Brilliant personal service from lovely people. Kate our vet spent so much time helping acclimatise our anxious dog until he was happy to have his injections with no bother and without the need for a muzzle. Everyone we’ve met on reception so friendly and kind! Can’t recommend enough!

Cheerful staff. Vet was very patient as my dog becomes very anxious. They advised just social visits with cuddles and treats until he was comfortable with the vet for treatment. Very caring surgery and they gave me treats for him for later. Lovely experience in this surgery very different from any others I've visited in a positive way.

I cannot describe how exceptional this place is. This is how a vet should be. No stress, friendly and supportive. Everyone cares and wants to establish a positive experience for the animals in their care. All that and it's also insanely cost effective for our needs. Huge thank you to the team who made my pup's first visit a really positive one. I know, who is this weirdo writing about a vets but it's honestly so different from any vet you've ever seen. Go, try it out. You will not be disappointed.

What a wonderful experience. The team at Creature Comforts Barnet are so welcoming and attentive and Barry was wonderful with my cat (who is normally very scared and uncomfortable but behaved herself impeccably)- extremely helpful, caring and diligent. The practice is a bright and calming environment and everybody (team members and clients) seem to feel cared for and happy. Helping yourself to a couple of treats for your pet is a lovely touch- as is coffee for their owners. I highly recommend Creature Comforts

First time visit recommended by my vet..my 10 month old dog had to have an eye operation. I was very happy with the service I received and operation went well it's been just weeks and had a check up and staff was very happy with his condition and pleased his improving well. Price was very reasonable considering they basically saved his eye sight..very happy with all round treatment from start to finish. Great hospital for animals plus staff amazing. Oh its the little Yorky..

The treatment my daughter's cat received was excellent. Even when the treatment had to be extended due to the non arrival of the radioactive drug required they did not charge for the extra stay or demand we returned (over 100nmiles to collect her cat). All dealings with RVC have been good and the staff seem great. Reception is generally clean, nice to see cats and dogs separated and special units to place your cat and it's carrier in.

Staff are all fantastic, reception & accounts very friendly. Nursing staff are amazing, all very caring and just lovely lovely people. Can't rate them highly enough. Our dog has been well cared for and is still receiving excellent treatment with Hydrotherapy.

Came here after vet referred us for undiagnosed issue - staff was efficient and considerate, explained everything in detail. Got 2-3 update calls daily while my cat was admitted. Thank you so much for taking good care of her!

Been to 4 vet's so far. This hospital blew the others out of the water. The level of care and professionalism stood out massively. Hatfield is the first place I felt confident to book my frenchie in for nose surgery. Andrea operated on my dog. She was fantastic. I have only had bad experiences with other vet's in the past, Medivet being the absolute worst, so avoid!! I am thrilled with service and level of aftercare.11/10

We were told of a possible 4 hour wait but when we arrived after 9.30 at night with our very poorly Bichon, a vet came out within 10 minutes of arrival. From Gate Security to Reception and registering, nothing was too much trouble and our pooch was handled with great care. She examined him thoroughly and although the end did not have a happy outcome (he was over 14 years), he was treated with respect and the vet was just as sad as we were when we said our final goodbyes. We cannot say enough and thank the Royal Veterinary team.

I’ve been to many vets for my dog storm, she has a hereditary eye problem and was taken to the RVC as an emergency due to an eye ulcer from a previous surgery that wasn’t done right at a different vet, the staff at RVC were so kind and comforting and explained everything so well. The best veterinary services I have ever experienced and thanks to them my storm didn’t lose her site!

Seen quickly, the vet carried out her checkup on our cats efficiently and with care and answered our questions.

Everyone is very welcoming. I have always managed to get a same day appointment if my dog is very unwell and I am really worried. Visiting the practice is a pleasure and my dog is rushing to get through the door when we go in to collect her worming and flea treatment tablets. At the consultation everything is clearly explained. I have recently recommended a friend to the practice and they have now joined.

Very very good independent vets. Really looked after our dog, we were with another vets locally which we were very unhappy with. A surgery was over 30% cheaper here and the expertise is far far higher. First class

We love this practice, and have been coming for years. All staff are caring, professional and take time to explain treatment/management options. Medivet are not the cheapest, but I’d rather pay more for the brilliant care & expertise of Thea and her team. Thank you from me, and Otis the very noisy Beagle!

I cannot recommend this practice enough. I am not local to Potters Bar but the travel distance is well worth it. My animals receive the most incredible care from friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate staff. I absolutely would not take my animals anywhere else.

Our elderly cat needed some of his teeth removed - during the operation he was found to have high BP the vets have been monitoring this and trying out different options to give him better quality of life

We Highly recommend Dr. Danielle Cortelli for his knowledge, professionalism, gentle approach taking care and treating our precious cat Lucia. She has very challenging health issues, but we both don't give up and are still fighting for her recovery.

I recently took my cat to Wood Street Veterinary Hospital and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and attention they provided.
