My first visit to Expert Volkswagen this week for a minor service and DSG service and was very impressed. I will definitely be using them again for my next service and anything else that needs doing. A much better experience than visiting the main dealer, communication was so much better and very efficient. Thoroughly recommended based on my experience so far.

After a local garage failed to find the cause the knocking noise on my wife's A1 I thought I'd give these guys a try. I am so glad I did! When I dropped the car off Simon took it for a short test drive and diagnosed the problem immediately. Within a few hours he'd fitted the part and the rattling that had been driving me nuts was gone! I’ve had a water pump fitted , mot and service completed at Expert Volkswagen Audi and the garage were excellent. The workshop is very clean and tidy which shows how they work. Prices are very reasonable too. I highly recommend.

I recently had a cambelt and water pump replaced in my 2007 Audi A4 and I wanted to use a highly rated independent VAG specialist to do the work. I found this place after some online research and Google reviews and I was impressed with the overall experience with this garage. I spoke to Steven, Hannah and Simon on the phone and they were very helpful and the work turnaround fairly quick and pricing was fair and competitive. If you're looking for a VAG specialist I definitely recommend.
