Got my van fixed after and accident staff was informative nice too deal with staff that know there jobs fixed and respray within 7 day as told would really use and recommend them

Have used Fix Auto a couple of times for bodywork repairs now. Both times the quality of workmanship has been outstanding and repairs completed at the quoted timescale. Repairs went through various insurers, but the invoiced price was also very reasonable.

Took my BMW here for a repair following an accident . Was impressed with the speed of repair and being kept in the loop of the progress. Although there were a couple of snags to be dealt with upon completion - these were actioned quickly on a separate appointment. They even managed to give me a car to take the kids to local play centre while we were waiting for the adjustments to be completed. Works now complete to full satisfaction. Good customer service. I had made a right mess of my paintwork scrubbing too hard over the bonnet and a few other areas. While at the garage they also pointed out a few more blemishes that had happened to the bodywork over the years so I was happy to have these removed. Booking in was incredibly easy, the initial inspection was professional and thorough. I received a courtesy car for the few days my car was being repaired, and had access to an online repair tracking system so I was always in the loop. I will absolutely be returning to Fix Auto in Stevenage for any bodywork that needs doing in future and would highly recommend to absolutely anybody that needs bodywork completed on their vehicle due to how easy, fairly priced and professional this business is.
