasn't heating he did a thorough check and went round and bled every radiator to get everything back in track, not just the one that wasn't working. Andy taught me some useful tips about my boiler and heating and really cared about doing a good job. Family man who cares about his customers, 100% recommend!

I called AJA plumbing last Friday morning after our boiler packed up. Andy came round the same day and did a thorough check of everything to identify the problem, patiently explaining everything to me as he did so. Having changed a faulty part, he then tested everything was working properly (including bleeding the radiators) and left us with a warm house and hot water again - highly recommended!
