Just done a full service and some fluid changes for a Honda CR-V recently bought. I was thinking to have a dealer service because of the age and the high mileage of the vehicle. Somehow, randomly found this place with impressive reviews. Initially, it was unbelievable of having only 5 star reviews. However, read reviews one by one and decided to give a try. Wow! Chose here because of other reviews and so grateful to have a trusted mechanic in Muditha (Mudi) who educates customers, gives video proof of his work and charges super reasonable prices. Had to have the wet belt replaced, a major job. Included a service, a repair to exhaust box and coolant leak repair for really the cheapest price possible. Also had cleaned the car inside and out and cleaned the engine for no extra cost. He and his staff clearly love combustible engines. Recommend and will return for the next service and new exhaust. After 5 years of rubbish, expensive and most of the time rude service from JLR main dealers in Hertfordshire and North London, a new friend recommended G&G to me as they had looked after his Disco well. What a difference...as many of the reviews all say this is what the service experience should be - simply excellent. Zippy and Gav kept me fully up-to-date throughout the process - removing the usual dread I had experienced with JLR time after time with yet another sucker punch when I went to collect the car. On top of doing a great job servicing the disco, they cleaned the car inside and out and it looks almost new again - something the main dealers can't be bothered to do though they charge at least twice as much. Job well done lads and as well as coming back next time, I happily recommend G&G to all!

What a refreshing change. If you’re looking for an honest garage / dealer of fantastic well looked after cars then look no further. The top reviews I read were not wrong. Having been shocked at the attitude of other dealerships, this one changed my views and made me realise finding a good one is so so important. Deposit paid after viewing online and seeing videos, money back no quibble if I didn’t like it. Scott was fabulous. I traveled down from Norfolk by rail to collect and I was not disappointed! Fabulous service with a smile, honest, genuine and professional. MOT and serviced, they even dealt with minor advisories and a new battery and valeted it before letting it go. Had one small issue after a couple of weeks but yet again nothing was too much trouble. The collection, repair and delivery service within 72 hours was amazing. I am so pleased with my car and will be returning to Simon for MOT/Service and hopefully for my next car !

I have used this garage twice now, the first time in May 2024 and the second time 1st February 2025. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the customer service. They gave me a call regarding my front brake pads and discs, explaining fully where they were at (almost 85% worn) and gave me the choice of what to do. Being a sensible chap, I gave them the go ahead to replace them. I had a full service and the front brake pads & discs replaced at a reasonable cost, certainly much cheaper than the main dealer. The staff are friendly and give good honest advice. I would certainly recommend bringing your vehicle here for any work that needs doing on it. My car is a 2019, Skoda Superb SEL Exec and it drives like an absolute dream, like it's straight off the forecourt. Thank you to the team at Hertford Service Centre and I will see you in a fortnight, when I bring my car in for her MOT.

This is a truly excellent garage. They carry out MOTs but also the full range of garage services. Dan (the manager) is super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. On top of that, they are resourceful and their prices are very reasonable indeed. They have just saved my old Vauxhall Tigra by replacing one of the window motors/regulator which is essential to seal the door after opening on this particular car because of the ridiculously over engineered folding roof. The part was not available new any more from Vauxhall (the car being 17 years old) but Dan sourced a second hand one on eBay and then fitted it for me for £200 all in (including the MOT!). I honestly can't recommend them highly enough.

I called Aadrenalin when I got an alert on my dashboard and a Google search told me they were closest. What a lucky find! They fitted me in immediately despite being very busy, topped up my oil and got me safely back on the road. Comparing a quote from the Mini garage, the cost with Aadrenalin was less than half. Brian and his team are brillant. I needed two tyres urgently replacing. Within 24 hours they were ordered and fitted (despite their day already being completely booked out) they squeezed me in). Prices are very reasonable and you never feel they are carrying out work for the sake of it. Highly recommend.
