Great Service. I came for a Full-checkup as a NHS appointment. I am bit of paranoid when it comes to dental appointments and dentists but it was notthing. Dr. Bhavin explained what needs to be done clearly and answered all my questions. Natalia was wonderful. Penny provided me great customer service from booking the appointment over the phone to getting rest of the things related to my dental plans done smoothly.

Joined as an NHS patient at the beginning of April. Receptionists all seem very welcoming. I spoke with Penny who was just lovely. My first appointment was with Aashish (dentist) he was very thorough, giving lots of different options for treatments and helpful information for home self help. Second appointment was with Miroslawa (Hygienist), again she was very thorough, she gave me lots of cleaning tips and product information. My teeth felt lovely afterwards. Everyone seems very knowledgeable and helpful. It all looks very clean and the reception is spacious and comfortable.

I booked an appointment with Dental Beauty for teeth whitening and honestly couldn’t be happier. Bhavin and Megan were great — really friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The receptionist, Penny, was also very professional, friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Dr Sand was very proffesional (as far as I can be a judge of that) and he didn't just solve the problem I had with a crown but he also explained me what caused the issue. The surgey is located at the upper level of WGC Sainsbury's and I found that to be an advantage because of the included parking. The supporting staff at reception were kind and efficient. I certainly recommend.

Nervous about treating I was having for the first time. Root Canal, it was uncomfortable but Samantha and Jenny helped me relax making the whole experience, slightly easier

Been going to this dental practice for years. All the staff are great, friendly and helpful. Devina has been my dentist for several years now and is fantastic. Always puts me at ease and explains everything that she finds during examination or x rays. Gives great advice and explanations on how to look after my teeth and gums and where extra cleaning is needed and it gets results. Very happy with the practice

I was looked after by Chris and Donna through my Invisalign journey (teeth straightening) and they were fantastic from start to finish. The treatment itself was very easy and any questions I had, they were only a message/phone call away (not that I had any - everything was explained well in advance by the team). I completed the treatment at home and only had to go into the clinic in the beginning and a couple times at the end. So for those of you that lead a busy lifestyle - this treatment would be perfect for you. They both made me feel at ease throughout and I am delighted with my final results. They took a shy smiler and turned her into a confident one and for that, I cannot thank them all enough. On that note if you have been thinking of getting Invisalign, don’t hesitate - it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done.

By far the best Dental experience I have ever had, Ash is so calm and willing to help and listen and does not put you under pressure to get work done so makes it very much affordable. The receptionists are very polite and welcoming. I would recommend signing up to the monthly plan as this helps with payments etc Clean and tidy and relaxing waiting area.

I really don't know where to start, for aslong as I can remember iv hated going to the dentist, that all changed the moment I arrived at the peartree clinic. I firstly had to have various treatment with "Ash" who is a true gent and made me feel calm in the chair.... after getting the treatment needed I decided to pay for private invisalign treatment and was handed over to clinic head practitioner Chris, who by the way is Gold! There's not many like that around anymore! Chris and Donna his lovely assistant lead me through the teeth straightenen process.... a year later and I feel like a new man! The feeling i have about my teeth is unreal and my confidence is back... thank you to all the dentists , assistants and lovely reception girls.... I could not recommend them enough. FIRST CLASS!

I am petrified of the Dentist (well I was) but now I'm down to just scared after stepping into an amazing practice. From the minute I walked in I was made to feel welcome and reassured, by reception, the nurse and the Dr (Jenette, Maria & Dr Ezgi Cilingir). They went above and beyond to settle my nerves, talking about Xmas plans, making me laugh n letting me know they are with me every step of the way. I have never felt so safe in a dentist before and I am super grateful to each of them.

I finally plucked up the courage to have a front tooth implant and as a new patient at this practice I have been very impressed with the whole team. I am a nervous patient and they all really helped me to keep calm and explained every part of the procedure. Dr Cooper has been very thorough in ensuring that my tooth looks the very best that it can. I can actually smile in photos again!

