Booked my car in for a service and MOT through a 3rd party service, this garage has provided work for my car before. The garage collected and delivered the car in perfect condition and completed the work in good time. They even went as far as to go above and beyond with the service they provided, with additional work on the house to help clear a system error. I recommend and would use their services again

Requested a diagnostic test in emergency in just a couple of hours notice. I rang them as soon as they opened and they said I can come in half an hour. As soon as I arrived, they wasted no time starting the test which only took about 5 minutes. Gave me a very reasonable quote, great service. Would definitely recommend

Booked for timing belt change (ecoboost - so quite a big job) Dropped in same day and was ready following afternoon. Very competitive price - best I found. They showed me pictures of progress and waited a little late for me to get there to pick up. These guys are proud of what they do.

T1 Mobile Mechanic has been amazing since the first day i contacted them. Was willing to come look at my car as late as 9pm to see a problem I was having and worried. I then booked in with a full service and new brakes being fitted and was done in an hour and a half, so fast but always efficient and great value too. Will be using them for the foreseeable :)

Spoke the evening before and good to his word, Ibby turned up earlier than his estimated time. My elderly Dad’s car wouldn’t start and he was so patient and kind whilst doing the diagnostic. He got the car going and even waited whilst my Dad packed his car, to ensure it would start and he could get home safely. What a decent guy! Can’t recommend him highly enough, very grateful to him.

Great service, nice guy and reasonably priced. Fitted front discs and pads to my BMW. Called him on Saturday, came round on Monday evening and did the job in under an hour. One of the brake wear sensors broke (they are supposed to be replaced when the pads are changed, but I'd forgotten to buy them so said to re-use the existing ones); he got me a new sensor and came back the next day and replaced and only charged me for the sensor. Highly recommend this guy.

I was so surprised, after calling them at 17:30 they said they could come and look at my car the very same day, didn't even need to make an appointment. So friendly and keen to help. No pressure to pay on the day, after a second visit to fix the problem, was easy to settle the balance owed. My first visit to Expert Volkswagen this week for a minor service and DSG service and was very impressed. I will definitely be using them again for my next service and anything else that needs doing. A much better experience than visiting the main dealer, communication was so much better and very efficient. Thoroughly recommended based on my experience so far.

I’ve had a water pump fitted , mot and service completed at Expert Volkswagen Audi and the garage were excellent. The workshop is very clean and tidy which shows how they work. Prices are very reasonable too. I highly recommend.

After a local garage failed to find the cause the knocking noise on my wife's A1 I thought I'd give these guys a try. I am so glad I did! I recently had a cambelt and water pump replaced in my 2007 Audi A4 and I wanted to use a highly rated independent VAG specialist to do the work. I found this place after some online research and Google reviews and I was impressed with the overall experience with this garage. I spoke to Steven, Hannah and Simon on the phone and they were very helpful and the work turnaround fairly quick and pricing was fair and competitive. Excellent garage. Found this garage through good reviews on Google. Brian was able to fit me in to inspect my vehicle the same day at short notice and very quickly diagnosed the issue. My BMW 1 Series was leaking coolant and Brian’s engineer identified why after a quick look under the bonnet. My car was repaired in the next few days and for a very competitive price. Great service and I’ve had no issues since!

Would absolutely give this man more stars if any more was available. Bought a car 150 miles away from where I live and on way back the clutch completely went. Rung this garage up and spoke to a man called Rob. The vehicle was undrivable. Anyway Rob got the vehicle and repaired it in quick time. So I still had it back for when my husband needed it. I 100% recommend this garage and man. I wish I lived closer and I’d use him again! Even give us a price and when it came back cheaper gave us that cheaper price. I don’t know last time I was in contact with a business that would have done that. Especially when we was as desperate as we was! Most companies would have took advantage of our situation.

Just had my Daughter's Mini's clutch changed. Needed it done quickly. Garage offered a very competitive price and fitted around our timescales. Work was completed on time.
