I happened to stumble across this garage by chance whilst searching for a VW group specialist and I must say I was highly impressed by their professionalism and quality of service, all at a very competitive price. The DSG oil service was due on my VW Golf and a couple of my regular mechanics recommended that I get this done by a VW group specialist. I contacted a few for quotes and whilst contacting one place I noticed Limitless Garage nearby which hadn't appeared on my searches. I was a little apprehensive at first, as I always am when dealing with unfamiliar garages, but noticing their affiliation to a few motoring organisations and their membership to Trust My Garage, along with my initial communications with them, helped put my mind at ease as I grew more confident in their professionalism and expertise. I emailed them and I was provided with a breakdown of the items that would be replaced and was quoted a very competitive price. I received confirmation of booking via email and SMS for the next day, so thankfully I didn’t have to wait too long. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Tolga who provided a breakdown of the work they were going to carry out and the approximate timeframe. When the work was completed, I received a call to notify me that the service will be updated on VW’s Digital Service Schedule which I had no idea they had access to and came as a pleasant surprise. I was also informed that the service schedule showed the brake fluid was due a service in 2024 (something I had been considering anyway) and was not even asked to get the work done by them, let alone be pressured into it. I requested if they could do that before I arrived to collect the car, which they kindly agreed to. I was not provided with any discounts or incentives to write such a detailed review of my experience with Limitless, but I honestly believe that I could not have come across a better garage, and places like Limitless deserve more recognition for their professionalism, expertise and exceptional services. I live quite a distance away from the garage, but I would definitely consider using them again for major works.

We used to take our S Class to the main Mercedes dealer for years, and how much money we have wasted till now! Not only that, turns out they didn’t change certain filters at all. However, Tolga and his team took great care of our car. It drives like never before and he makes sure to explain the issues in simple terms whilst updating us throughout the repair. We are extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism delivered from this garage. They say once you find a trustworthy mechanic, stick to him for life. Limitless garage is a hidden gem and don’t hesitate to pay them a visit when needed.

Exceptional garage. My VW UP clutch gave up on me on 16th April. Phoned Limitless and spoke to Tolga, who managed to get the car in today 17th April. Promptly fitted a new clutch and got me back on the road in one day. They even collected the car from my house with in the hour. Amazing service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I can’t review this highly enough. This garage is such a great find! Going to a garage and finding mechanic is usually quite stressful but working with the limitless garage team was super reassuring. I booked everything through Email and I had the price upfront for MOT, service and wheels and when I brought the van to the garage they dealt with everything very professionally and kept me up-to-date with communication every evening up until the van was fixed. They did look at a few other issues that the van may have but because they couldn’t actually find a real issue, they didn’t charge anything extra which I thought was very commendable. The staff called me by name numerous times making it feel like a very personal experience and were really friendly. I would recommend this garage to anyone and everyone will be using it every time from now on. I felt really safe leaving my Volkswagen camper with them without worrying. Being VW group specialists, they knew the van inside out.
