John came to clear our gutters arrived on time as planned. John delivered a very friendly and very professional and excellent service. He did a very thorough job, and had the proper equipment for the task, and great price, explaining all aspect of the job. John sends you before and after photos of the guttering which confirms how bad they were and now how amazingly clear they are. Very refreshing to meet such a friendly professional tradesman. We had a really good experience with john. We bought a new house this year (2025) and quickly realised that we had a problem with leaks in the roof. Our roof is an old one and turns out that it was pretty neglected. John and his men turned up and honestly did an excellent job with constant video footage of the work being done and advice on how we could improve our situation. Felt very reassured and satisfied that we were not getting ripped off which is very important. Finally,I would recommend john if you’re looking for someone you can trust.

John and his team were extremely professional and hard working from the first meeting to the last day. Geoff explained the work to us thoroughly and we knew exactly what to expect. The whole process was seamless, and our house that was in much need of external repair is now watertight, clean and has had a brand new life. Great company to deal with and great results. Sent John a request to clean the guttering on a rental property and he responded promptly with a reasonable price. A member of he’s team could attend the property within a week and did so. Whilst leaning out of a dormer window I discovered one of our very heavy slate tiles had completely detached and was likely to slide down onto the driveway below either smashing a car or worse killing someone. I immediately looked into hiring a cherry a picker to access the roof safely and using a handyman to silicon the tile into place. Half day rental was £595+vat and would be a nightmare to arrange. I decided to find a roofing company thinking maybe an expert might be the better option. I texted Radlett Roofing and immediately received a response and a much better price than the option above. Even better was the promise of completing the job the next morning - putting my mind at rest. They arrived first thing and sorted it easily. They also spotted and photographed two broken further tiles to show me, one of which was already resting in the gutter. They sorted all of it within the original quote, and were courteous and tidy. Will definitely be using them again!

Had a card through the door saying that Radlett Roofing would be in the area doing cleaning and repairing gutters. As it happened I needed a repair to a joint in my gutters. Called them on Thursday around 4pm. had agreed an estimate, and they were with me 9am next mromning. William looked at the work and realised it was an easir repair than I described. We initially called Gary regarding a guttering issue; spare of the moment we asked his advice on a new roof for the conservatory. Immediately we were impressed by his professionalism, transparency and honesty when providing a quote. Great experience. Gary came around at the agreed time to get details on the quote. He explained things well, sent me the quote details quickly etc. Once booked in, his team turned up promptly (actually, they could do it a day earlier than planned), were courteous, very good at explaining what they had found, working around the issue, and the end result looks great. It hasn't rained yet, but so far the experience has been perfect and much better than with other roofers I've dealt with in the past.

I reached out to The Roofing Company to have a flat roof leak investigated. Previously I had it reviewed by 3 other roofing companies and was given varying degrees of feedback ranging from quick fixes, to having the entire flat roof and pitched roof redone. Gary popped over with his team, assessed the roof and reported back to me with the issue with the correct course of action. The advice was that there was no issues with the pitched roof and that the flat roof was worn and need replacing. The team stripped the flat roof back to the OCB (where they confirmed that the OCB did not need replacing as it was in great shape. The team progressed with stripping the existing felt and fitting the new torch of felt. Absolutely great service from start to finish and Gary and his team have been fantastic to work with. They also replaced the felt on the exterior outhouse. Overall 10/10 and will be using again for any future roofing issues.

I originally reached out to Tony and the team to get 2nd opinion on a roofing job for my father's property, as I was concerned the first vendor was not trustworthy. Tony came around within two days and advised us of the issue we could encounter as he made us aware that some vendors would pray on the elderly and explained what needed to be done. He got us a quote over and was already saving my father several thousand pounds. From the quoting process to the completion of the new roof Tony and the team have been fantastic and have shown real professionalism and great customer care towards my father. I've been using Olseen roofing for various jobs, starting with a garage roof repair, gutters and soffits, then a full dormer roof renovation. Every time the service has been exceptional. Fair accurate quotes every time - everything clearly explained and no niggles. One small snag was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I had a problem with rain falling down the wall instead of down the guttering. I wrote to Olseen Roofing in the morning and by the afternoon they had fixed the problem. Brilliant service and will go back to them for any roofing work.
