I have been visiting Smilecraft for almost a year now and have had extensive work done with Bradley - including several fillings, root canal work and whitening procedures. Throughout all of this I have had the most friendly, helpful and professional service I have ever received from a dental practice - everyone I have encountered has been brilliant at every stage. On top of all this it has always been a pleasure to see Bradley - his calm, friendly manner makes a huge difference. He makes sure to explain everything, allows me to ask questions and checks I am happy with each stage of the work being done. I could not be happier with the service I have received and have already recommended Smilecraft to many of my friends and colleagues.

Swetha Kantareddy is an excellent dental surgeon. I have been pleased with the way in which she explains every aspect of her work with the patient. She has a positive, supportive communication style which ensures patient confidence. She consults the patient and offers options for the best ways forward. Swetha is, in my opinion, an excellent dentist. In addition all support and administrative staff I have met at the practice are positive in their work and helpful.

I am impressed by the treatment that I have received (over more than twenty years). During this time I have been treated by John Woods himself, then it was Sweta and now it is Kajal. Kajal has just replaced a crown on an upper molar. It was very tricky but she handled the operation with great skill. Her assistant was also very supportive and I felt safe in their hands. Also I must mention the hygienist Emma. Nobody likes having their teeth 'pressure washed' but Emma makes it as comfortable as is possible. She is very knowledgeable about dental hygiene and also about nutrition.

Recently needed a root canal treatment to save a tooth . Swetha Kantareddy is an exceptional dental surgeon. Swetha explained each stage of my treatment which she completed with great precision and care. All the staff are so friendly and helpful too, making my experience five star !

I recently had 4 wisdom teeth removed at Guys hospital and after a week I had an issue and I was sent to an alternative dental practice that was of no help at all. After another week of pain and no sleep I called 111 again and was offered an appointment here and it's the best thing that could have happened to me. They listened to my issue, and offered me help that actually made a difference to my situation. Highly recommended them to anyone.

Louise is the best! I have recently had my teeth whitened and a spray tan by Louise and she is excellent. Highly recommended. The tan is best colour I’ve had, it’s not orange and looks so natural! Everyone has commented on it. I am also in love with how white my teeth are! The whole experience was amazing. The girls all made me feel welcome and are very friendly! I can’t wait to go back to Louise for my ombré brow appointment!

John recently replaced some crowns using the latest scanning methods and he is a superb dentist who combines a cosmetically perfect look with good dental health and advice. Had a filling with Dareen and Marta. They are always so nice, kind and friendly whilst doing the work. Most importantly I didn't feel a thing, even when the numbing injection being done. Honestly they are so gentle I don't ever want anyone else to look at my teeth again

It’s taken me a very long time to venture back into a dentists again after a very bad experience a long time ago but my wife convinced me we needed to go. Initially we saw the principal dentist who gave us a plan for treatment and it took me a while to get the courage to go through with treatment and the principal fully understood my reasons. However, i decided some work needed to be done and booked in to get things sorted. I was to see a training dentist under supervision and she has been amazing, explaining everything, making sure i was happy with what was being done and put me at ease. Treatment has been completed and I'm so glad i went to this practice, they are great, super friendly, always helpful and i cannot recommend them enough and special mention of Manvi who has been carrying out my treatment, an amazingly calm dentist and i would be happy for her to carry out any future treatment. Never had a dental practice like this before, top marks.

I've recently had some dental issues meaning that I needed a composit build of my teeth. Both the Dentist John and dental assistant Becky have been doing my treatment and I cannot fault them. Incredibly friendly and flexible with my treatment to ensure I could go ahead. The treatment itself has been unbelievably good quality and I can't recommend them and thank them enough for their hard work.

Going to the dentist was a big worry for me. Until i joined this practice. My dentist Maya is wonderful, caring and fun! Together we worked out a treatment plan and the work was carried out with such gentle cate i almost nodded off once! I can’t recommend this practice enough. Everyone, hygienists, nurses and reception staff are lovely. The practice uses state of the art technology equipment and I have benefited from this in so many pain free ways! It’s 100% worth booking an appointment and see for yourself!

I had a great experience with Dentist Chee today. My appointment was on a Saturday, and she took the time to explain my dental health and the necessary treatments. Despite my teeth sensitivity, the process of drilling and getting four fillings was bearable. Highly recommend this dental clinic! 👍🏼👍🏼

Mollie was amazing! I had my first hydro facial and am definately going back for more. She was very professional throughout the whole procedure and, explained everything as she went along. Had my first consultation today with Harry. All went well and he Instantly put me at ease. I’ve never had Botox before and wasn’t sure what I needed. Harry answered all my questions ( I had a few 😊) and I was able to book my treatment this week. I was reassured by the fact that they offer a review after 2 weeks and a top up given if required which made me feel relaxed. I walked away feeling happy and excited. Can’t wait to see the results. I had had Botox before elsewhere but it wasn't too successful! So I was pretty nervous before I saw Dr Harry, he immediate put me at ease and I was impressed with their thorough procedures and that they give a free top up after 2 weeks. I was already so happy with my results and I had a further top-up today, so looking forward to the final result. I would 110% recommend Dr Harry and already looking forward to going back.
