I had an issue with a noisy blower in my Ford Fiesta ST line eco boost. 2 places had looked and said they may need to remove the entire dashboard. They suggested Ford Specialist. I find specialist garages very expensive. Was in the dive shop unit, opposite TGPP and they recommended them. Very impressed. They checked it there and then. Said they could fix it and booked me in. The only expensive bit was the Ford specific part. Quick repair, friendly professional service. After months I have a lovely quiet drive again. Thanks guys.

My regular garage recommended I seek out an independent specialist to replace the wet belt in my Ecoboost Fiesta. TGPP are fairly local and had a number of good reviews so I decided to use them for the replacement. Excellent and friendly service from start to finish and very reasonably priced, much better than main dealer prices. I also had a coil spring snap the day before and they were happy to replace the springs at short notice while replaceing the belt. I'd be happy to recommend TGPP for anyone looking at replacing their Ecoboost wet belt or other works.

I could not get seen by a local garage until mid April and Patrick fitted me in straight away. My car was taken in 10.40am checked am and repaired with new parts and ready to collect by 2pm. After discovering via my regular mechanical that my Ford Fiesta EcoBoost had a “wet belt”, and him recommending I use a specialist garage to replace this, one that does them in a regular basis, I did some research to find one nearby. I didn’t find many that were reputable but luckily came across TGPP Autocare and 1 other. TGPP’s reviews on Google & Trustpilot were really positive, great website that mentioned the specialist job I required, and their customer service was also really helpful when I made enquiries and had questions. My regular mechanic also looked at my possible options and told me he thought these were the best company to go with so I took the plunge and booked. From start to finish TGPP Autocare’s customer service, work and value for money were excellent. My car sounds and drives beautifully, they really know their stuff when it comes to these type of car models & jobs. It’s a complex and time consuming job replacing a wet belt and really needs a team that excel in this area, TGPP certainly do this! If you are local to or willing to travel to Stevenage like I was, don’t go to F**d and pay an extortionate price, use TGPP, the service I received was exemplary, you will not regret it.
