The receptionist was nice and friendly, calming me ahead of my treatment. The hygienist was very courteous and explained clearly what I needed to do. I left feeling quite positive in spite of the seriousness of my issue. Highly recommendend.

I was referred to Handside Dental Clinic by my regular dentist. I was able to get a prompt appointment, discuss and agree my treatment and start the following week. My implantoligist Assif Ahmed and his nurse Ramona are amazing. The process is longer than I thought but I am so happy with the outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Handside Clinic if you need any kind of specialist dental treatment.

From the moment I walked in to a fabulous warm welcome to the amazing incredible dental work I had done, could not have been better, so happy! Every step of the way it was efficient and faultless. Been going to this dental practice for years. All the staff are great, friendly and helpful. Devina has been my dentist for several years now and is fantastic. Always puts me at ease and explains everything that she finds during examination or x rays. Gives great advice and explanations on how to look after my teeth and gums and where extra cleaning is needed and it gets results. Very happy with the practice

I visited the Pear Tree Dental Clinic over a year ago now and since then I have had both my Invisalign and composite vaneer treatments from them. It was one of the best dentistry experiences i could have asked for and everything and everyone was so professional and especially at the end when i had my teeth bonded over they was done to an immaculate level. Im so pleased that i chose to go here for my treatments and i would highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting anything done themselves to go here.

I was looked after by Chris and Donna through my Invisalign journey (teeth straightening) and they were fantastic from start to finish. The treatment itself was very easy and any questions I had, they were only a message/phone call away (not that I had any - everything was explained well in advance by the team). I completed the treatment at home and only had to go into the clinic in the beginning and a couple times at the end. So for those of you that lead a busy lifestyle - this treatment would be perfect for you. They both made me feel at ease throughout and I am delighted with my final results. They took a shy smiler and turned her into a confident one and for that, I cannot thank them all enough. On that note if you have been thinking of getting Invisalign, don’t hesitate - it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done.

By far the best Dental experience I have ever had, Ash is so calm and willing to help and listen and does not put you under pressure to get work done so makes it very much affordable. The receptionists are very polite and welcoming. I would recommend signing up to the monthly plan as this helps with payments etc Clean and tidy and relaxing waiting area.

I can't recommend Maya and Sarah more highly, I have recently finished having a couple of implants and every step of the way, I felt that I was in safe hands. They are both welcoming and professional at all times and you feel fully supported, Maya explains clearly what his happening and you feel very looked after, I can not rate Maya and Sarah, along with everyone else at this lovely friendly practice.

I had a hygienist treatment with Anita, and was very satisfied. She cleaned my teeth much more thoroughly than my previous hygienist at another dental practice in town. Last year, my son had many treatment with Nishma, their dentist. We are very happy with the treatment.

I had to go to this practice as an emergency, being a very nervous patient I can not tell you how nice they were the dentist informed me of what treatment should be done and the dental nurse was lovely and held my hand throughout the tooth extraction, they even gave me a coping strategy to use. Cannot recommend them enough all staff were lovely and friendly.

My experience was fantastic! I went through a worse time! I am Hungarian and had to travel home, so I didn't have much money! However, my teeth were in a terrible state when my upper left 8th tooth split in two and started cutting my mouth from the inside! 1 They were very kind to me! 2 I didn't have to wait long, only 2 days because of the weekend! Then they saw me right away! 3 I didn't have enough money to pay to have 2 teeth removed at once! They even helped me! For the price of 1! The second tooth could have caused an infection in my mouth! So the LITTLE ANGEL Doctor took both out and saved me from my pain! Really good clinic!!!! Love love ;-)

I am petrified of the Dentist (well I was) but now I'm down to just scared after stepping into an amazing practice. From the minute I walked in I was made to feel welcome and reassured, by reception, the nurse and the Dr (Jenette, Maria & Dr Ezgi Cilingir). They went above and beyond to settle my nerves, talking about Xmas plans, making me laugh n letting me know they are with me every step of the way. I have never felt so safe in a dentist before and I am super grateful to each of them.

Fantastic from start to finish. Found online after a failed tooth extraction elsewhere. I can't pick out 1 name in particular. The Whole team are absolutely amazing. Acted quickly and efficiently. Distinctly Dental helped me with a same-day emergency tooth extraction. I was very nervous as it was a lower wisdom tooth that was close to a nerve, but Dr Ezgi Cilingir and team put me at ease throughout. More time was spent on waiting for the anaesthetic to kick in than on the removal of the actual tooth. So happy that the team was able to help me within a matter of hours of my initial call. From moment I stepped in the door both the receptionists and clinical staff were both professional,empathic and friendly. Very important factors for a nervous patients. My fears were totally suppressed by the knowledge and explanation of what was occurring. Further to this was other procedures being fully explained and the benefit and cost of these and how I could book if I felt I needed them. Joined as an NHS patient at the beginning of April. Receptionists all seem very welcoming. I spoke with Penny who was just lovely. My first appointment was with Aashish (dentist) he was very thorough, giving lots of different options for treatments and helpful information for home self help. Second appointment was with Miroslawa (Hygienist), again she was very thorough, she gave me lots of cleaning tips and product information. My teeth felt lovely afterwards. Everyone seems very knowledgeable and helpful. It all looks very clean and the reception is spacious and comfortable.

Dr Jay is easily the best dentist I have known. His skill is immense, he is good at avoiding pain and his ability to explain is legendary. I have moved abroad but I come back to Birchwood dental for serious work. Dr Jay is worth traveling for

After having Invisalign and relapsing, and my previous dentist not being able to help, I have found Birchwood who have taken the time and care to run through alternative options for aligner treatment. Dr Rustom Moopen was wonderful throughout all my treatment I’ve been seeing him for nearly 10 years now and he’s a great dentist and is always honest about treatment. I can always get an appointment when needed it’s a lovely practice and great treatments are provided here by him.

Dr Adarsh Patel is very kind and knowledgeable, puts you at ease straight away. Along with his nurse are a great team. I have several long appointments booked, 3 hours yesterday and it would have been more comfortable with air-con or at least a large fan for all concerned.

I was recommended to see Mr Lincoln Hurst as I needed a consultation prior to a particular medical procedure. I was very impressed with his breadth of knowledge, his kind and caring manner, and, when an issue was found, his ability to refer me to a specialist. All dental work now completed! I can highly recommend Mr Hurst and the friendly team at Garden City Dental

As someone who is very nervous about having dental work done I was worried to go and have teeth extracted, among other things done. But kalpesh and his team were incredible. He was very supportive and helpful throughout the whole experience. He previously did work for my partner who again is a nervous person when it came to dental work. He had gone to many places and never felt comfortable enough to have the work done until kalpesh, this is what pushed me to go to them for my dental work. The team made sure I felt comfortable and safe during the procedure (I was put under sedation just like my partner) even letting my husband sit in for some of it due to me being nervous and panicky, which helped me calm down. I would highly recommend them for anyone (especially people who suffer with anxiety from dentist) as they will go above and beyond for you. I cannot fault them in anyway and we will both be continuing any needed treatment and check ups with them. We are both incredibly grateful!

I came here yesterday from Letchworth at the recommendation of my sister. I called on Monday and they were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment the following day. I was seen to by Kalpesh and the lovely dental nurse working with him and they were both incredible. They made me feel so at ease and calm and talked me through each part of the process. I ended up needing a tooth extracted which I was very nervous about. They were so kind and the nurse let me hold her hand during it. It was such a quick and seamless procedure but above all it was such a relaxing and supportive environment. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