Distinctly Dental helped me with a same-day emergency tooth extraction. I was very nervous as it was a lower wisdom tooth that was close to a nerve, but Dr Ezgi Cilingir and team put me at ease throughout. More time was spent on waiting for the anaesthetic to kick in than on the removal of the actual tooth. So happy that the team was able to help me within a matter of hours of my initial call. Fantastic from start to finish. Found online after a failed tooth extraction elsewhere. I can't pick out 1 name in particular. The Whole team are absolutely amazing. Acted quickly and efficiently. I had to go to this practice as an emergency, being a very nervous patient I can not tell you how nice they were the dentist informed me of what treatment should be done and the dental nurse was lovely and held my hand throughout the tooth extraction, they even gave me a coping strategy to use. Cannot recommend them enough all staff were lovely and friendly.

Cannot recommend this practice enough, from the receptionists that answer the phone to the dentist that work on your teeth, unbelievably helpful so kind all of you. Had a tooth extraction today from Ishira Shah felt I was in safe hands reassured throughout procedure. Top molor removed no issues and 4 hours later no pain since it was taken out. 5* thank you.

I had a hygienist treatment with Anita, and was very satisfied. She cleaned my teeth much more thoroughly than my previous hygienist at another dental practice in town. Last year, my son had many treatment with Nishma, their dentist. We are very happy with the treatment.

I was referred to Handside Dental Clinic by my regular dentist. I was able to get a prompt appointment, discuss and agree my treatment and start the following week. My implantoligist Assif Ahmed and his nurse Ramona are amazing. The process is longer than I thought but I am so happy with the outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Handside Clinic if you need any kind of specialist dental treatment.

I was recommended to see Mr Lincoln Hurst as I needed a consultation prior to a particular medical procedure. I was very impressed with his breadth of knowledge, his kind and caring manner, and, when an issue was found, his ability to refer me to a specialist. All dental work now completed! As someone who is very nervous about having dental work done I was worried to go and have teeth extracted, among other things done. But kalpesh and his team were incredible. He was very supportive and helpful throughout the whole experience. He previously did work for my partner who again is a nervous person when it came to dental work. He had gone to many places and never felt comfortable enough to have the work done until kalpesh, this is what pushed me to go to them for my dental work. The team made sure I felt comfortable and safe during the procedure (I was put under sedation just like my partner) even letting my husband sit in for some of it due to me being nervous and panicky, which helped me calm down. I would highly recommend them for anyone (especially people who suffer with anxiety from dentist) as they will go above and beyond for you. I cannot fault them in anyway and we will both be continuing any needed treatment and check ups with them. We are both incredibly grateful!

I came here yesterday from Letchworth at the recommendation of my sister. I called on Monday and they were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment the following day. I was seen to by Kalpesh and the lovely dental nurse working with him and they were both incredible. They made me feel so at ease and calm and talked me through each part of the process. I ended up needing a tooth extracted which I was very nervous about. They were so kind and the nurse let me hold her hand during it. It was such a quick and seamless procedure but above all it was such a relaxing and supportive environment. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Excellent dental practice because the ladies at reception are always patient and polite and my dentist, Jayen Patel, is superbly good...I have had to have some treatment, fillings and a crown, and the experience has been utterly positive: never felt any pain as Jayen was always so brilliant at his work...really an excellent dentist. The assistants supporting Jayen have all been excellent, too, gentle and unassuming in their way. A professional dental practice with great customer service from all who work there. I highly recommend this practice.

Such a friendly and professional practice. After having Invisalign and relapsing, and my previous dentist not being able to help, I have found Birchwood who have taken the time and care to run through alternative options for aligner treatment. Still a work in progress but super happy with the level of service received so far. Thank you!

Dr Rustom Moopen was wonderful throughout all my treatment I’ve been seeing him for nearly 10 years now and he’s a great dentist and is always honest about treatment. I can always get an appointment when needed it’s a lovely practice and great treatments are provided here by him.

Dr Adarsh Patel is very kind and knowledgeable, puts you at ease straight away. Along with his nurse are a great team. I have several long appointments booked, 3 hours yesterday and it would have been more comfortable with air-con or at least a large fan for all concerned.
