To everyone who ever needs the most supportive, understanding and loving vets ever ! My boy Joe has passed today at the age of 17 he has had an amazing life with out the amazing staff and vets at Halian I believe this would not have been made possible to be the best family member anyone could want !!!! Thank you Halian for giving Joe all the unconditional love you gave him !!!!!

We have been using Mel, Karen and all the other wonderful vets and nurses at Halian for about 14 years now with both our cat Lucky and latterly dog, Poppy. They are all super friendly, caring and knowledgable, always having the best interests of pets first. We can’t recommend them highly enough. P&C.

I could not recommend Dr Karen at Halian Vets enough. She’s thorough, informative and patient and clearly loves her animals. She’s a real credit to Halian!

Halian Vets are a fantastic practice. The whole team are so kind and caring. I had an emergency with my cat and everyone truly went above and beyond! Pablo was able to be seen straight away and he is now back home with us and recovering after a successful procedure today. Thank you to everyone for taking such wonderful care of him. We are so grateful!

I cannot fault the staff at Medivet Radlett. They’re all very professional, very helpful, very friendly, very kind and have absolutely given me the best service possible since I joined them earlier this year. Special thanks go to Natasha the vet that we see with our puppy. She is amazing and our puppy Pepper loves her, well done Medivet. The lovely Christmas card sent to us in the post was a great thought too and much appreciated brilliant work !!

Appointment was given quickly, staff are friendly and vet was very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable knowing my pet was in the right hands. Gave lots of time to explain things and give advice. Our ratty needed an implant and was given an appointment the same day as consultation. Highly recommend this vets practice.

staff are lovely and i trust that my pets will be well looked after. its hard to find vets for my ferrets that know what they’re doing but medivet radlett has been amazing and are very knowledgeable :)

Excellent specialist centre with professional specialists. Detailed diagnosis given along with kindness and care to my pet Florence who is a very anxious little dog. Julian was very thorough, explained the procedure and diagnosis in detail, has followed up with us since leaving with advice and blood results. Highly recommend for complex animal health issues and specialised care.

My precious Tyger was referred to Davies as there was a problem with one of his eyes and our own Vet had said the eye would probably be have to be removed 😞 We were treated with empathy and the staff were so caring and treated Tyger with such care and concern.The process for Tyger was explained from start to finish and concern was shown to myself too. Tyger had surgery and is now at home making a good recovery my heart felt thanks to all at Davies for the caring treatment of Tyger 😻

Genuinely blown away but this outstanding facility and all the lovely happy staff that work here. Our sausage was admitted for investigative work today and the love and support received for her was amazing. Our vet Sophie was remarkable. So kind and caring but clearly very knowledgeable and excellent at her job and able to relay information in a really understandable way. For the first time ever I had no problem leaving my little sausage as I knew in my heart she was going to be so loved and looked after and she definitely was. She’s a very anxious soul and she was unusually happy at this vets and not obviously shaking and anxious like she usually would be. The reception team were also fantastic and incredibly friendly. Will definitely be recommending to everyone!

We were extremely nervous, having not been to a referral vet before and having been with the same vet for a really long time. We shouldn't have worried at all. From only a few hours after our vet made the referral, we were offered an appointment as early as the next day. Staff were helpful and friendly, they were able to reassure us even though we were facing a potentially significant diagnosis for our cat. They were clear about the process and what the costs were likely to be initially, which gave us the opportunity to prepare before the appointment. At our appointment, Anna was just exceptional, she was so gentle and thorough when assessing our cat and her experience and expertise was clear. She went through the diagnosis (thankfully, in our case a less significant diagnosis than we had been referred as) carefully ensuring we understood treatment options and followup plan, as well as providing options for obtaining the medication we needed. The discharge letter was the most thorough I have ever seen (pet or human!). The fees are more expensive than your regular vet, but it obviously costs a huge amount to run such a specialised animal hospital. The initial consultation fee was more than our insurance would cover for specialist consultation fees, but the price was made clear to us at point of booking and we were able to plan accordingly. After the appointment, their team completed and submitted the insurance form promptly, which was appreciated. Since then, we've had regular contact with the vet that saw us, and when our regular vet needed some further advice, they were able to get it promptly from Davies - the aftercare has been exceptional and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Took Henry my old rescue African Pygmy Hedgehog who wasn’t eating, nor drinking, losing weight and being sick to this vets. Decided to give this new practice a try following a most helpful talk with one of the practise Veterinary Nurses. James, the vet who we saw, was so professional but so caring. He ran tests and gave me the results while we were there. After thoroughly examining my little spiky friend James explained options for treatment and we decided upon antibiotics and meds to try to settle the tummy problem. He even took time to show me how to administer the meds at home. This may be a new practice but I cannot recommend them highly enough for their care, professionalism and knowledge. Henry seems to be on the mend now. Thank you all.

Hi, we lost out beautiful golden retriever, Maddy on the 15th March. I want to say a huge Thankyou to a member of your team. Rosie, from be greeted by her to make the treaded appointment and her taking me though the steps of what was to come. She was warm and friendly and very understanding On the day itself again she made the process so much easier, she really highlights the importance of the front of house. Fantastic vets and nurses. Our beloved Labrador received excellent care when she suffered a spinal injury recently. She is doing very well thanks to their prompt care and referral to a specialist vet. They are all friendly and provide top quality care. 100% recommend.

Have been with them for about a year now but today my French bulldog had her tooth out and they were so thorough and have provided me with so much information! Thank you for making Binky feel safe and for reassuring myself!

Such a wonderful practice. All staff are so welcoming and compassionate. We have had 2 dogs as ‘clients’ of theirs and you can tell they truly love animals. This is so important as they always have their best interests in mind in all that they do!

Could not recommend this veterinary surgery highly enough. They’ve always been kind and caring looking after my much loved cat over the years. When he was sick they really pulled out all the stops to give him the best treatment and care. Today sadly at 17 years old, he had to be put to sleep and again the team at Animalism were fantastic not just with my pet but with his blubbering mum! Took the cat with some ear problems. Was dealt with brilliantly by the super friendly and efficient team. They managed the medicine so it didn’t cost too much (advised to go back next day when a smaller version that we need would be available). We mentioned that we are looking into getting a dog and the vet provided us with a fact sheet they had authored, which across 2 pages of printed A4 paper, I learned the most valuable lessons as a dog novice. I’ll include here because this is great advice that everyone should see. What a brilliant practice and amazing people! Thank you.

Village Vet Cattery looked after my youngest daughter's cats for approximately 17 days whilst they were in between moving and completing exchange on their new house. Both the two cats who are boys got really well looked after and the girls at the cattery looked after them extremely well, with the spacious area for the cats to live in for their temporary accommodation. My daughter was very pleased how her adorable cats were looked after, and the cats are enjoying themselves, living and exploring her new house. The final invoice came my direction and I was extremely happy as I received a discount for this longer stay. If I could, would give 6 stars as this is a really good, caring cattery that will look after your cats, and ensure they have a happy stay.

The first time sending my cat's away from home, was a bit nervous at first but the team made me feel comfortable in making this choice, it help knowing that they would be well taken care of with Dr and Nurses on board at all times. also more important that they are in a clean and organized environment, which overall is why I chose them, a brilliant and professional service from the staff and to add a bonus to the service is the pickup and drop off service for your pet's to be chauffeured around town, what animal would not love a bit of luxury. It’s a par excellence service from the receptionist to the veterinarian. I was very impressed by the clinic s cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere for the four legged patients and their owners too .
