Called out as multi-point locking system wasn't allowing the lock barrel to lock. Tom came out next day, exactly when they said he would, and fixed it with no fuss, and generally did a once over of the whole locking system, tidying it up properly. Can't recommend highly enough.

Call into Barnet to purchase a new lock for our UPC front door. Unfortunately they had order one in. The lock was delivered to the shop the next morning. Great friend and professional service. The lad in the shop advised me how to put it back together as the whole mechanism needed to be removed to change the lock over. The do emergency lock repairs for anyone locked out or unable to do DIY.

Arrived within 1 hour of phoning, I didn't need a new lock just adjustments to the door, which came as a pleasant surprise to me and also saved quite a bit of dosh. An honesty which show s what a reputable business this is and should be applauded, BTW, I have had dealings with this company since 1978 before the internet and I welcome the opportunity to give this review. The young man who came was courteous, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Paul saved the day! Like an idiot I locked myself out of my flat, with no spare key around, called Paul, he came within 10 min as he is local, and it took him 2min to get me into my flat. Amazing service, Paul is an absolute gentleman, not the best circumstance to meet, but the service was second to none. Support local family run business people, don't rely on chain companies. Highly recommend

Hidden away in a industrial estate. When you enter it is key heaven. You can tell they are experts. I got 3 copies of a key. Very reasonably prices and the family run business are super helpful. Note to the business: change your Google pic so people know what the front of your shop oops like. Helps to find it. I'll be back for sure!!!

Highly Recommend. Jamie was knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly. When I initially phoned the office Debbie was efficient and helpful and I was given the labour charge. From photos I sent to Jamie he knew what parts to order and a price was given before agreeing to the work.

Great job on my Volvo key, cleaned and repaired it so that the problem I hade with my central locking was fixed for a fraction of the price if I had gone to Volvo. I also learnt loads of useful information. Thanks Ryan you certainly know your stuff. Drummond's will now be my first port of call.

I went in today (25/01/23) to ask about a faulty Ford key. The member of staff could not of been more helpful. He figured out there was more than one issue with the key and the locking mechanism. He proceeded to try multiple ways to fix the original key. However, a new shell and blade were required to solve the problem. He was extremely detailed in ensuring the key was up the highest standards. We also checked the key two or three times to ensure its operational reliability. I cannot speak more higher of the efficiency of the service we received. I would have no hesitation in recommending this business to anyone else. Thanks again for all of your hard work !

These guys are awesome Did a temporary repair on my mums key as they had no bodies in stock and lasted a year. Tried to get 2 keys cut local( I'm in Chingford) and they wanted £170 per key! journey of 30 minutes to the boys at Drummond and 2 keys cut and chips swapped for £120 saving of £240! Good lads and always go the extra mile for the customer! 10/10 Highly recommended
