I went to Bob's tyre's yesterday to get two new tyre's fitted. I'm a new driver so am new to going to garage's. They were very friendly. Very reasonable price and honest service. I also booked myself in for an exhaust change. I've cancelled because my friend is going to do it for me. They had already ordered the part so I have put them out a bit, so the least I could do was write them a good review. Will recommend to all my friends!

Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given! My exhaust started making a noise and I was recommended by a family member to go to Bobs. When I arrived I was told there was a couple of cars queued up but to wait and they’ll see to my car (I was very relieved as I didn’t want to travel much further without knowing what damage my car had) they found the issue with my exhaust box, I was told they could get the part within an hour and I was driving away just after an hour of arriving. First class service, friendly and approachable team, made me feel at ease. Highly recommend!

This is my second option for whenever my first option is unavailable. This could very much be my first option as they deliver a fantastic service in a timely manner. They have never let me down when I have come to them. Fair price and never overcharged.

Booked our car in for a brake inspection off the back of the great reviews here. The team diagnosed within an hour, called and confirmed what needed to be done and had it fixed within the next two hours, even fixed a brake light issue we’d not noticed too. Great service and very reasonable pricing. Couldn’t recommend these guys more highly!

Absolutely fab, cannot thank Gary enough! Was recommended Autotech by a friend after my own garage was unable to fix/clear a fault with my sons Toyota Aygo. Rang and spoke to Gary who asked me to bring the car straight down. Within ten minutes he had cleared the fault (which my own garage said they couldn't clear) and gave me the advice as to why the fault was appearing. Thank you so much, will definitely be using you in the future.

My partner could hear a scraping under his car so we gave Leyalnds a call and explained the issue and they said to come over so they could take a look. We went down in the next hour and they identified the problem which was a quick fix. They sorted it out in 5 mins and we were on our way. Great service! Would definitely recommend!

Steve is great. These guys know their stuff. More importantly they want repeat business frim you, so they don't rob you blind, but they do an amazing job when they work on your vehicle

MOT done and had an issue after however we called them and looked at the issue straight away.... fingers crossed the issue has not returned!!! We have used them for many years and will continue to do so as they are a very honest and reliable business!!

After discovering via my regular mechanical that my Ford Fiesta EcoBoost had a “wet belt”, and him recommending I use a specialist garage to replace this, one that does them in a regular basis, I did some research to find one nearby. I didn’t find many that were reputable but luckily came across TGPP Autocare and 1 other. TGPP’s reviews on Google & Trustpilot were really positive, great website that mentioned the specialist job I required, and their customer service was also really helpful when I made enquiries and had questions. My regular mechanic also looked at my possible options and told me he thought these were the best company to go with so I took the plunge and booked. From start to finish TGPP Autocare’s customer service, work and value for money were excellent. My car sounds and drives beautifully, they really know their stuff when it comes to these type of car models & jobs. It’s a complex and time consuming job replacing a wet belt and really needs a team that excel in this area, TGPP certainly do this! If you are local to or willing to travel to Stevenage like I was, don’t go to F**d and pay an extortionate price, use TGPP, the service I received was exemplary, you will not regret it. My regular garage recommended I seek out an independent specialist to replace the wet belt in my Ecoboost Fiesta. TGPP are fairly local and had a number of good reviews so I decided to use them for the replacement. Excellent and friendly service from start to finish and very reasonably priced, much better than main dealer prices. I also had a coil spring snap the day before and they were happy to replace the springs at short notice while replaceing the belt. I'd be happy to recommend TGPP for anyone looking at replacing their Ecoboost wet belt or other works.

Had a problem with my Mini making some clunking sounds so dropped it off to Stevenage Auto Repairs to check over. He found the issue and repaired without cost as it was a bolt that needed tightening. I have been using TJS for the last 5 years for my personal vehicles and work vehicles the firm is a quality reputable firm and they have always delivered excellent customer service and workmanship. We live in a world where it is all too easy to rubbish a firms good reputation at the click of a mouse which is what I believe the post previous to mine has tried to achieve from a completely dishonest perspective. The team at Hyland motors have been repairing our family vehicles for over 30 years. The best in quality customer service and a very knowledgeable team. Need a lift home or your car collected never too much trouble. Their prices are very reasonable and always provide progress feedback throughout the job. They recently serviced and repaired my sisters Peugeot which came out over £300 cheaper than the main dealer quote.
