Our cleaner, Julie, is an excellent cleaner. She is always on time, very trustworthy, cleans very well and the house always looks transformed after she has been. She is also very nice and we are delighted with her. Even the cats like her. Jenny and Chris provide an excellent back-up/replacement service in the rare cases Julie is not available.

Premier Cleaning Services (MH Ltd) are an incredibly professional company and we are very impressed with the service they provide to us. I sought quotes for a thorough deep clean of my dad's house following his move to a care home. Once the house had been cleared of all furniture and the scale of the task became known, it wasn't something I was equipped or had the time for, nor wanted to tackle myself. Maria responded quickly with very reasonable pricing to include shampoo of every carpet in the home as well as thorough cleaning of a very well used and neglected oven and hob, fridge freezer, and washing machine. Also able to accommodate very short notice with a suitable diary date and start time. Maria and Chris arrived punctually with all equipment and consumables, and over a 5 hour period completely transformed the whole house so that it looked brand new and smelt fresh. Lovely people to deal with, very professional and courteous, very thorough with attention to detail, and would highly recommend their services.

I asked Bioshine to do a one-off deep clean and they did a fantastic job on cleaning my flat. Many thanks especially to Maria who has been lovely - friendly and professional with excellent customer service skills. She listened to what I wanted and she and her colleagues totally delivered, even though they had to work round my Christmas decorations! I'll definitely be using them again. Highly recommended!

We suffered a flood in our family home and Majestic Carpets were able to come and collect valuable rugs, restore them completely and the deliver them back for a reasonable price. I was constantly in touch with a representative of the company via email. If I wrote, she would respond in hours. I never felt worried or scammed because Maria talked me through the whole process. They are very experienced dealing with insurance companies. They patiently dealt with family members in different parts of the world. I really recommend this company, they are excellent technicians and excellent at customer service.
