Both our cats Bruce and Nirvana recently stayed with Abi at Longcroft in Welwyn whilst We went on holiday. Before arriving there I was really worrying about leaving my cats as it was for 12 days in total and Bruce has never stayed at a cattery before he is also really shy and quite but as soon as we arrived at the cattery and met Abi I was instantly put at ease, Abi was very friendly and I knew there and then that our cats were going to be very well looked after. The suite our cats stayed in was beautiful, warm and spacious. Abi reassured us they would be fine and also let us take our time to settle them in and say goodbye. Once on holiday Abi sent me updates about the cats and also pictures which was really reassuring to me. Abi really looked after our cats and took time in comforting them and spoiling them. I would definitely book with Longcroft again. When picking our cats up they didn’t want to leave which was really shocking so they must of enjoyed themselves. Thanks again Abi and her team! I couldn’t have asked for a better care than the one that Abi has given my beloved cat. He is a sensitive boy, very attached to me and I’m always anxious and sad to leave him. After the stay with Abi and Megan in Longcroft, he didn’t seem to want to leave, looking so happy and well looked after ☺️ Abi is such a genuinely caring person who is treating the cats with lots of love! Also, I found Abi very considerate - she regularly shared with me photos of my cat, which gave me reassurance and peace of mind, therefore thoroughly enjoying my holidays 🙏🏼🤍

I was looking for a long term placement for my girls to help bridge our relocation to Australia. I looked at several catteries which had very small rooms or were not as clean as hoped. As soon as I viewed Longcroft Cat hotel in Welwyn, I knew this was it! The room was spacious, spotless and it was very apparent that Abi loved her furry friends that she looked after. They all looked very happy and relaxed. Our girls stayed with Abi just over 3 months. We loved receiving photos and updates of what they got up to. I’d 100% recommend Longcroft. Abi and Megan looked after our babies like their own.

I absolutely loved how they took care of my kittens. They had a really long trip and one of them is a very needy cat that needs meds and she took care of everything. They also took care of sending someone to the airport to pick them up. The best part is that they give you frequent updates, and is such a relief to see them happy! I super recommend this Cat Hotel for any situation in which you need to leave your cats with someone. The staff is super lovely, empathetic and caring!

I have been with this vets for over 30 years. As you can imagine I’ve had a number of dogs. I recently got a new puppy, after the death of my springer. I have never considered moving vets. All the staff are friendly, supportive and professional. I can honestly say, I would 100% recommend them.

This vet practice has gone above and beyond for us and our beloved dog, they've been really helpful throughout the whole process, reassuring us when we were very stressed. All the nurses, vet and receptionists have been so lovely and helpful, helping us understanding what is going on and always putting our minds at ease when we had questions and concerns. Amazing communication with us throughout it all, and even with the ongoing vet appointments, explaining everything really well when we struggled to understand what was happening. I can't thank you all enough for everything you have done, Pepper absolutely adores all of you and always goes in happy and tail wagging and it's so reassuring after having bad experiences elsewhere. 🩷

I have visited veterinary practices over many parts of England. I have to say this practice is the most caring one I have ever been to. ALL the staff are friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff, the nurses, the vets all take time to explain everything in such a kind and caring manner. Thank you so much for looking after Bonnie who wasn’t even remotely afraid to return for her check up. In fact she couldn’t wait to go through the door. Hi I've been with this vets for over 15 years. Every time I've been for what ever reason from puppy vaccinations to saying goodbye to our fur babies I've never had a bad visit. Everyone makes you feel that your pet matters. They have taken care of all my pets from my cats, rabbits and my dogs. Had to say goodbye to my old boy but will be taking my new puppy there soon. When my beautiful cat was hit by a car and taken into Mimram vets she received excellent care. Every member of staff went out of their way to be kind and supportive both in person and over the phone for which I am truly grateful.

Another fabulous visit yesterday. All the vets I’ve seen at the practice are so caring and supportive. Reception staff are always warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend Mimram Veterinary Practice highly enough!

Very very good independent vets. Really looked after our dog, we were with another vets locally which we were very unhappy with. A surgery was over 30% cheaper here and the expertise is far far higher. First class

I registered there at short notice as my old dog was struggling the breath with CHF. My dogs feel quite relax and love who work there. The whole practice has been amazing. Both vets have shown kindness, love towards my dogs and have listened when it came to having that dreaded conversation and showed empathy. Highly recommend the practice

We have been registered with Hatfields Vets4Pets for a number of years and couldn’t be happier with them. I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my old boy to sleep on the 28th because of a progressive disease that couldn’t be fixed. Our vet Orabella was absolutely amazing, she tried her hardest to find a solution but sadly, it was progressing quicker than we hoped, and she was there to comfort us as my boy passed in my arms. I have never felt pain quite like this, but thanks to all of the amazing staff at Vets4Pets, we had the support and comfort we desperately needed. We still have our two bunnies registered here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thankyou Vets4Pets Hatfield for treating my boy with the dignity and respect he absolutely deserved.

Thank you for being so kind. We recently attended this vets as our old bean kitty needed to be put down due to ill health. The staff were amazing, they allowed us time with our cat. They were helpful, didn't rush us and gave us all the options of what we could do. Today we were greeted with a beautiful card of condolences and it's honestly meant the world to us. We both struggled with the process but no one made us feel bad or rushed. Staff were understanding & kind. Thank you for caring.

We honestly cannot rate Chris highly enough. He has looked after our Pugs since they were puppies. Chris always takes his time with Alfie and is happy to answer any concerns you have. We trust Chris completely with our dog! Highly recommended 5*

The team here are brilliant and very good with my cats. Unfortunately the last visit was a bad one as we had to put one of our cats down. The kindness and compassion shown by all the staff I interacted with was amazing they seemed to truly care for our cat and us in that horrible time. I have a very old cat who has stopped grooming her self. Her fur has become very matted . When I took my cat for its annual check up . I was surprised that the Italian lady vet spent a long time brushing and shaving the knots out of my cats fur and cutting her claws. She sang an Italian song to my cat as she was giving her the check up which my cat seemed to enjoy .

Unfortunately one of my rats had fallen very ill from a brain tumour and I made the decision it was time for him to be pts. I’d like to say thank you to Attimore vets for making this rough situation as comfortable as it could be. They were gentle and understanding and I’m glad I picked the right vets to register with. They got him in as soon as they could before we came to the conclusion it was a brain tumour, and just days later they got me back in so quickly when I knew it was his time. The practice feels welcoming and so friendly. Thank you to those who saw pippin and was gentle and supportive in this. I’m glad he’s now comfortable now. The receptionists play such a big role too and ace it. Thank you.

You will not find a more caring or professional veterinary clinic in the locality, and probably in the country, than Attimore. All the staff from the Vets to the Administration Team are superb. You can take your beloved pets there with confidence.
