Lewis and the team were a pleasure to deal with when we needed some recent repairs to a section of flashing on our chimney. The quote was very competitive and the work was even carried out before Christmas! Would definitely recommend and use Essex Roofing again!

I was looking for some repair and maintenance work on my roof including replacing some damaged and missing slates and also some carpentry work on the clock tower. Lewis provided a very competitive quote and work started as planned. Everyone was very considerate of the property and the neighbours, they did a great job and although there have been some delays in some of the materials required, they stayed in touch and kept us updated at every stage of the process. Overall very happy with quality and price.

We contacted CLS Roofing specialists after our roof partially blew off in the strong winds. Corry was quick to visit the property and provided us with a detailed quotation within a few days. Corry put a plan in place for the scaffold to be erected and soon after Corry and his team arrived to start work. It was a full strip down of the original roof system and a new, updated roof system to be installed on a completely new roof deck. All work was carried out to a very high standard to comply with the current regs regarding Part L and Part B of building regs. The lads were always on site early every morning and fully cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall, CLS took a great deal of pride in the job and kept us upto date on progress. Phoned Sean for Herts and Essex roofing for a new extension roof and re pointing of my chimney, he turned up the next day as arranged and gave me a very fair quote I looked for 2 other quotes and were undeniably more expensive. Sean managed to squeeze the job in within a week which I was so happy with as roof was holding up interior building work so I was extremely grateful. I'd used H&E before to cap a chimney that leaked, so when I needed some ridge tiles on a summerhouse doing I called them again.
